Description

The invention relates to a transport and / or storage container made of an outer container and an inner container in the form of a bladder made of thermoplastic material, which is elastically deformable, the outer container having a container jacket made of steel rods, in particular round steel rods, and an outer container bottom, the inner container in the region of its inner container bottom Has emptying device with emptying nozzle and the inner container is provided with an outlet base which, when the inner container is filled, rests on the outlet-promoting outer container base with elastic deformation and is set up in such a way that the bottom surface or bottom surface areas of the inner container adjust resiliently when the inner container is partially emptied . The outer container bottom can also consist of steel rods. In particular, the container jacket and the outer container base can consist of intersecting steel rods which are welded to one another at the crossing points. The outer container bottom can also be designed as a pallet, the z. B. can consist of wood. In this case the container jacket is connected to the pallet. Filling pieces or molded parts can be arranged between the inner container bottom and the outer container bottom and are considered within the scope of the invention as part of the outer container bottom, to which they are also regularly attached.

In the known transport and storage container from which the invention is based (FR-A-2 573 388), the inner container is provided in the center of the bottom with a drainage channel which is provided with a slight slope in the direction of the emptying device. This drainage channel lies between two floor boards of a flat wooden pallet. Furthermore, the bottom of the inner container is made on both sides with a slight slope to this gutter. In order for this outlet floor to lie flat on the pallet, beads are provided at certain intervals in the direction of the drainage channel. When filled, the floor also lies flat on the pallet between the beads. When empty, the entire floor area returns to its original shape. In this way, the desired drainage gradient can be formed towards the drainage channel. However, the measures described are relatively complex in terms of production technology. Otherwise, the beads mean an enlargement of the surface of the inner container bottom, so that residual quantities of a filled liquid can be held in place by adhesion.

The invention has for its object to provide a transport and / or storage container of the structure described above so that the described, extending towards the gutter and the gutter of the known design are no longer required and a very complete emptying can be achieved can.

To achieve this object, the invention teaches that the outer container bottom is designed to promote discharge towards the emptying nozzle of the inner container with inclined surfaces inclined against the horizontal and has its lowest point in the region of the emptying nozzle, and that the inner container has a bottom surface or bottom surface regions whose angle of inclination against the horizontal in the partially emptied or emptied state of the inner container is greater than the corresponding angle of inclination on the outlet-promoting outer container base.

This can be achieved in various ways. In particular, the outer container bottom can be designed as it were funnel-shaped with a very flat funnel angle, the funnel outlet being located in the region of the emptying nozzle.

But there is also the possibility to make the arrangement so that the outlet-promoting outer container bottom has, in plan view, essentially Y-shaped bending areas in which the steel rods of the outer container bottom are bent over to the outlet-promoting shape, the Y-web being inclined towards the emptying nozzle . Another embodiment is characterized in that the outlet-promoting outer container bottom has an inverted ridge-shaped shape, the ridge length of which slopes towards the region of the emptying nozzle. - If it is spoken in the context of the invention that the outer container bottom is specially designed, it is to be understood as meaning that the steel rods from which the outer container bottom is composed are shaped accordingly. This can be done easily and with simple tools by bending and is easier than the deformation of a corresponding sheet metal part. It is also to be understood, however, that appropriately designed intermediate pieces or molded parts are arranged between a pallet and the inner container.

The embodiment according to the invention is advantageous because the overall height of this transport and / or storage container is not adversely affected. When filled, the inner container fills the entire volume, its springback is advantageously used to improve the leakage and full emptying, because steep discharge or drainage surfaces are created.

The transport and / or storage container shown in the figures consists of an outer container 1 and an inner container 2 in the form of a bubble made of thermoplastic material, which is elastically deformable. The outer container 1 has a container jacket 3 and an outer container bottom 4 made of intersecting steel rods 5. These are preferably round steel rods. The steel rods 5 are welded together at the crossing points and at connecting points. The inner container 2 has Area of its inner container bottom 6 an emptying device, for. B. in the form of a gutter 7, to which the drain port 8 with valve 9 or the like connects.

In particular, from a comparative examination of FIGS. 2 to 4, it can be seen that the outer container bottom 4 is designed towards the area of the emptying nozzle 8 of the inner container 2 as an outlet-promoting outer container bottom 4 with inclined surfaces inclined towards the horizontal, which has its lowest point in the region of the emptying nozzle 8 . The inner container 2 is provided with a correspondingly shaped outlet base 6. From Fig. 2 it can be seen that the outlet-promoting outer container bottom 4 has in plan view substantially Y-shaped bending areas 10, in which the steel rods 5 of the outer container bottom 4 are bent to the outlet-promoting shape, the Y-web being inclined towards the emptying nozzle 8 . In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, the outlet-promoting outer container base 4 is provided with an inverted ridge-shaped shape, the ridge line 11 of which slopes towards the area of the emptying nozzle 8.

Of particular importance is the embodiment that can be seen when comparing FIGS. 3 and 4. The outlet bottom 6 of the inner container 2 here has a bottom surface or bottom surface regions whose angle of inclination 12 relative to the horizontal in the partially emptied or emptied state of the inner container 2 is greater than the corresponding angle of inclination 12 on the outlet-promoting outer container bottom 4. The arrangement and design are such that the outlet base 6 lies on the outer container base 4, which promotes the outlet, in the filled state of the inner container 2 with elastic deformation. It is set up in such a way that in the partially emptied state of the inner container 2, the larger angle of inclination 12 of the bottom surface or the bottom surface regions of the outlet base 6 on the inner container 2 is set back, springing back. This means that the discharge is particularly intensive due to the larger angle of inclination 12, so that liquids with high viscosity leak relatively quickly. The outlet-promoting outer container base 4 has a channel-shaped design 14 in the region of the emptying device 7, into which the emptying device 7 of the inner container 2 is inserted. - It goes without saying that the outer container bottom can also be designed as described by molded parts which are connected to a pallet.
