Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Umverpackung aus Karton, wie sie z.B aus der nach veröffentlichten EP-A-0.332.153 bekannt ist.
  • Es sind außendem zahlreiche Umverpackungen dieser Art bekannt, bei denen die becherförmigen Gegenstände an sich einen hervorragenden Halt erfahren.
  • Problematisch wurde es jedoch dann, wenn auf einer einzigen Verpackungsmaschine abwechselnd ein- und zweireihige Umverpackungen aufgerichtet werden sollten; mit den bisher bekannten Verpackungslösungen war daswenn überhaupt - nur unter Inkaufnahme erheblicher Umbauarbeiten möglich.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Umverpackung der eingangs genannten Art so auszugestalten, daß sie ohne weiteres auf einer Maschine aufrichtbar ist, auf der auch einreihige Umverpackungen aufgerichtet werden können.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch eine Umverpackung gelöst, wie sie in Anspruch 1 definiert ist.
  • Mit dieser Umverpackung ist es möglich, einreihige und zweireihige Umverpackungen in völlig gleicher Weise aufzurichten, so daß die dazu verwendete Maschine lediglich in ihrer Breite verstellt werden muß, was sehr einfach zu bewerkstelligen ist. Bei der zweireihigen Umverpackung müssen dann lediglich die Lappen in einem nachgeschalteten Arbeitsgang ins Innere eingedrückt werden.
  • Eine vorteilhafte Weiterbildung der Erfindung liegt darin, daß die Deckfläche in ihrer Mitte mit zwei einander gegenüberliegenden und gelenkig angeordneten Lappen ausgestattet ist, die aus der Deckfläche ausgeschnitten sind und beim Eindrücken ins Innere der Umverpackung zwischen die Flansche der becherförmigen Gegenstände greifen.
  • Mit diesen Lappen der Deckfläche erhalten die becherförmigen Gegenstände einen zusätzlichen Halt, so daß sie auch bei unsachgemäßer Behandlung sicher in der Umverpackung verbleiben.
  • Gemäß der Erfindung ist es dabei besonders vorteilhaft, wenn die beiden Lappen der Deckfläche auf beiden Seiten ihrer Anlenklinie an der Deckfläche mit einem Absatz versehen sind, mit welchem sie unter die Randflansche der becherförmigen Gegenstände greifen.
  • Die Lappen werden dadurch sehr wirkungsvoll verhakt, so daß sie nicht ungewollt herausrutschen können.
  • In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels veranschaulicht. Dabei zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 eine Ansicht eines flachliegenden Kartonzuschnittes zum Herstellen einer Umverpackung für becherförmige Gegenstände
      und
    • Fig. 2 eine Ansicht der aufgerichteten Umverpackung, die mit becherförmigen Gegenständen bestückt ist.
  • Mit 1 ist in Fig. 1 ein flachliegender Karton-Zuschnitt bezeichnet, der eine Deckfläche 2 aufweist, an der über zwei Faltlinien 3 und 4 je eine Seitenwand 5 bzw. 6 angelenkt ist. An den beiden Seitenwänden 5 und 6 ist über je eine Faltlinie 7 bzw. 8 je ein Abschnitt 9,10 einer Bodenfläche angeordnet. Im Abschnitt 9 der Bodenfläche sind über zwei Faltlinien 11 und 12 zwei einander gegenüberliegende Lappen 13 und 14 angelenkt, die aus dem Material des Boden-Abschnittes ausgeschnitten sind und jeweils einen V-förmigen Einschnitt 15 und 16 aufweisen, deren Öffnungen einander zugekehrt sind. Der Boden-Abschnitt 10 enthält einen Lappen 17, der aus diesem Abschnitt herausgestanzt und über eine Faltlinie 18 mit diesem verbunden ist. Auch die Deckfläche 2 ist mit zwei Lappen 19 und 20 versehen, die ebenfalls aus der Deckfläche stammen und über zwei Faltlinien 21 und 22 mit der Deckfläche verbunden sind. Dabei sind diese beiden Faltlinien kürzer als die Lappen 19 und 20 und von einem Absatz 23 bzw. 24 begrenzt.
  • Die beiden die Deckfläche 2 begrenzenden Faltlinien 3 und 4 sind jeweils durch Einschnitte 25 bzw. 26 unterteilt, in welche im aufgerichteten, in Fig. 2 im Schnitt dargestellten Zustand der fertigen und bestückten Umverpackung Randflansche 27 von becherförmigen Gegenständen 28 eingreifen. Zwischen die Randflansche 27 greifen die Lappen 19 und 20, von denen in Fig. 2 nur der Lappen 20 sichtbar ist, und verhaken sich mit ihrem Absatz 23 bzw. 24 unter dem jeweiligen Randflansch. Aus den beiden Boden-Abschnitten 9 und 10 sind die Lappen 13,14 bzw. 17 nach innen zwischen die becherförmigen Gegenstände 28 gedrückt, wobei sich der Lappen 17 in den beiden V-förmigen Ausschnitten 15,16 der Lappen 13,14 verriegelt. Die Lappen 13 und 14 legen sich dabei an die becherförmigen Gegenstände 28 an und arretieren diese wirkungsvoll.

Claims (3)

  1. Umverpackung aus Karton od.dgl. für wenigstens vier in zwei Reihen angeordnete becherförmige Gegenstände, die mit Randflanschen versehen sind, mit einer Deckfläche (2), zwei Seitenwänden (5,6) und einer Bodenfläche (9,10), die aus zwei Abschnitten besteht, die sich wenigstens teilweise überlappen, wobei in den Faltlinien zwischen den beiden Seitenwänden und der Deckfläche Einschnitte (25) vorgesehen sind, in welche die Randflansche der becherförmigen Gegenstände eingreifen, wobei der außenliegende der beiden die Bodenfläche bildenden Abschnitte (9,10) mit einem Lappen (17) versehen ist, der aus dem Boden-Abschnitt (10) ausgestanzt und entlang einer Faltlinie (18) an diesem angelenkt ist, und daß der innenliegende Boden-Abschnitt (9) zwei einander gegenüberliegende und ebenfalls gelenkig angeordnete Lappen (13,14) aufweist, die in ihrer Mitte jeweils einen Ausschnitt (15,16) aufweisen, in welchen der Lappen (17) des äußeren Abschnittes (10) beim gemeinsamen Einfalten zwischen die becherförmigen Gegenstände (28) eingreift und sich dort verriegelt.
  2. Umverpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckfläche (2) in ihrer Mitte mit zwei einander gegenüberliegenden und gelenkig angeordneten Lappen (19,20) ausgestattet ist, die aus der Deckfläche (2) ausgeschnitten sind und beim Eindrücken ins Innere der Umverpackung zwischen die Flansche (27) der becherförmigen Gegenstände (28) greifen.
  3. Umverpackung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Lappen (19,20) der Deckfläche (2) auf beiden Seiten ihrer Anlenklinie (21,22) an der Deckfläche (2) mit einem Absatz (23,24) versehen sind, mit welchem sie unter die Randflansche (27) der becherförmigen Gegenstände (28) greifen.
