Claims (6)

1. Getreidetrockner umfassend:
- eine vertikale Trocknungskolonne (1), in welcher das zu trocknede Getreide durch Schwerkraft von einem an der Spitze der Kolone angeordneten Raum (2) zur Lagerung von feuchtem Getreide zu einem an der Basis der Kolonne angeordneten Raum (3) zur Gewinnung von trockenem Getreide gelangt;
- einen ersten Behälter (12) oder Behälter für Kaltluft mit einem Eintritt für Umgebungsluft (14), welcher seitlich relativ zu einer Wand der Kolonne an der Basis derselben angeordnet ist;
- einen zweiten Behälter (8) oder Behälter für gebrauchte Luft, welcher in seinem oberen Bereich mit einer Öffnung (9) zum Ausbringen von Luft ausgebildet ist und vorzugsweise mit einem Ventilator (11) ausgestattet ist, wobei der zweite Behälter an derselben Seite der Trocknungskolonne oberhalb des Behälters für Kaltluft angeordnet ist und von diesem durch eine gasdichte Platte (13) getrennt ist;
- einen dritten Behälter oder Behälter (15) für Heißluft, welcher seitlich an einer der dem ersten und zweiten Behälter zugeordneten Wand gegenüberliegenden Wand angeordnet ist, wobei der dritte Behälter mit einem Eintritt (6) für Umgebungsluft ausgebildet ist und Mittel (7) zum Aufheizen der Luft, beispielsweise ein Brenner, vorgesehen sind;
- Einbauten (4,15), welche quer in der Trocknungskolonne zwischen dem Behälter (5) für Heißluft und den Behältern für Kaltluft (12) und gebrauchte Luft (8) verlaufen, wobei in dem zugeordneten Wanden der Kolonne an den Enden der Einbauten Öffnungen für eine Verbindung derselben mit den angrenzenden Behältern ausgebildet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
   daß im Inneren des Behälters (8) für gebrauchte Luft eine entfernbare, gasdichte Platte (17) vorgesehen ist, die in einer Vielzahl von Positionen im Inneren des Raumes für eine Unterteilung desselben in zwei voneinander dicht getrennte Raume, u.zw. in einen unteren (8b) und einen oberen (8a) Raum, anordenbar ist, daß an der Basis der Kolonne (1) oberhalb des den Behälter für Kaltluft und den Behälter für Heißluft verbinden den Bereiches quer Einbauten (28) für eine Rezirkulation angeordnet sind, welche über Öffnungen mit der Basis des Raumes (8) für gebrauchte Luft und mit dem Raum (5) für Heißluft in Verbindung stehen, und daß gesteuerte Mittel, beispielsweise Ventilatoren (19), vorgesehen sind, welche für eine Mitnahme der gebrauchten Luft des unteren Teiles des Raumes (8) für gebrauchte Luft über die Einbauten (28) zur Rezirkulation zum Behälter (5) für Heißluft geeignet sind.
2. Trockner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Raum (5) für Heißluft ein System von Zwischenwänden (20,21,22,23) und bewegbaren Klappen (25,26) zur Regelung der Gasmenge umfaßt, um die Menge und die Temperatur des Gases einzustellen, welches dem oberen und unteren Bereich der Trockner kolonne (1) zugeführt wird.

Trockner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur Mitnahme der gebrauchten Luft zum Behälter (5) für Heißluft über die Einbauten (28) zur Rezirkulation einen ventilator (19) umfassen, welcher an der Basis des Behälters (5) für Heißluft in einer Position angeordnet ist, so daß der gleichzeitig gebrauchte rezyklierte Luft und in den Behälter (12) für Kaltluft zugeführte Luft mitnehmen kann.
4. Trockner nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er Sonden für die Temperatur umfaßt, welche gegebenenfalls mit Steuermitteln verbunden sind, um die Position der bewegbaren Klappen (25,26) zur Regelung der Mengen unterschiedlicher Gase einzustellen.

Verwendung eines Trockners nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, zur Trocknung von leichtem Getreide, wie beispielsweise Weizen, Raps od.dgl., dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bewegbare Platte (17) in der unteren Position im Behälter (8) für gebrauchte Luft angeordnet ist und eine jegliche Verbindung zwischen diesem Raum und dem Raum (5) für Heißluft über die Einbauten (28) zur Rezirkulation verhindert.
6. Verwendung des Trockners nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, zur Trocknung von Getreide, wie beispielsweise Mais, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bewegbare Platte (17) in einer Zwischenposition zwischen der Basis und dem Oberteil des Behälters (8) für gebrauchte Luft angeordnet ist, so daß der untere Raum (8b) des Behälters mit dem Raum (5) für Heißluft unter Zwischenschaltung der Einbauten (28) zur Rezirkulation in Verbindung steht.
