Description

The invention relates to a loading bridge with at least two bridge sockets, possibly mounted on undercarriages, a support designed as a smooth-walled, stiff tube construction with an essentially circular cross section and interacting with the bridge supports, and a device for loading and unloading goods.

From DE-OS 33 43 872 a crane girder with a closed girder profile is known, which is welded to both ends with an end plate. The carrier profile is formed by a U-profile which is open at the bottom and serves as an upper flange and by a shell which serves as a lower flange and has an approximately U-shaped cross section, the edges of which are welded to the flanges of the U-profile. Alternatively, there is the possibility of forming the support profile by means of an H-profile serving as the upper chord and by means of a shell serving as the lower chord and U-shaped in cross section. It is also possible to form the support profile by means of a tube section, to which at least two raceway profiles are welded in the longitudinal direction for load introduction. This crane girder is designed as an indoor crane, with undercarriages being provided in the area of the end disks or the pipe sections, which are supported on corresponding carriageways. Larger spans cannot be bridged with such a device without carrying out further structural measures. The trolley, which can be moved on the carrier on rails, can also only move between the carriageways, which limits the possible uses. Furthermore, in this application, no further external forces, such as moments, torsion or the like, caused by the trolley occur in the carrier profile.

From DE-PS 11 06 249 a loading bridge is known with a bridge girder supported on bridge supports and a sliding girder slidably mounted with respect to this. The sliding beam is designed as a full-walled tube stiffened by transverse bulkheads and on its outer circumference by shells or box-shaped longitudinal straps, which is mounted in a bridge support designed as a solid-walled support tube stiffened by slow straps by means of straight guides. In the area of the support tube, guide rollers are provided so that the displacement carrier in its longitudinal direction can be moved. The bridge girder itself receives a conveyor belt for bulk material transport and is provided at one of its free ends with a loading device into which the conveyor belt feeds the bulk material. This constructive solution forms a type of tongue and groove system, whereby on the one hand it is relatively complex to produce the corresponding profiles both on the support tube and on the sliding support and on the other hand to carry out the necessary maintenance work on the bearing points.

Furthermore, DE-PS 14 31 888 shows a crane bridge girder in a closed shell construction for internal trolleys. The crane bridge girder consists of an inner shell with an upper wall and two inner side walls, on which the rails for the trolley are mounted on both sides at the bottom inside and an outer shell adjoining the inner shell at the bottom having. This constructive training is relatively large in terms of manufacturing and manufacturing costs, with at least the internal parts being relatively difficult to access when repair work occurs.

A 11 73 666 relates to a gantry crane whose bridge girder essentially has a cylindrical cross section, a longitudinal slot being provided at the bottom for the passage of the hoist rope of the trolley which can be moved inside the bridge girder. The bridge girder consists of an outer approximately cylindrical hollow body with a lower longitudinal slot and a known inner rectangular hollow body open at the bottom, the lower edges of which are fastened along the edges of the slot of the outer hollow body and consist of connecting elements between the two hollow bodies. Here the closed tube shape is abandoned and an additional box girder is introduced as a stiffening element within the tube provided with a longitudinal slot. The box girder, which is open at the bottom, is connected to the tube via further stiffening elements in order to restore the stiffness of the slotted tube.

The invention has for its object to develop a loading bridge described in the generic part of the first claim in such a way that a lightweight and therefore inexpensive construction is guaranteed. In addition, the welding and straightening work should be reduced to a minimum compared to the St.dT and the forces that occur should be dissipated without causing damage to adjacent components.

This object is achieved in that, in addition to the support, the bridge supports and an overvoltage provided above the support are designed as a smooth-walled, stiff tube construction with an essentially circular cross-section, that the support is fixed to the bridge supports on the one hand and articulated on the other hand, and that the device is designed for loading and unloading as a trolley movable beneath the carrier.

Advantageous further developments of the subject matter of the invention can be found in the subclaims.

The following advantages are achieved compared to the St.dT:
Depending on the size, a weight saving of approx. 35% can be achieved compared to the St.dT. Based on this weight saving, it is possible to make do with less or lighter chassis. In addition, considerable savings are made in production, since in contrast to the otherwise complex frame welded construction, purchased prefabricated tubes can be designed as A-supports. The main carrier receiving the trolley is also designed as a stiff-less component (finished tube). The welding work is therefore reduced to the connection points of the bridge supports, the overvoltage and the connection areas with the beam.

Due to the triangular or A-shaped construction of the bridge supports, the suspended trolley is able to drive through both bridge supports, which means that better use of storage space can be ensured. Additional struts in the form of a truss disc are only provided for the fixed support in order to be able to better derive the forces from the support. The joint is provided directly at the tip of the pendulum support, which means that almost only compressive and tensile forces are introduced into the rods. The mass forces resulting from the moving of the trolley and the effects of wind are introduced into the main support tube via the pendulum-shaped hanger and released as torsion into the fixed support (truss disc).

The main beam is between the track, i.e. H. spanned between the undercarriages of the bridge supports and held on the cantilever arm with at least one pull rod, which can drastically reduce the moments that occur. The pull rod preferably engages about halfway up the cantilever arm, with a good torque compensation in relation to the main beam being ensured when the trolley is moved in the region of the cantilever arm.

The travel rails for the trolley can be arranged on the carrier in the same horizontal or vertical planes and on the carrier in different vertical planes.

The invention is illustrated in the drawing using an exemplary embodiment and is described as follows. Show it:

Figure 3 -
Section through Figure 1 along the line AA
Figure 4 -
Section through Figure 1 along the line BB
Figures 1 to 4 show the loading bridge 1 according to the invention in different views or sections. The loading bridge 1 consists of the following components:
a bridge support 2 designed as a pendulum support, a bridge support 3 designed as a fixed support, a support 4 extending between the bridge supports 2, 3, an overvoltage 5 arranged above the support 4. The bridge supports 2, 3, the support 4 and the overvoltage 5 are together and especially composed of smooth-walled tubes with an approximately circular cross-section. This measure is intended on the one hand to save weight and on the other hand to reduce the welding work by using prefabricated components. The bridge supports 2, 3 are approximately triangular in cross section (FIGS. 2 and 3) and are provided with undercarriages 6. The carrier 4 has a cantilever arm 7 which extends over the pendulum support 2 in the direction of a ship 8 to be unloaded. To support this cantilever arm 7, a pull rod 9 is provided, which extends on the one hand to the pendulum support 2 and on the other hand to the tip 10 of the overvoltage 5. The carrier 4 itself is firmly connected to the tip 13 of the fixed support 3 via hangers 11, 12 and is displaced in the area of the pendulum support 2 via a joint 14 in the tip 15. A trolley 17 provided with a loading / unloading device 16 can be moved along the carrier 4 on rails 18, 19 running in the same horizontal plane, whereby both the pendulum support 2 and the fixed support 3 can be traversed due to the triangular design thereof. In the area of the fixed support 3, a truss disk 23 formed from struts 20, 21, 22 is provided.

The mass forces resulting from the movement of the trolley 17 and the effects of wind are introduced into the carrier 4 via the hanger 11 and released as torsion into the fixed support 3 (truss disc 23).
