Abstract

Dispositif et procédé pour saisir en mode opérationnel deux ou plusieurs paramètres de produit d'un produit s'écoulant de manière continue dans une conduite de transport (1, 2, 3). Une section (2) de la conduite de transport est conçue comme un récipient (4) supporté par des éléments de pesage (5), doté en son fond d'une fermeture (6) et contenant un appareil de prélèvement d'échantillons (10), qui peut s'ouvrir, au choix, dans le sens de l'écoulement du produit ou dans le sens du prélèvement d'échantillons. On bloque en particulier l'écoulement du matériau transporté pour déterminer à la fois le débit de matériau à un moment donné et au moins un autre paramètre, comme par exemple l'humidité du produit ou la teneur en protéines d'un mélange de céréales.
