Diese Aufgabe wird ausgehend von einem Fenster der eingangs erwähn­ten Gattung erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß der Fenster­flügel an seiner drehachsseitig gelegenen Anschlagseite über ein daran unten angreifendes und mit seinem oberen Ende am zu­gewandten Fensterrahmenschenkel innenseitig befestigtes Zug­element gewichtsentlastet aufgehängt ist. Dieses Zugelement ist am Fensterflügel vorteilhaft in der Nähe seiner unteren Flügelecke befestigt.
