    2. A packaging box according to Claim 1,
      characterised in that the locking elements (7, 8; 10, 12) interact with the windows (6) of the collar (5).
    3. A packaging box according to Claim 2,
      characterised in that the return (3) is integral with the base (1), one edge of each of the opposing windows (6) has a foldable tongue (7) interacting with locking means (8).
    4. A packaging box according to Claim 2,
      characterised in that the said locking means comprise a clip opening (8) made in the lid (2).
    5. A packaging box according to Claim 2,
      characterised in that the said locking means comprise a first element formed at the free end of a tongue (7) complementary to a second element formed at the free end of the other tongue (7).
    6. A packaging box according to Claim 2,
      characterised in that the locking elements comprise at least one tongue (12) formed in a flap (11) of the part (2) not having the return and interacting with the upper edge of a window (6) of the collar (5).
    7. A packaging box according to Claim 2,
      characterised in that the locking elements comprise at least one tongue (12) formed in a flap (11) of the part (2) not having the return and the said tongue (12) interacts with a slot (10) provided in the peripheral wall (9) of the part (1) having the return (3), close to the upper edge of a window (6) adjacent to the said return (3).
    8. A packaging box according to one of Claims 2 to 7,
      characterised in that the part, base (1) or lid (2), having the return (3) has a peripheral wall of a shape complementary to that of the collar (5).
    9. A packaging box according to Claim 1,
      characterised in that the collar (5) has through holes (13), distinct from the windows (6) and provided close to an edge of the collar (5) coming into abutment with the return (3) of the part, base (1) or lid (2), and through each of which a locking element (14) of the said part engages, the said locking element (14) being positioned in the outer wall below the said return (3), the flap (4) of the other part, lid (2) or base (1), having a locking edge (15) below the free end of the return (3) of the part, base (1) or lid (2).
    10. A packaging box according to Claim 9,
      characterised in that the said locking elements comprise projections (14) and the complementary locking elements comprise the locking edge (15) of the other part, lid (2) or base (1).
