Verfahren zur Herstellung katalysatorhaltiger Alkalisuperoxyde. Zusatz zum Patent 32o8xo. Gemäß Patent 320810 werden zur Lufterneuerung verwendbare katalysatorhaltige Alkalisuperoxyde dadurch gewonnen, daß das in bekannter Weise erhaltene wasserhaltige Superoxyd von geeigneter Korngröße mit dem feingepulverten festen Katalysator eingestäubt wird. Es würde nun gefunden, daß das Verfahren vereinfacht und ein haltbares Erzeugnis erhalten wird durch Verwendung von Lösungen von Stoffen, welche durch Wechselwirkung mit dem Superoxyd den Katalysator bilden.Process for the preparation of catalyst-containing alkali peroxides. additive for patent 32o8xo. Dann werden die Körner von gewünschter Größe ausgesiebt und jetzt erst nur diesen verwendbaren Körnern der Katalysator durch ein- oder mehrmaliges Aufsprühen der Lösung einer geeigneten Verbindung, z. B. Mangansulfat, hinzugesetzt. Das Superoxyd wird dabei fortgesetzt durch Rührvorrichtungen bewegt und gleichzeitig gekühlt. Der Zusatz der Lösung muß so langsam verlaufen, daß Erhitzungen über x5° vermieden werden. Sämtliche Körner überziehen sich dabei mit einer dünnen, gleichmäßigen braunen Schicht von Mangansuperoxyd.
