Claims (14)

  1. Verpackung, insbesondere für Feingebäck, bestehend aus einem vorgeschnittenen Grundelement (1), welches Faltlinien (4), die einen zentralen Bereich (21) bestimmen, und erste klappbare Ränder (2) umfasst, wobei auf mindestens einer Faltlinie mindestens eine Aufnahme (19) vorgesehen ist, und aus einem vorgeschnittenen Deckelelement (5), welches Faltlinien (10, 11), die einen zentralen Bereich bestimmen, und zweite klappbare Ränder (6, 7) und Haltemittel (16, 17, 18) zur Halterung der genannten zweiten Ränder in der aufgeklappten Lage sowie Verbindungsmittel (8) des Deckelelements und des Grundelements umfasst,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe der ersten Ränder (2) des Grundelements wesentlich geringer ist, als die Höhe der zweiten Ränder (6, 7) des Deckelelements, und dass die genannten Verbindungsmittel aus mindestens einem sich quer zur geradlinigen Kante von einem der genannten beiden Ränder erstreckenden Lappen besteht, und dass eine Faltlinie (9) an der Basis des genannten Lappens als Fortsetzung des genannten Randes vorgesehen ist, wobei der genannte oder die genannten Lappen so ausgestaltet sind, dass er/sie in die genannte Aufnahme oder die genannten Aufnahmen des genannten Grundelements einführbar ist/sind, derart dass die genannte Faltlinie von jedem der genannten Lappen als Scharnier zwischen dem Deckelelement und dem Grundelement dient.
  2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Grundelement (1) unter anderem mindestens eine andere Aufnahme (19) angebracht ist, die auf einer zweiten Faltlinie (4) angeordnet ist, wobei die genannte andere Aufnahme zum Aufnehmen von Schliessmitteln (12) bestimmt ist, welche korrespondierend in der äussersten Zone eines zweiten klappbaren Randes (7) des Deckelelementes angebracht ist, welche derjenigen gegenüberliegt, die den als Scharnier dienenden Lappen trägt.
  3. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Verbindungsmittel bzw. die genannten Schliessmittel so ausgebildet sind, dass sie aus den genannten Aufnahmen herausziehbar sind, wodurch das Deckelelement vom Grundelement trennbar ist, und die Verwendung des genannten Grundelements als Präsentierauflage erlaubt.
  4. Verpackung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Aufnahmen auf jeder der Faltlinien des genannten Grundelements angeordnet sind.
  5. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Aufnahmen (19) durch Einschnitte (3) gebildet sind, welche im Rand des genannten Grundelements angeordnet sind, und die beiden Enden des genannten Einschnitts die Faltlinie (4) des Grundelements treffen, so dass vorstehende Lappen (20) gebildet werden, welche den zentralen Bereich (21) des Grundes verlängern, während die Ränder des genannten Grundelements aufgeklappt sind.
  6. Verpackung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Umriss der genannten Einschnitte der kleinen Basis und zwei Seiten einer Figur entspricht, die im wesentlichen die Form eines gleichschenkligen Trapezes aufweist.
  7. Verpackung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Seiten der genannten Einschnitte einen ersten Teil, der bezüglich der Faltlinie leicht geneigt ist, wodurch den genannten Verbindungsmitteln ein Zugwiderstand geboten wird, und einen zweiten, abgerundeten Teil umfassen, wodurch die Einführung der genannten Verbindungsmittel erleichtert wird.
  8. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten vorstehenden Lappen Abstützungen für das Deckelelement bilden, während dieses auf das Grundelement abgesenkt ist.
  9. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Verbindungsmittel, die als Scharniere dienen, aus zwei vorstehenden Lappen (8) gebildet sind, wovon jeder mit einer Faltlinie (9) versehen ist, und die genannten Lappen im äusseren Bereich des genannten zweiten Randes des Deckelelementes angeordnet sind.
  10. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Schliessmittel aus einem vorstehenden Lappen (12) gebildet sind, versehen mit einer Faltlinie (13), und der genannte Lappen im äusseren Bereich des genannten zweiten Randes des Deckelelementes angeordnet ist, der demjenigen gegenüberliegt, der den als Scharnier dienenden Lappen trägt.
  11. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Schliessmittel aus zwei vorstehenden Lappen gebildet sind, wovon jeder mit einer Faltlinie versehen ist, und die genannten Lappen im äusseren Bereich des genannten zweiten Randes des Deckelelementes angeordnet sind, welcher demjenigen gegenüberliegt, der den als Scharnier dienenden Lappen trägt.
  12. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Grundelement und das Deckelelement aus Karton unterschiedlicher Dicke hergestellt sind.
  13. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Grundelement mit einem Polypropylen-Film laminiert ist.
  14. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Grundelement und das Deckelelement mit einem Polypropylen-Film laminiert sind.
