Claims (10)

  1. Verpackungsbehälter oder Schale , insbesondere für Nahrungsmittel, umfassend eine geschlossene Einfassung (5) mit wenigstens zwei gegenüberliegenden Querfenstern (6), einen thermogeformten Boden (1) und einen abnehmbar auf dem Boden (1) angebrachten thermogeformten Deckel (2),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (1) oder der Deckel (2) eine Umfangsöffnung mit einem nach außen vorstehenden Rücksprung (3) aufweist, mit dem der Umfangsrand des Deckels (2) bzw. des Bodens (1) im Hinblick auf den Verschluß des Verpackungsbehälters zusammenwirkt, wobei die Einfassung (5) entlang der Außenwand des mit dem besagten Rücksprung (3) versehenen Teils, Boden (1) oder Deckel (2), im Anschlag an dem besagten Rücksprung (3) zusammenwirkt, wobei die besagte Einfassung (5) über Verriegelungsorgane (7, 8; 10, 12; 14), die mit der besagten Einfassung (5) zusammenwirken, in ihrer Position verriegelt ist.
  2. Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungsorgane (7, 8; 10, 12) mit den Fenstern (6) der Einfassung (5) zusammenwirken.
  3. Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rücksprung (3) fest mit dem Boden (1) verbunden ist, wobei ein Rand jedes der gegenüberliegenden Fenster (6) eine umklappbare Zunge (7) umfaßt, die mit einem Verriegelungsmittel (8) zusammenwirkt.
  4. Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das besagte Verriegelungsmittel aus einem in den Deckel (2) eingearbeiteten Aufklemmausschnitt (8) besteht.
  5. Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das besagte Verriegelungsmittel ein erstes Organ umfaßt, das am freien Ende einer formschlüssigen Zunge (7) eines am freien Ende der anderen Zunge (7) ausgebildeten zweiten Organs ausgebildet ist.
  6. Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungsorgane wenigstens eine Zunge (12) umfassen, die in einer Klappe (11) des Teils (2) ausgebildet ist, das nicht den Rücksprung enthält und mit dem oberen Rand eines Fensters (6) der Einfassung (5) zusammenwirkt.
  7. Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungsorgane wenigstens eine Zunge (12) umfassen, die in einer Klappe (11) des Teils (2) ausgebildet ist, das nicht den Rücksprung enthält, und daß die besagte Zunge (12) mit einer Ausnehmung (10) zusammenwirkt, die in die Umfangswand (9) des Teils (1), das den Rücksprung (3) enthält, in der Nähe des oberen Rands eines dem besagten Rücksprung (3) zugekehrten Fensters (6) eingearbeitet ist.
  8. Verpackungsbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Teil, Boden (1) oder Deckel (2), das den Rücksprung (3) enthält, eine Umfangswand mit einer zur Form der Einfassung (5) passenden Form aufweist.
  9. Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einfassung (5) durchgehende Öffnungen (13) enthält, die von den Fenstern (6) verschieden und in der Nähe eines Rands der Einfassung (5) ausgebildet sind, der am Rücksprung (3) des Teils, Böden (1) oder Deckel (2), zum Anschlag kommt, wobei durch jede dieser Öffnungen ein Verriegelungsorgan (14) zur Verriegelung des besagten Teils eingesetzt wird, wobei das besagte Verriegelungsorgan (14) in der Außenwand unter dem besagten Rücksprung (3) positioniert ist, wobei die Randleiste (4) des anderen Teils, Deckel (2) oder Boden (1), einen Einrastrand (15) unter dem freien Ende des Rücksprungs (3) des betreffenden Teils, Boden (1) oder Deckel (2) umfaßt.
  10. Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagten Verriegelungsorgane aus Vorsprüngen (14) bestehen und die formschlüssigen Verriegelungsorgane aus dem Einrastrand (15) des anderen Teils, Deckel (2) oder Boden (1), bestehen.
