Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Haftetikett nach dem OberÂbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Bei bekannten Etiketten dieÂser Art besteht die Trägerschicht aus gerecktem, schrumpfbarem Kunststoff. Die Schutzschicht des AufÂdrucks besteht aus einem glänzenden Lack. Eine solche Schutzschicht aus Lack kann den unter ihr befindlichen Aufdruck nicht stets zureichend schĂĽtzen, auch nicht eine aufgedampfte Schicht, auf die der Aufdruck unter Regelung einer Primer-Schicht aufgedruckt ist. InsbeÂsondere bei starken mechanischen Beanspruchungen, etwa in einem Batterieschacht, ist sogar gelegentlich eine Beschädigung möglich, die zu einer Entladung der Batterie fĂĽhrt.The invention relates to an adhesive label according to the preamble of claim 1. Das Haftetikett nach Fig. 1 befindet sich auf einer Unterlage 2, die mit einer klebstoffabweisenden Schicht 4, etwa aus Silicon, versehen ist. Auf der klebstoff abweisenden Schicht 4 befindet sich ablösbar ein unterseitig mit einer Haftklebstoffschicht 6 versehener Träger 8 aus Papier. Auf die AuĂźenseite des Trägers 8 ist ein nur schematisch dargestellter Aufdruck 1o aufÂgebracht. Die mit dem Aufdruck 1o versehene Oberfläche ist von einer rĂĽckseitig mit einer Kaschierkleberschicht 12 versehenen Folie 14 aus gerecktem, schrumpfbarem Kunststoff abgedeckt. Diese Folie 14 steht an beiden Rändern 16, 18 ĂĽber die unter ihr liegenden Schichten 6, 8, 1o, 12 ĂĽber. Das Etikett wird durch die Schichten 6, 8, 1o, 12, 14 gebildet und vor dem Aufbringen auf einem Batteriekörper 2o (Fig. 2) auf die Unterlage 2, 4 abgelöst. Die axialen Abmessungen des BatteriekörÂpers 2o stimmen mit den Abmessungen der Schichten 6, 8 1o, 12 des Etiketts nach Fig. 1 ĂĽberein. Das Etikett wird nun so aufgebracht, daĂź die Folie 14 aus schrumpfÂbarem Kunststoff auĂźen liegt und die Schicht 6 auf den Trockenbatteriekörper 2o geklebt wird. Ist das Etikett um den Körper 2o der Trockenbatterie rundum aufgeklebt, wird das Etikett und mit ihm der Körper 2o einer Wärmeeinwirkung ausgesetzt, die zur Folge hat, daĂź die Folie 14 schrumpft und sich dadurch die ĂĽberstehenden Ränder 16, 18 fest an den Randbereich der Stirnflächen des Körpers 2o anlegen.1 is on a
