Claims (7)

  1. Mécanisme d'ouverture pour la commande appuyée par un ressort de pression d'un battant articulé pour pivoter sur une paroi ou sur un boîtier entre une position d'ouverture et une position de fermeture, en particulier d'un couvercle (14), avec un ressort de pression (22) qui est installé entre un premier point d'appui (20) sur le couvercle (14) ou le boîtier (12) et un point de liaison (28) d'un premier et d'un deuxième bras de levier (26, 30), l'extrémité libre du premier bras de levier (26) étant articulée sur un deuxième point d'appui (24) sur le couvercle (14) ou boîtier (12), mécanisme caractérisé
    - en ce que dans la position de fermeture le point de liaison (28) et donc aussi le ressort de pression (22) sont disposés essentiellement dans l'axe entre le premier et le deuxième point d'appui (20,24) placés soit sur le boîtier (12) soit sur le couvercle (14) avec l'action d'effort du ressort de pression (22) entre les deux points d'appui (20, 24),
    - en ce que l'extrémité libre du deuxième bras de levier (30) est montée sur un troisième point d'appui (32) et
    - en ce que le troisième point d'appui (32) est placé sur le boîtier (12) ou sur le couvercle (14).
  2. Mécanisme d'ouverture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que grâce au point de liaison (28) du premier et du deuxième bras de levier (26, 30) entre le premier et le deuxième point d'appui (20, 24) la direction longitudinale du ressort de pression (22) peut se déplacer selon la position du couvercle (14) entre le premier et le deuxième point d'appui (20, 24) d'une part et le premier et le troisième point d'appui (20, 32) d'autre part.
  3. Mécanisme d'ouverture selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le ressort de pression (22) et le premier et le deuxième bras de levier (26, 30) sont montés avec pivotement possible au moyen d'axes de support (20, 24, 32) placés sur le couvercle (14) ou sur le boîtier (12).
  4. Mécanisme d'ouverture selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les deux axes de support (20, 24) sont montés sur une plaque de base (18) d'une seule pièce, en matériau mécaniquement stable, en particulier en métal, pour recevoir la force du ressort de pression dans la position de fermeture du couvercle (14).
  5. Mécanisme d'ouverture selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme de leviers est fixé sur au moins un côté du boîtier perpendiculairement à l'axe de pivotement du couvercle (14).
  6. Mécanisme d'ouverture selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le ressort de pression (22) est un ressort à pression de gaz.
  7. Mécanisme d'ouverture selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le battant est un couvercle (14), volet, porte ou une fenêtre.
