Ein typisches Beispiel für derartige Verhältnisse bildet die Lagerung der Türhaltestange von solchen Türfeststellern von Kraftwagentüren, bei denen die erforderlichen, beträchtlichen Brems- und Haltekräfte des Türfeststellers durch das Zusammenwirken an einer Türhaltestange angeordneter Rasten mit in einem Haltergehäuse angeordneten federbelasteten Rastgliedern aufgebracht werden und bei denen daher die Lagerung der Türhaltestange, resultierend aus den vom Türfeststeller aufzubringenden hohen Brems-und Haltekräften in radialer Richtung mit stoßartig auftretenden hohen Spitzenbelastungen belastet wird und dabei aber über eine lange Betriebszeit hin wartungsfrei und geräuschlos arbeiten muß. In die Lagerung der Türhaltestange von Kraftfahrzeugtürfeststellern wurden daher Lagerbuchsen eingesetzt, über die der die Türhaltestange am Lagerbock abstützende Scharnierstift in der Scharnieraugenbohrung der Türhaltestange gelagert ist. Nicht zuletzt resultierend aus dem Umstand, daß infolge der Wirkungsweise eines Türfeststellers, der die Fahrzeugtür jeweils bei einem gleichbleibendem Öffnungswinkel abbremsen oder aber feststellen muß, eine Aufnahme der maximalen radialen Spitzenbelastung der Lagerung stets an der gleichen Umfangsstelle der Lagerung auftritt neigen die bekannten Lagerungen zum Ausschlagen der Lagerung, insbesondere des Scharnierauges der Türhaltestange, was naturgemäß zu einer Geräuschentwicklung in der Lagerung der Türhaltestange führt. Dies kann durch besondere Maßnahmen hinsichtlich der Lagergestaltung, wie die Anordnung in axialer Richtung wirkender Belastungsfedern in Verbindung mit einer konischen Ausbildung des Scharnierstiftes oder dergl., verbessert, jedoch nicht grundsätzlich beseitigt werden. Zudem sind derartige Maßnahmen stets mit einem zusätzlichen technischen Aufwand und damit einer Verteuerung des Türfeststellers verbunden.
Zur Beseitigung der oben aufgezeigten Problematik einer Geräuschentwicklung in der Lagerung, gerade von Türfeststellern, ist auch bereits vorgesehen worden den Scharnierstift in sich federnd elastisch auszubilden, insbesondere durch die Verwendung einer Spannhülse als Scharnierstift. Diese an sich wirkungsvolle und mit einem erträglichen Aufwand anwendbare Maßnahme kann jedoch nur bei solchen Lagerungen der Türhaltestange angewendet werde, bei denen die Türhaltestange in einem Lagerbock mit zwei Schenkeln aufgenommen ist. Bei einer fliegenden Anlenkung der Türhaltestange ist diese bekannte Maßnahme nicht ausführ- bzw. anwendbar.

Diese Aufgabe wird bei einer Scharniergelenklagerung nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1 erfindungsgemäß im wesentlichen dadurch gelöst, daß die Scharnieraugenbohrung in derjenigen Scharniergelenkhälfte, in der der Scharnierstift Laufsitz hat diesem gegenüber ein radiales Spiel aufweist und daß der Scharnierstift in dieser Scharnieraugenbohrung in radialer Richtung über zumindest eine axial gerichtete, linien-oder streifenförmig gestaltete Anlagefläche aus federnd elastischem Material abgestützt ist. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Anordnung ist der Scharnierstift in der eine bestimmte Übergröße aufweisenden Scharnieraugenbohrung wenigstens bei normaler radialer Lagerbelastung vermittels eines entsprechend ausgebildeten Lagerelementes drehbar gelagert und gelangt nur beim Auftreten einer radialen Spitzenbelastung mit der übrigen Umfangsfläche des Scharnierauges in Anlage, wodurch dann auch die höchsten auftretenden Kraftspitzen zwischen Scharnierstift und Scharnieraugenbohrung unmittelbar und sicher abgestützt werden können, ohne daß die Gefahr eines Ausschlagens der Lagerung der besteht, da der Scharnierstift nur abgebremst und unter zusätzlicher teilweiser elastischer Abstützung mit der Innenumfangsfläche des Scharnierauges in Berührung kommt. Beide Maßnahmen können jeweils einzeln oder gegebenenfalls gemeinsam und in Verbindung mit einer entsprechenden Materialauswahl für die wulstartigen Profilabschnitte die Abstimmung der Elastizität Abstützung des Scharnierstiftes unterstützen bzw. der bei einer elastischen Verformung auftretenden Materialverlagerung Rechnung tragen. Im Einzelnen kann diese Ausführungsform entweder so ausgestaltet sein, daß der die wulstartigen Profilabschnitte der Lagerbuchse untereinander verbindende radiale Kragen glattflächig ausgebildet ist, oder so, daß der die wulstartigen Profilabschnitte der Lagerbuchse untereinander verbindende radiale Kragen federnd elastisch und wellenförmig ausgebildet ist. Bei einem aus einem Haltergehäuse 1 und einer über Rastmarken 2 mit im Haltergehäuse 1 angeordneten federbelasteten Brems-bzw. Haltekörpern 3 zusammenwirkenden Türhaltestange 4 bestehenden Türfeststeller für Kraftwagentüren ist das Haltergehäuse 1 starr am einen Türanordnungsteil, Tür oder Türsäule, befestigt und die Türhaltestange 4 vermittels eines Lagerbockes 5 und einer Scharniergelenklagerung 6 schwenkbeweglich am anderen Türanordnungsteil angelenkt. Die Scharniergelenklagerung 6 der Türhaltestange 4 ist dabei fliegend gestaltet, in der Weise, daß der Lagerbock 5 einen Befestigungsfuß 7 und einen Lagerarm 8 aufweist, welch letzterer eine über einen Teil ihrer axialen Länge hin konisch ausgebildete Scharnieraugenbohrung 9 besitzt, die ihrerseits von einem Scharnierstift 10 durchsetzt ist. Der Scharnierstift 10 weist einen zylindrischen Schaftteil 11, einen einseitig an diesen anschließenden radial ausladenden Kopf 12 sowie einen axial an den Schaftteil 11 anschließenden Nietteil 13 auf, wobei der Nietteil 13 über einen Teil 14 seiner Länge hin konisch ausgebildet ist. Über seinen Nietteil 13 ist der Scharnierstift durch eine Vernietung 15 gegen die außenliegende Oberfläche 16 des Lagerarmes 8 des Lagerbockes 5 festgelegt. Die Türhaltestange 4 weist an ihrem freien Ende eine Scharnieraugenbohrung 16 auf, die vom Schaftteil 11 des Scharnierstiftes 10 durchsetzt ist. Die Scharnieraugenbohrung 16 der Türhaltestange 4 ist im gezeigtten Ausführungsbeispiel vermittels einer Lagerbuchse 17 gegen den zylindrischen Abschnitt 11 des Scharnierstiftes 10 abgestützt, wobei die Lagerbuchse 17 aus einer Anzahl über den Umfang des zylindrischen Scharnierstiftabschnittes 11 hin verteilt angeordneter wulstartiger Profilabschnitte 18 besteht, die untereinander über einen radial ausladenden Kragen 19 zu einem einheitlich handhabbaren Bauteil verbunden sind. Die Profilabschnitte 18 der Lagerbuchse 17 weisen, wie dies insbesondere aus der Darstellung der Figur 5 deutlich ersichtlich ist einen sichel-bzw. halbmondförmige Querschnittsform auf, wobei ihre innenliegende dem Scharnierstift 10 zugewandte Oberfläche 20 der Profilkontur des zylindrischen Schaftteiles 11 des Scharnierstiftes 10 angepasst ist, während ihre rückwärtige Querschnittskontur 21 etwa kreisbogenförmig gestaltet ist. Über ihre rückwärtige Querschnittskontur 21 greifen die Profilabschnitte 18 der Lagerbuchse 17 in nutenförmige, axial gerichtete Nutaunehmungen 23 der Scharnierasugenbohrung 16 der Türhaltestange 4 ein. Bei der in den Figuren 3 bis 8 gezeigten Ausführungsform ist der radial ausladende Kragen 19 der Lagerbuchse 17 wellenförmig als Wellfeder gestaltet, wie dies insbesondere aus den Darstellungen der Figuren 3 und 6 und 7 ersichtlich ist, während bei der in der Figur 2 gezeigten Ausführungsform der radial ausladende Kragen 19 der Lagerbuchse 17 glattflächig ausgebildet ist. Wie dies in der Figur 4 aufgezeigt ist weist der Schaftteil 11 des Scharnierstiftes 10 der Lageraugenbohrung 16 in der Türhaltestange 4 gegenüber ein Untermaß "x" auf, derart daß der zylindrische Schaftteil 11 der Scharnieraugenbohrung 16 gegenüber allseitig ein Spiel "x" besitzt. Der zylindrische Schaftteil 11 des Scharnierstiftes 10 liegt daher bei montierter Scharniergelenklagerung und in der unbelasteten Stellung befindlicher oder nur bis zu einem gewissen, die Grenze der elastischen Verformungsbelastung der Profilabschnitte 18 noch nicht überschreitenden Grad belasteter Türhaltestange 4 lediglich an den Innenflächen 20 der wulstförmigen Profilabschnitte 18 an, wodurch eine absolut geräuschfreie Lagerung der Türhaltestange 4 jedenfalls im belastungsfreien bzw. nur unterhablb einer oberen Belastungsgrenze liegenden Belastung gewährleistet ist. Beim Auftreten einer radial gerichteten Spitzenbelastung in der Scharniergelenklagerung werde die aus einem federnd elastisch verformbaren Material bestehenden Profilabschnitte 18 durch den durch den zylindrischen Schaftteil 11 des Scharnierstiftes 10 auf sie ausgeübten radial gerichteten Druck soweit verfomt, daß der Schaftteil 10 des Scharnierstiftes 10 an der Innenumfangsfläche 24 der Scharnieraugenbohrung 16 der Türhaltestange 4 zur Anlage kommt, wobei ausschließlich die Belastungsspitze durch die gegenseitige und unmittelbare Anlage von zylindrischem Schaftteil 11 des Scharnierstiftes 10 an der Innenumfangsfläche 25 der Scharnieraugenbohrung 16 übertragen wird.
