Abstract

The laminated lable is glued to the periphery of a dry battery and shrunk against its end faces. It comprises a bottom layer (8) of plastics material sheet stretched in the peripheral direction round the battery to which it is glued by a coating of adhesive (6) on its underside, there being a printed sheet (10) on its top surface. A top transparent covering sheet (14) is stretched in the peripheral direction round the battery, and is secured by a further adhesive coating (12) on its underside to the bottom layer and printed sheet.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Haftetikett nach dem Ober­begriff des Anspruchs 1. Bei bekannten Etiketten die­ser Art besteht die Trägerschicht aus gerecktem, schrumpfbarem Kunststoff. Die Schutzschicht des Auf­drucks besteht aus einem glänzenden Lack. Eine solche Schutzschicht aus Lack kann den unter ihr befindlichen Aufdruck nicht stets zureichend schützen, auch nicht eine aufgedampfte Schicht, auf die der Aufdruck unter Regelung einer Primer-Schicht aufgedruckt ist. Die mit dem Aufdruck 1o versehene Oberfläche ist von einer rückseitig mit einer Kaschierkleberschicht 12 versehenen Folie 14 aus gerecktem, schrumpfbarem Kunststoff abgedeckt. Diese Folie 14 steht an beiden Rändern 16, 18 über die unter ihr liegenden Schichten 6, 8, 1o, 12 über. Das Etikett wird durch die Schichten 6, 8, 1o, 12, 14 gebildet und vor dem Aufbringen auf einem Batteriekörper 2o (Fig. 2) auf die Unterlage 2, 4 abgelöst. Die axialen Abmessungen des Batteriekör­pers 2o stimmen mit den Abmessungen der Schichten 6, 8 1o, 12 des Etiketts nach Fig. 1 überein. Das Etikett wird nun so aufgebracht, daß die Folie 14 aus schrumpf­barem Kunststoff außen liegt und die Schicht 6 auf den Trockenbatteriekörper 2o geklebt wird. Ist das Etikett um den Körper 2o der Trockenbatterie rundum aufgeklebt, wird das Etikett und mit ihm der Körper 2o einer Wärmeeinwirkung ausgesetzt, die zur Folge hat, daß die Folie 14 schrumpft und sich dadurch die überstehenden Ränder 16, 18 fest an den Randbereich der Stirnflächen des Körpers 2o anlegen.1 is on a base 2, which is provided with an adhesive-repellent layer 4, for example made of silicone. daß das Etikett folgenden Schichtaufbau aufweist: a) eine untere Schicht (8) aus einer in Umfangsrichtung des Körpers (20) gereckten Kunststoff-Folie, auf deren Un­terseite sich eine Haftklebstoffschicht (6) befindet, die auf die Umfangsfläche des Körpers (20) geklebt ist und auf deren Oberseite sich ein Aufdruck (10) befindet, b) eine obere Schicht (14) aus einer in Umfangsrichtung des Körpers (20) gereckten, durchsichtigen Kunststoff-Folie, deren Un­terseite über eine Klebstoffschicht (12) auf der Ober­seite der unteren Schicht (8) und dem Aufdruck (10) haftet.

daß das Etikett folgenden Schichtaufbau aufweist: a) eine untere Schicht (8) aus einer in Umfangsrich­tung des Körpers gereckten Kunststoff-Folie, auf deren Unterseite sich eine Haftklebstoffschicht (6) befin­det, die auf die Umfangsfläche des Körpers (20) geklebt ist, b) eine mittlere Schicht (26) aus einer in Umfangs­richtung des Körpers (20) gereckten Kunststoff-Folie, auf deren Unterseite sich eine Aufdampfschicht (22) aus einem Metall befindet, die über eine Klebstoff­schicht (28) auf der Oberseite der unteren Schicht (8) haftet und auf deren Oberseite sich ein Aufdruck (10) befindet, c) eine obere Schicht (14) aus einer in Umfangsrich­tung des Körpers (20) gereckten, durchsichtigen Kunststoff-Folie, deren Unterseite über eine Klebstoffschicht (12) auf der Oberseite der mittleren Schicht und dem Aufdruck (10) haftet.

dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Etikett folgenden Schichtaufbau aufweist: a) eine untere Schicht (8) aus einer in Umfangsrichtung des Körpers (20) gereckten Kunststoff-Folie, auf deren Un­terseite sich eine Haftklebstoffschicht (6) befindet, die auf die Umfangsfläche des Körpers (20) geklebt ist und auf deren Oberseite sich eine Aufdampfschicht (32) aus einem Metall befindet, b) eine mittlere Schicht aus einer in Umfangsrichtung des Körpers gereckten Kunststoff-Folie (34), deren Unter­seite über eine Klebstoffschicht (36) auf der Auf­dampfschicht (32) haftet und auf deren Oberseite sich ein Aufdruck (10) befindet, c) eine obere Schicht (14) aus einer in Umfangsrichtung des Körpers gereckten, durchsichtigen Kunststoff-Folie,deren Unterseite über eine Klebstoffschicht (12) auf der Oberseite der mittleren Schicht (34) und dem Aufdruck (10) haftet.

daß das Etikett folgenden Schichtaufbau aufweist: a) eine untere Schicht (8) aus Papier mit einer der Höhe des Körpers entsprechenden Breite, auf deren Unterseite sich eine Haftklebstoffschicht (6) befindet, die auf die Umfangsfläche des Körpers (20) geklebt ist und auf deren Oberfläche sich ein Aufdruck (10) befindet, b) eine obere Schicht aus einer in Umfangsrichtung des Körpers gereckten, durchsichtigen, auf die untere Schicht (8) mittels einer Klebstoffschicht (12) kaschierten, mit beiden Rändern (16, 18) über die Stirnflächen des Körpers (20) über­stehenden Kunststoff-Folie (14), deren in Axialrichtung des Körpers weisende Ränder auf die Stirnflächen des Körpers (20) geschrumpft sind.
