Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a can transport system between two successive routes in the work step, the presentation on the downstream route takes place in double rows of gates.
Can transport systems between two consecutive lines in the work process are generally known in the textile industry.
The feed cans are orthogonal to the tape entry. The filled cans of the first route passage are brought into a standby row, which is arranged parallel to the row of supply cans of the second route passage while maintaining a gap.
A disadvantage of this known device is, among other things, the very large overall width and the relatively complex, deflected belt inlet. In addition, the aforementioned literature reference does not indicate any automatic can transport between the two routes.
From DE-OS 37 07 080 a can transport system between two routes is known, in which the routes are connected via a transport track.
A buffer device is switched into the transport track, which enables the empty cans to be replaced by full cans. This system also uses a single-row template on the downstream section, which leads to a considerable overall length of the system. In addition, the can transport is still carried out manually.
In principle, however, automatic can transport systems are also known. In this context, reference is made, for example, to the European patent application 0 069 087 and the British patent 1 136 782 as prior art.
On the basis of the aforementioned prior art, the object of the invention is to create an automatic can transport system which, on the one hand, has a very compact construction and, on the other hand, ensures free access to the storage cans arranged in a double row at all times.
This object is achieved according to the invention by a first outer transport path arranged parallel to the gate rows, a second inner transport path running parallel to the first transport path, an operating aisle arranged between the gate rows and the transport paths, pushing devices for shifting cans between the transport paths and the gate rows as well as longitudinal Conveyors in the area of the transport tracks solved.
Longitudinal conveying devices and pushing devices for the transverse displacement of cans are known in various embodiments, for example by European patent applications 0 069 087 and 0 129 089 or British patents 941 219 and 1 139 782, and are therefore only indicated schematically in the drawings.
With such a can transport system, nineteen cans are in circulation. Eight cans in double rows form the template for the downstream section. The cans filled in an upstream section are transported away via an inner transport path and collected in an end-side parking zone of the inner transport path. When a certain number is reached, the full cans are pushed onto the outer transport path by means of a pusher.
Then full cans are collected again on the inner transport track. The full cans deposited on the outer and inner transport track form the reserve for the next can changing process.
The rows of gates with the feeding cans remain freely accessible for the operating personnel during the entire time.
As soon as the fuse in one of the supply cans of the downstream line has run out, the entire supply of rags on this line is stopped. The operating personnel interrupts the remaining fuses and triggers the change process using a hand switch. During the changing process, the empty cans of the inner row of gates are first clocked on a transverse path connected to the outer transport path and the empty cans of the outer row of gates are moved to the inner row of gates. At the same time, the full cans of the inner transport path are made up across the service aisle onto the outer row of gates and the full cans of the outer transport path onto the inner transport path. The operating aisle remains freely accessible in this case too, so that the operating personnel can put on the fuse of the full cans standing on the outer row of gates from the operating aisle.
After the empty cans on the inner row of gates have also been clocked out on the transverse path, the full cans are pushed into their end position. The changeover process ends when the remaining four fuses are put on and the empty cans on the outer conveyor track are made up for.

- Figure 1: Schematic a plan view of the can transport system Strekke / line according to the invention
- Figures 2-6 : Individual process steps when using the can transport system according to the invention
The
The
An
The function of the can transport system according to the invention is explained below with reference to FIGS. 2-6. For clarification, individual pitches in the area of the transport lanes or the inlet and outlet lanes are marked with numbers 1-11.
Figure 2 shows the starting position in the upper half of the drawing.
The lower half of the drawing shows the situation that occurs when the jug in
The cans remaining on the infeed
The
At the same time, the full can, which has now reached the
The can changing process described above is repeated until four full cans are deposited on the inner transport path 24 (FIG. 3, upper half of the drawing).
At this time, as can be seen, the
The can changing process described at the beginning starts again and only ends when there are four full cans on the inner transport path again. At about this time, the template cans arranged in the
The empty supply cans located on the inner row of
Subsequently, the empty supply cans of the outer row of
While the empty cans located on the
