Claims (5)
- Schraubverschluß aus Kunststoff, umfassend einerseits einen aus einem luftundurchlässigen Material hergestellten Verschlußkörper (3), von dessen Boden (7) ein Abschnitt (10) in der Form eines Ringstutzens absteht, welcher in der Nähe seines freien Endes einen durchgehenden oder unterbrochenen, nach außen gerichteten Umfangsring (12) hat, und andererseits einen Stopfen (4), welcher im Inneren des Verschlußkörpers anzuordnen ist und ganz allgemein eine Form einer Mulde aufweist, deren Mantel (13) einen Durchmesser zwischen dem Außendurchmesser des Stutzens (10) und dem Innendurchmesser des zu verschließenden Flaschenhalses hat, sowie eine Höhe, die zumindest gleich der des vom Boden des Verschlusses abstehenden Stutzens (10) ist, wobei ein unterbrochener oder durchgehender Umfangsring (17) von der Innenfläche des Mantels absteht, der so angeordnet ist, daß bei auf den Stutzen aufgesetzter Mulde der Ring (17) des Stopfens zwischen dem Ring (12) des Stutzens (10) und dem Boden (7) des Verschlusses angeordnet ist, wobei der Innendurchmesser des Stopfenringes kleiner als der Aßendurchmesser des Verschlußringes ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stopfen (4) aus einem weicheren Material gefertigt ist als der Verschlußkörper (3), und daß die Zone der Anlage des Mantels (13) des Stopfens (4) an der Innenfläche (15) des Flaschenhalses (16) zwischen einerseits den jeweiligen Ringen (12, 17) des Stutzens des Verschlußkörpers (3) bzw. des Stopfenmantels (13) und andererseits dem Boden des Verschlußkörpers liegt.
- Verschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschlußkörper (3) aus Polypropylen gefertigt ist, während der Stopfen (4) aus Polyäthylen hergestellt ist.
- Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere Rand des Mantels (13) des Stopfens (4) keine Abbiegung nach außen aufweist, die den Hals der Flasche abdeckt.
- Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, des Typs mit einem Unverletzlichkeitsring (8), welcher Profilvorsprünge (20) aufweist, die mit Profilvorsprüngen (22) des Behälterhalses (16) zusammenwirken, um eine Drehung des Ringes im Aufschraubsinne des Verschlusses zu ermöglichen und seine Drehung im Abschraubsinne des Verschlusses zu verhindern, und bei welchem der Ring (8) mit dem Verschlußkörper (3) über abreißbare Verbindungsstege (9) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ring (8) zumindest einen axialen Schlitz (18) aufweist, welcher zwei Abschnitte begrenzt, die miteinander im Bereich des Schlitzes über einen Steg (19) mit einem gegenüber der Höhe des Ringes kleinen Querschnitt verbunden sind.
- Verschluß nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei am Unverletzlichkeitsring (8) angebrachte Schlitze vorgesehen sind und daß sie einander diametral gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind.
