Claims (4)

  1. Procédé pour la fabrication d'un corps moulé plaqué, en particulier plaqué par laminage, et qui consiste en un matériau de base et au moins un matériau de placage fortement allié, ne rouillant pas, selon lequel :
    - le matériau de base contient jusqu'à 0,25 % en poids de C, de 0,10 à 1,5 % en poids de Si, 0,50 à 1,70 % en poids de Mn, jusqu'à 1,00 % en poids de Cr, jusqu'à 0,30 % en poids de Cu, jusqu'à 0,50 % en poids de Mo, jusqu'à 3,00 % en poids de Ni, jusqu'à 0,05 % en poids de Nb, jusqu'à 0,10 % en poids de V, jusqu'à 0,02 % en poids de N, jusqu'à 0,04 % en poids de P, jusqu'à 0,025 % en poids de S, le solde consistant en fer et impuretés provenant de la fusion, sous réserve que Nb % + Ti % + V % est inférieur à 0,20 % en poids, et (Al % + Ti % + Zr %) · N % est supérieur à 0,005 % en poids,
    - le matériau de placage consiste en 0,001 à 0,1 % en poids de C, 0,001 à 2,0 % en poids de Si, 0,01 à 5,0 % en poids de Mn, 0,5 à 40,0 % en poids de Cr, 35,0 à 80,0 % en poids de Ni, 7,0 à 30,0 % en poids de Mo, jusqu'à 5,0 % en poids de Cu, jusqu'à 1,0 % en poids de Ti, jusqu'à 1,0 % en poids de Nb, jusqu'à 0,04 % en poids de P, jusqu'à 5,0 % en poids de W, jusqu'à 0,025 % en poids de S, le solde consistant en fer et impuretés provenant de la fusion, et
    - les matériaux, après le placage, sont portés à une température de 1.000 à 1.150°C, puis refroidis jusqu'à une température de 700 à 450°C, de préférence de 620 à 550°C, à une vitesse de 10°C/sec. à 1°C/sec., puis finalement refroidis dans l'air au repos à une vitesse de 15°C/min. à 5°C/min.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les matériaux, après le placage par laminage, sont à une température de 1.000 à 1.060°C.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les matériaux sont refroidis rapidement à une température de 620 à 550°C à une vitesse de 7°C/sec. à 3°C/sec.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le refroidissement dans l'air au repos est réalisé à une vitesse d'environ 10°C/min.
