Claims (4)

  1. Ensemble (10) de commande de la distribution pour un moteur à combustion interne multicylindrique possédant un bloc cylindre et un vilebrequin, cet ensemble comprenant un corps (11) qui renferme un arbre à cames (15) et les poussoirs (17) respectifs, et une unité (25) à chaîne ou à courroie servant à entraîner l'arbre à cames en prenant son mouvement sur le vilebrequin du moteur, comprenant une roue dentée de transmission (23) couplée à une extrémité de l'arbre à cames et un tendeur de chaîne réglable (21), l'ensemble étant constitué par une unité pré-assemblée (10), dans laquelle le corps (11) est d'une seule pièce et présente dans sa partie basse une bride continue (12) située dans un seul et même plan, pour s'accoupler à une bride supérieure complémentaire (13) prévue sur le bloc cylindres (2), le corps (11) présentant des paliers (14) venus de matière pour l'arbre à cames (15) et des portées (16) venues de matière pour les poussoirs (17), caractérisé en ce que le corps se prolonge axialement de part et d'autre des extrémités de l'arbre à cames et possède deux ouvertures d'extrémité (18, 19) coaxiales aux paliers (14) de l'arbre à cames, une ouverture d'extrémité (19) définissant une portée d'extrémité (20) venue de matière, dans laquelle le tendeur de chaîne (21) est monté, et l'autre ouverture d'extrémité (18) servant pour enfiler l'arbre à cames (15) dans le corps (11) à l'extrémité opposée, par la portée d'extrémité (20) venue de matière.
  2. Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps (11) possède une partie agrandie (24) venue de matière, entre la portée (20) du tendeur de chaîne (21) et l'arbre à cames (15), pour loger la roue dentée de transmission (23), le logement (24) étant muni d'un épaulement opposé (31) servant pour le positionnement axial et la retenue de la roue dentée de transmission (23).
  3. Ensemble selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la roue dentée de transmission (23) est fixée à l'arbre à cames (15) à l'aide d'un élément d'accouplement fileté (33) qui est inséré à travers la portée (20) du tendeur de chaîne (21) au cours de l'assemblage et qui est vissé dans une extrémité creuse correspondante (32) de l'arbre à cames (15) qui est filetée intérieurement.
  4. Ensemble selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la roue dentée de transmission (23) est fixée à l'arbre à cames (15) par emmanchement axial.
