Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a transport and / or storage container made of an outer container and an inner container in the form of a bladder made of thermoplastic material, which is elastically deformable, the outer container having a container jacket made of steel rods, in particular round steel rods, and an outer container bottom, and wherein the inner container is in the region its inner container bottom has an emptying device with emptying nozzle. The outer container bottom can also consist of steel rods. In particular, the container jacket and the outer container base can consist of intersecting steel rods which are welded to one another at the crossing points. The outer container bottom can also be designed as a pallet, the z. B. can consist of wood. In this case the container jacket is connected to the pallet. Filling pieces or molded parts can be arranged between the inner container and the outer container base and are considered within the scope of the invention as part of the outer container base, to which they are also regularly attached.
The transport and / or storage containers from which the invention is based have no special device for so-called full emptying. This is understood to mean that when the transport and / or storage container is installed horizontally, apart from a small amount, based on the total volume, of a few cubic centimeters, the inner container completely runs out in a predetermined time. This is due to the fact that the bottom of the inner container is only slightly inclined towards the emptying device and, except for edge areas of the floor, is practically flat. The outer container also has a flat container bottom.
The invention has for its object to further develop a transport and / or storage container of the structure described above so that a very complete emptying can be achieved in a simple manner.
To achieve this object, the invention teaches that the outer container bottom towards the area of the emptying nozzle of the inner container is designed as an outlet-promoting outer container bottom with inclined surfaces inclined towards the horizontal, which has its lowest point in the region of the emptying nozzle, and that the inner container is provided with an outlet bottom, which has a bottom surface or bottom surface areas whose angle of inclination with respect to the horizontal in the partially emptied or emptied state of the inner container is greater than the corresponding angle of inclination on the outlet-promoting outer container bottom, and that the outlet bottom lies on the outlet-promoting outer container bottom with elastic deformation, and also is set up in such a way that, in a partially emptied state of the inner container, the greater angle of inclination of the bottom surface or the bottom surface regions of the inner container spring back d sets. This can be achieved in various ways. In particular, the outer container bottom can be designed as it were funnel-shaped with a very flat funnel angle, the funnel outlet being located in the region of the emptying nozzle.
But there is also the possibility to make the arrangement so that the outlet-promoting outer container bottom has, in plan view, essentially Y-shaped bending areas in which the steel rods of the outer container bottom are bent over to the outlet-promoting shape, the Y-web being inclined towards the emptying nozzle . Another embodiment is characterized in that the outlet-promoting outer container base has an inverted ridge-shaped shape, the ridge length of which slopes towards the region of the emptying nozzle. - If it is spoken in the context of the invention that the outer container bottom is specially designed, it is to be understood as meaning that the steel rods from which the outer container bottom is composed are shaped accordingly. This can be done easily and with simple tools by bending and is easier than the deformation of a corresponding sheet metal part. It is also to be understood, however, that appropriately designed intermediate pieces or molded parts are arranged between a pallet and the inner container.
The embodiment according to the invention is advantageous because the overall height of this transport and / or storage container is not adversely affected. When filled, the inner container fills the entire volume, its springback is advantageously used to improve leakage and full emptying, because steep discharge or drainage surfaces are created.

The transport and / or storage container shown in the figures consists of an
In particular, from a comparative examination of FIGS. 2 to 4, it can be seen that the
Of particular importance is the embodiment that can be seen when comparing FIGS. 3 and 4.
