Fig. 4 denselben Zellenboden in einer verbreiteten Silozelle,

Device in silo cells to facilitate emptying of floury, shell-like and granular products
The previously known designs of the cells for floury, shell-like and granular filling products form material flows when emptying in the cell, with or without a built-in discharge device, which, as a result of the inevitable narrowing of the silo cross-section to the cross-section of the outlet opening, meet and cause damming or damming.
Create bridges directly in front of the outlet opening and thus prevent emptying.
In the case of easily flowing filling products in a cell without a discharge device, the above-mentioned accumulation of material causes an irregular lowering of the level of the filling product in the silo cell during emptying, thereby causing the filling product to segregate.
The various emptying devices without moving parts only loosen the accumulating products in the vicinity of the outlet opening to a small extent, and emptying the more difficult-flowing products is not possible without poking with suitable hand tools.
When discharging the filling products with movable discharge devices, very little attention has been paid to the outflow currents up to now, and the inevitable emptying led to severe damming and bridging.
Blockages that formed in this way in the vicinity of the outlet openings then had to be destroyed with great force, which was fed to the discharge device. Such a destruction of the bridge formation before the outlet is only achieved with medium-heavy flowing filling products.
The poorly flowing products are not discharged from the cell at all.
According to the invention, the outlet flows are deflected from the direct direction against the support surface of the silo front wall and fed to the outlet opening.
The subject of the present invention is a device in silo cells to facilitate the emptying of floury, shell-like and granular products using at least one silo cell provided with an outlet opening, which is characterized in that the inner part of the silo front wall located directly above the outlet opening, which during discharge the filling products have a supporting effect on the material outflow flow running parallel to the cell floor, has wall bodies with deflecting surfaces, which guide the material outflow flows parallel to the floor below the steeply descending flow above the outflow flow, decelerate the latter flow and transform it into rivulets, both types of flow under the influence reach the outlet opening by gravity.
The subject of the invention is shown in the drawing, for example. It shows:
1 shows a vertical longitudinal section through the silo cell according to the line A-As in FIG. 3
FIG. 2 shows a longitudinal cross section through the silo cell along line B-Bt in FIG. 3,
FIG. 3 shows a horizontal cross section over the cell bottom according to line C-C1 in FIG. 1,
4 shows the same cell floor in a common silo cell,
Fig. 5 is a perspective schematic representation of wall body channels with their deflection surfaces and the material outflows.
In the figures, 1 denotes a silo cell which, for. B. made of plastic, metal, wood or concrete. The front wall of this cell is designated by la. T means the cell depth, B the cell width. 2 is the sloping cell floor. Wall body channels are designated by 3, which either consist of the same material as the silo cell, that is to say components of the same, or which are subsequently installed in it, possibly replaceable. The adjacent marginal edges 4a of two grooves arranged next to one another form a keel in abutment.
The projecting walls are beveled in the direction of the upper silo cell opening as shown in the drawing at 5 and 6 and form an obtuse angle with the above inner part of the silo front wall (FIGS. 1 and 2).
The height of these channels, measured from the outlet opening upwards, is in most cases taken from 1/3 of the cell depth T to twice the cell depth N.
The material flow, which is directed parallel to the cell bottom and gradually merges into a trickle when entering the channel, is denoted by a, which then leads to the outlet 2a. b shows the material flow in the middle of the cell, which also runs parallel to the floor and gradually turns into a trickle. In the channels 3 and 4, the rivulets a, b, are deflected against each other to form vortices, each in the form of two trickle alarms. They lead under the vertical current c.
These vortex formations delay a rapid downward movement of the filling product in the front part of the cell, as a result of which detachment and slipping of a block of material on the front cell wall la is largely avoided and is approximately retained in the upper part of the cell.
This avoids damming, which can lead to the formation of bridges, and blockages in front of the cell outlet opening 2a, without the need to poke the outlet opening with handheld devices.
Depending on the type of filling product, it is of course also possible to use a mechanical discharge device with positive movement.
The radii of the wall body channel curves forming the deflection surfaces are made dependent not only on the different cell widths B, but also on the filling material intended for emptying.
