Definitions

  • the invention relates to a fitting according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such a fitting is known from US Pat. No. 4,676,083.
  • a coupling is effected between a pusher pin and an actuating handle. While it is possible to open a door equipped with such a fitting from the inside of the door at any time without using a key, opening the door from the outside is only possible with the key card.
  • a fitting, in which the handle and actuating handle can be coupled by means of an electromagnetic device, is known from DE-OS 35 37 785.
  • the object of the invention is to specify such a fitting in a production-technically simple manner with an increased range of use, and without reducing the locking security.
  • a generic fitting is specified, which is characterized by an increased area of use.
  • the fitting can be actuated in the usual way into a coded key card, for example a magnetically coded lock card, a suitable key or a correspondingly designed locking element.
  • a remote control is also possible, by means of which the trigger pin can be coupled to the actuating handle.
  • the fitting can also be locked against key card actuation by means of the other electromagnetic device.
  • the two oppositely operating electromagnetic devices each of which can be controlled individually, thus bring the advantage of further closure options.
  • One electromagnetic device replaces the key card-related clutch and the other in turn removes it. The latter is activated if individual entry is to be prevented by the magnetic card.
  • the fitting is therefore particularly suitable for use in locking systems which are intended to allow an individual and / or remote-controlled opening of a door. It is possible to have the fitting on front doors or on doors of doctor's surgeries. In the latter case, the fitting can be switched to day mode by remote control, so that entry to the doctor's office is possible at any time during an office hour. The switch to night operation then leads to a clutch, so that the entry of the prescribed key element or the magnetically coded key card is required. In addition, this individual access can also be blocked by the other electromagnetic device.
  • the key-operated and the electromagnetic device act on a common coupling, the structure of the fitting can be easily designed by saving on components.
  • the other electromagnetic device can be such that it supports the actuator so that despite the proper insertion of the key and actuation of the corresponding device, the coupling position cannot be brought about.
  • This exclusion also takes place via a central point, from which an electromagnetically controlled device is also controlled.
  • the common element on which the key-operated and also the electromagnetic device act is thus the toothed coupling sleeve which can be displaced against spring loading. It is displaced in the axial direction when a key is actuated or when electromagnetic action occurs, whereby it comes into engagement with a toothing on the actuating handle side.
  • the coupling sleeve is designed so that the actuators of the key-operated and the attack an electromagnetic device. There is a clearance to the effect that the uncontrolled actuator allows the clutch sleeve to be displaced by means of the other actuator.
  • the actuators are designed as leaf spring tongues, the free, fork-shaped ends of which interact with the ring collar. This looks like that each leaf spring tongue acts approximately half on the ring collar in such a way that the leaf spring tongues do not overlap and thereby interfere with each other. It is always ensured that the coupling sleeve can therefore be brought into the coupling position by means of one and the other leaf spring tongue.
  • the key-operated device is a magnetic card lock. By inserting the magnetic card into the magnetic card lock, such an alignment of the magnetic locks takes place that it is then possible to move the coupling sleeve via the leaf spring tongue into the engagement position.
  • the armature is displaced, which brings the associated actuating element into the corresponding position via the angle lever, either in the engagement or in the release position. So that the armature remains in one position as well as in the other position without the coil having to be subjected to any further current flow, the end of the armature facing away from the angle lever interacts with a yoke excited by a permanent magnet.
  • the control of the armature is such that the armature is attracted to the yoke when the engagement position of the electromagnetic actuator Establishment exists.
  • the yoke is attracted by the action of the permanent magnet. Its effect is canceled when the coil is energized. This is done by superimposing the permanent magnetic field with the electromagnetically generated field.
  • the arrangement is preferably such that the coil can be connected to a capacitor charged by means of a voltage source to excite it via a pole-reversal switch. This configuration has the advantage that even with different voltage sources (with varying output voltages within a certain range) or with the use of batteries, which - depending on the time of use - can have a different state of charge, an electromagnetic displacement of the armature is nevertheless guaranteed.
  • the charged capacitor due to its low internal resistance, is capable of delivering a high current surge, which results in a corresponding excitation of the magnet coil, so that the displacement of the armature - contrary to the action of the permanent magnet - ensures is.
  • the parallel connection of the capacitor to the coil offers the possibility that, if the voltage source fails, there is still a sufficient capacitor charge within a certain time, which enables actuation of the electromagnetic device. It is preferably provided that the position of the actuator associated with the one electromagnetic device is electrically queried by means of a push button. In this way, the operating status of the lock can be seen.
  • Light-emitting diodes can preferably be controlled with the button, so that control is always possible from a control station or the like. It is advisable that the other electromagnetic device acts on the actuating member assigned to the key-operated device. As soon as this happens, a clutch can no longer be brought about via the key-operated device will. On the one hand, it is possible to design the other electromagnetic device as a coil arrangement with an armature, which acts directly on the actuator.
  • a technically more favorable embodiment can be seen in the fact that in the axial extension of the one electromagnetic device in the direction facing away from the pusher mandrel, the other electromagnetic device has a coil arrangement, the armature of which is articulated to one end of a transmission rod, the other end of which is connected to a single-armed, engages in the range of motion of the actuating element associated with the key-actuatable actuating lever. Therefore, a strongly dimensioned coil arrangement can be used without increasing the overall height of the fitting.
  • such an arrangement can be made that when the actuator of the key-operated device is acted upon, the armature of the coil arrangement of the other electromagnetic device is attracted by the permanent magnet, so that there is no constant flow of current while saving the energy source.
  • the configuration according to the invention also includes a time switching device which, within a predetermined time, the position of engagement of the Clears the clutch by actuating one electromagnetic device.
  • timer which is constructed in such a way that after the electromagnetic unit is switched on, the door must be opened within a certain period of time, for example 5 or 10 seconds.
  • the time switch device then actuates the one electromagnetic device, so that it brings the clutch into the release position.
  • the numeral 1 designates a door which receives a mortise lock 3 in a lock pocket 2 starting from the rabbet side.
  • Their faceplate 4 is penetrated by a latch bolt 5 and by a control latch 6, which extends below the latch bolt 5.
  • the latch bolt 5 projects above the faceplate 4 by the amount drawn in full lines in FIGS. 1 and 2. If the door is closed, the latch bolt 5 and the control latch 6 initially shift into the lock. As soon as the latch bolt 5 is aligned with the associated engagement opening of a counter-closing part on the frame side, the latch bolt 5 can snap forward into the dot-dash position with the door locked.
  • the non-illustrated follower of the mortise lock 3 is constantly coupled with an internal turning handle 7.
  • the latch bolt 5 can be withdrawn completely when the door is closed in order to be able to open the door 1.
  • the internal turning handle 7 is mounted in an elongated, rectangularly shaped inner fitting plate 8.
  • an outer fitting plate 9 is fixed on the outside of the door.
  • the latter has a stop 10 on the stop side, in which, as a whole, with the bottom of the printer mandrel axis (AA) Number 11 designated key-operated device is provided.
  • an electromagnetically actuated device 12 above the axis AA there is an electromagnetically actuated device 12 above the axis AA. The latter both work on the coupling designated by K between an actuating handle 13 on the outside of the door and the latch bolt 5.
  • the coupling K has a pusher mandrel 14 with a square cross section, which passes through the not shown follower nut and is in positive engagement with the internal turning handle 7.
  • a collar 15 of circular cross section adjoins the pushing pin 14. This collar 15 is mounted in a sleeve 16 of the housing cover 17 which overlaps the recess 10.
  • An externally toothed sleeve 19 adjoins the ring flange 18, which ends in front of the end face of a toothed sleeve 20. Their external toothing corresponds to that of the sleeve 19.
  • the toothed sleeve 20 is in turn connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the actuating handle 13 on the outside of the door.
  • a coupling sleeve 21 is displaceable in the axial direction on the sleeve 19.
  • the coupling sleeve 21 has an internal toothing which is adapted to the external toothing of the sleeve 19 and the tooth sleeve 20.
  • the coupling sleeve 21 is brought into its release position by a helical compression spring 22 which surrounds the coupling sleeve 21 and acts on it on an annular shoulder 23.
  • the helical compression spring 22 receives its other support near the bottom 24 of the outer fitting plate 9.
  • the coupling sleeve 21 has, near its end face facing the annular flange 18, an annular collar 26 on which actuating members 27, 28 of the key-operated device 11 and the electromagnetic device 12 engage.
  • Both actuators 27, 28 are designed as leaf spring tongues, the free, fork-shaped ends 29, 30 of which cooperate with the annular collar 26 by being supported on the latter.
  • the support is such that the ends 29, 30 each apply half to the annular collar 26.
  • the axial load acting on the coupling sleeve 21 is selected in non-actuated devices 11, 12 so that it does not come into the engagement position for the toothing of the toothed sleeve 20. Then the door outside operating handle 13 is freely rotatable, so that opening the door 1 is not possible.
  • the key-actuated device 11 inserted from the rear of the outer fitting plate 9 has a base plate 31 and a cover 32 running parallel thereto, which parts are kept at a distance from one another by webs (not shown in detail). Both the cover 32 and the base plate 31 are made of aluminum. A slide 33 running in the longitudinal direction of the outer door plate 8 slides along the underside of the cover. This is made of plastic and is plate-shaped. The guide surface opposite the cover 32 forms a locking plate 34 made of brass, which is inserted into the housing from the cover side and held there immovably. Holes 35 provided in the locking plate 34 are aligned with the corresponding bearing recesses 36 in the locking position of the slide 33 illustrated in FIG. 6.
  • the latter are designed as through holes and receive magnetic pins 37 engaging in the locking plate holes 35.
  • a large number of such bearing recesses 36 are provided in the slide 33.
  • the latter is designed as a regionally magnetized key card 38 of appropriate rigidity and can be inserted from an insertion shaft 39 extending from the underside of the fitting plate.
  • the anchor plate 41 On the locking plate 34 there is a copper baffle 40, the wide surface of which is facing away from the locking plate 34 and is located at the level of the aforementioned insertion shaft 39.
  • An anchor plate 41 which is held in position by a leaf spring 42, is supported on the corresponding broad surface.
  • the anchor plate 41 consists of ferromagnetic material. The anchor plate 41 thus attracts the magnetic pins 37, as a result of which they engage in the holes 35 in the locking plate 34. In this position of the magnetic pins, the slide 33 cannot be moved from its basic position illustrated in FIG. 6, since the engagement of the magnetic pins 37 in the locking plate 34 fixed to the housing prevents this.
  • a tension spring 43 serving as a return spring is fixed at one end to a cross pin 44 of the cover 32.
  • the other end of the tension spring 43 engages a projection 33 ⁇ of the slide 33.
  • the slide 33 forms a control projection 45 which penetrates an opening of the actuating member 27 and by means of which a displacement of the on the device 11 attached actuator 27 in the direction of the coupling sleeve 21 is possible to be able to shift.
  • the electromagnetic device 12 also comprises a housing 46 which is inserted into the recess 10 of the outer door plate 9 and fastened there. In opposition to the actuating element 27, this carries the actuating element 28, the end 30 of which acts on the coupling sleeve 21 in opposite relationship to the end 29.
  • a pin-shaped armature 48 penetrating a coil 47 serves to displace the actuating element 28 in the direction of the coupling sleeve 21.
  • the armature 48 has a circular cross section.
  • the outward end of the armature 48 is provided with a slot 49 which is closed at the end by a cross pin 50.
  • One end 51 of an angle lever 52 engages in the opening thus formed.
  • the pivot point for this is a pin 53 of the housing 46.
  • the free angle leg 54 extends through the actuator 28 and is supported on the outside thereof.
  • the end of the armature 48 facing away from the angle lever 52 interacts with a yoke 56 excited by a permanent magnet 55.
  • the yoke 56 is U-shaped and surrounds the coil 47.
  • the coil 47 can be connected to a capacitor 58 via a pole-reversal switch 57 for its excitation.
  • a voltage source U 1 is connected in parallel with the capacitor 58.
  • This can be designed as a power supply unit; alternatively or in addition, it is also possible to use a battery or an accumulator here.
  • the two connections of the capacitor 58 lead to the respective switching contact 60, 61 of the reversing switch 57, which is designed as a double changeover switch.
  • the switching contact 60 is in the rest position in the position shown in FIG. 10, ie it is neither connected to the mating contact 62 nor 63 .
  • the same applies to the switch contact 61 which can cooperate with the counter contacts 64 and 65.
  • the counter contact 62 leads to the coil 47, and the other coil end of the coil 47 is connected to the counter contact 64.
  • Mating contact 63 is connected to mating contact 64 and mating contact 65 is connected to mating contact 62.
  • An active connection 66 shown in dashed lines leads to a button 67 which is designed as a changeover switch. The connections of the button 67 are connected to LEDs 68 and 69, respectively.
  • a voltage source U 2 is provided for the operation of the light-emitting diodes 68 and 69. Preferably, only a single voltage source can be used for the lock, so that U 1 is then equal to U 2.
  • the active connection 66 indicates the following mechanical structure: the push button 67 is operatively connected to the actuating member 28 with a sensing element; that is, depending on the position of the actuator, the button 67 responds or not.
  • the corresponding positions are indicated by the LEDs 68 and 69; which corresponds to the state of the coupling sleeve 21 “uncoupled” or “coupled”.
  • the pole-reversal switch 57 is actuated in such a way that its switching contacts 60 and 61 are connected to the mating contacts 62 and 64, the capacitor 58 essentially emits a current surge (the voltage source U 1 acts only as a support), as a result of which the coil 47 is excited and the Anchor 48 is pulled to the yoke 56.
  • the armature 48 is held in this position due to the action of the permanent magnet 55.
  • the displacement of the armature 48 is accompanied by a pivoting of the angle lever 52 so that it leaves its position according to FIG. 7 and enters the position according to FIG. 9.
  • the free angle leg 54 takes the actuator 28 in such a way that the coupling sleeve 21 against the load on the compression spring 22 in the engaged position Tooth box 20 arrives.
  • the rotary connection between the outside operating handle 13 and the latch bolt 5 is established.
  • the door can thus be opened.
  • the pole-reversal switch 57 only a short push is required, ie after the impulse has been given, the switching contacts 60 and 61 return to the position shown in FIG. 10. Nevertheless, in this return position, the armature 48 remains in its previously assumed position, as already described, since there is a permanent magnetic bond.
  • the structure of the circuit described above has the advantage that the coil 47 does not have to be permanently flowed through in current in the two operating positions of the lock; rather, it is sufficient to cause a switchover by a short current surge. In this way, the power source is spared, which is particularly advantageous when using batteries.
  • the capacitor 58 receives a sufficient charge for a certain time in order to be able to operate the lock again. If one wants to take into account the latter case, it is advantageous to use different voltage sources U 1 and U 2 in order to prevent the capacitor from not being discharged by the LEDs 68 or 69 in the event of a battery failure.
  • the remote-controlled clutch has been described previously.
  • the coupling sleeve 21 can also be moved by the key-operated device 11.
  • the key card 38 is to be inserted into the insertion slot 39.
  • the key card 38 comes between the guide plate 40 and the anchor plate 41, the latter shifting against the load of the leaf spring 42 in the transverse direction.
  • the key card 38 occurs with its insert-side end edge in front of a transverse projection 33 'in the transverse direction of the slide 33'.
  • the magnetic pins 37 have been displaced from the magnetized areas of the key card 38 such that they leave the holes 35 in the locking plate 34.
  • the slide 33 is inevitably taken along via the driver projection 33 ', which in turn is via the control projection 45 the actuating member 27 is shifted from the position according to FIGS. 6 and 7 into the position according to FIG. 8 and thereby the coupling sleeve 21 is shifted into the engagement position relative to the toothed sleeve 20.
  • the latch bolt 5 can be withdrawn from the outside of the door by means of the actuating handle 13.
  • the tension spring 43 was also tensioned. In the forward position, however, the slide 33 is blocked against being moved back as long as the key card 37 is inserted. This lock is only released after a certain withdrawal movement of the key card, so that the tension spring 43 can take effect and return the slide 33 to the starting position according to FIG.
  • FIG. 6 shows in dash-dotted lines that one key-actuated device 11 is assigned another electromagnetic device 70.
  • This also comprises a coil arrangement with armature 71, which corresponds to the electromagnetic device 12.
  • a permanent magnet (not shown) and a yoke are also provided.
  • the current surge takes place via a capacitor.
  • this other electromagnetic device 70 it is possible, by remote control, to bring the armature 71, which is assigned directly to the actuating member 27, into the position illustrated in FIG. 6, which then supports the actuating member 27. It is therefore not possible to move the clutch sleeve 21 into the clutch position by actuating the key.
