Dabei liegt die üblicherweise durch einen Flachmaterialzuschnitt gebildete Türhaltestange nur über eine ihrer eigenen Materialstärke entsprechende Breite an der Lagerachse an, woraus folgt, daß die in der Türhaltestange auftretenden, aus den Brems-und Anschlagkräf­ten des Türfeststellers resultierenden, quer zur Lagerachse gerichteten und insbesondere schlagartig auftretenden Kraft­spitzen auf einer sehr kleinen Fläche einerseits der Lager­achse und andererseits des Anlenkauges der Türhaltestange aufgenommen werden müssen. Dies führt nach einiger Betriebs­zeit des Türfeststellers zu einem Ausschlagen, insbesondere des Anlenkauges der Türhaltestange und damit zu einer Ge­räuschbildung innerhalb des Türfeststellers. Zu diesem Auschlagen des Anlenkauges der Türhaltestange kommt noch, daß sich zunehmend Schmutz und Abrieb im Lagerbereich abset­zen, wodurch die negative Verschleißentwicklung noch zusätzlich verstärkt wird. Nachteilig ist es bei solchen Bauarten von Schwenklagerungen für die Türhaltestange des Türfeststellers ferner auch, daß es nicht möglich ist für die Anlenkung der Türhaltestange eine wartungsfreie Lagerung vorzusehen.
Es ist zwar möglich an der Türhaltestange eine Lagerhülse oder dergl., insbesondere mittels Schweißung zu befestigen, jedoch wird hierdurch der Herstellungsaufwand für den Tür­feststeller erheblich vergrößert, da die Lagerhülse als maßhaltiges Formteil hergestellt und verzugsfrei mit der Türhaltestange verschweißt werden muß.
Der Nachteil einer nur geringen Lagerfläche der Türhalte­stange auf der Lagerachse des Türfeststellers besteht auch dort, wo zur Erstellung einer bleibend geräuschfreien Schwenklagerung der Türhaltestange die Lagerachse des Lager­bockes durch einen Spannstift gebildet wird, so daß auch diese Maßnahme nichts an den ungünstigen Verhältnissen der Lagerflächengrößen ändern kann.

Einerseits zur einfa­chen, wenig aufwendigen Herstellung und andererseits zur gleichzeitigen aufwandsfreien Verbindung der Lagerhülse mit der Türhaltestange wird erfindungsgemäß weiter vorge­ schlagen, daß die die Lagerausnehmung am Anlenkende der Türhaltestange durchsetzende Lagerhülse einteilig aus einem zylindrischen Rohrmaterialabschnitt gebildet und mit der Türhatestange mittels Pressitz verbunden ist. Besonders vorteilhaft ist es hierbei, daß die Lagerhülse durch axiales Stauchen eines zylindrischen Rohrmaterialabschnittes in einem einzigen Arbeitsgang geformt und über einander in Bezug auf die Türhaltestange gegenüberliegend ausgebildete Stauchwulste mittels Pressitz mit den Seitenflächen der Türhaltestange verbunden werden kann, wobei als Ausgangs­material für die Lagerhülse ein verhältnismäßig grober Zuschnitt eines Rohrmaterials, welches seinerseits auch keine hohe Genauigkeit aufzuweisen braucht verwendet werden kann, da die Lagerhülse durch das Stauchen auf eine maßhal­tige Form gebracht wird. Claims (6)
