A partir du capot 27, dans lequel est maintenu comme dans la chambre 7 une atmosphère inerte, par exemple d'azote, à une pression légèrement supérieure à la pression atmosphérique, cette relative surpression s'établit dans le tube 24 et empêche l'air ambiant de s'introduire dans le sachet soumis à la même pression d'azote, l'extrémité du sachet ayant été scellée préalablement. 1. Device for processing non-fluid products in an inert atmosphere and at a controlled temperature, particularly food products such as potatoes, comprising a plurality of mechanisms adapted for continuously providing washing, mechanical processing and packing of the processed product, wherein the inert atmosphere is provided in an inner chamber (7) of a single sealed enclosure (2) having an inlet lock (5, 6) formed by the washing mechanism and a lock (24, 26) for removal from the enclosure (2), the enclosure containing at least the mechanisms adapted for providing the mechanical processing.
