  • raccordée en sortie du mélangeur, en amont de la vanne commandée P₁ contrôlant la pulvérisation, un circuit 33 d'évacuation des produits contenus dans le mélangeur, conduisant à un réservoir 34 reccueillant ces produits tels les mélanges de solvant et de durcisseur,
  • une vanne commandée P₆ contrôlant l'évacuation vers le réservoir 34 des produits contenus dans le mélangeur par leur circuit 33,
  • relié aux circuits 35, 36 de commande de la vanne P₁ contrôlant la pulvérisation, un circuit 37 de temporisation d'une part, pourvu d'un moyen 38 de réglage entre une durée nulle et une durée au moins légèrement inférieure à celle nécessaire au durcissement du mélange à l'abri de l'air et, d'autre part, émettant au terme de cette durée un signal,
  • un circuit 39, 40 qui a réception de ce signal commande la fermeture des vannes commandées P₂, P₃ d'arrivée au mélangeur de la base 1 et du durcisseur 2 et enclenche un cycle de vidange et de nettoyage comprenant en alternance des phases de lavage avec au moins un solvant et des phases de rinçage.

  • a circuit 39, 40 which on receipt of this signal controls the closing of the controlled valves P₂, P₃ arriving at the mixer of the base 1 and the hardener 2 and starts a draining and cleaning cycle comprising alternately washing phases with at least one solvent and rinsing phases.

    • . tout d'abord par une phase de décompression, pendant laquelle les vannes P₂, P₃ d'amenée de la base et du durcisseur et la vanne P₁ de pulvérisation sont fermées tandis que les autres vannes P₄ à P₇ sont ouvertes,
    • . puis un rinçage chimique pendant lequel seules les vannes P₄, P₅ d'amenée des agents nettoyants et la vanne P₇ du recyclage sont ouvertes.

    Le rinçage peut alors être répété plusieurs fois avant un rinçage final pendant lequel on ouvre en plus la vanne P₆ d'évacuation du produit contenu dans le mélangeur,
  • enfin on termine le rinçage par fermeture des vannes précitées à l'exception de celle P₇ de recyclage pour retrouver l'état initial.

    The rinsing can then be repeated several times before a final rinsing during which the P₆ valve for discharging the product contained in the mixer is opened,
  • finally, the rinsing is terminated by closing the aforementioned valves, with the exception of that of recycling P pour to return to the initial state.

Claims (9)

  1. Method for bringing together a liquid base product (1) and a hardener (2) for the purpose of producing a quick-hardening product by means of an installation (3) comprising principally:
    - a base material system (4) with in particular a motor (5) driving at least one pump (6) expelling the base material (1) contained in a tank (7) into the said system (4) leading to a nozzle (8) for atomising on the ground (9),
    - a system (24) for a secondary product with a secondary pump (26) expelling the second product contained in a secondary tank (27) through the secondary product system,
    - the base material system (4) for the main product and the system (24) for the secondary product both lead to the same mixer (21) feeding the atomisation nozzle (8),
    - the two pumps (6, 26) obviously therefore having outputs adjusted so as to match the proportions of the mixture to be produced,
       according to which method the secondary tank (27) is supplied with liquid hardener (2) which the secondary product system (24) conveys to the mixer (21) which mixes it with the base material (1) before conveying the mixture to the atomisation nozzle (8) and, on completion of the atomisation, the feeding of the base material (1) and hardener (2) to the mixer (21) is interrupted and a drainage and cleaning cycle is started,
       during which drainage and cleaning cycle the return of the hardener to its tank is actuated so as to recycle it,
       this method being CHARACTERISED in that:
    - as soon as the atomisation is interrupted by means of a valve (P₁) located upstream of the nozzle (8) and controlled by circuits (35, 36), a time delay circuit (37) is activated, set to a time between a nil value and a value at least slightly less than the hardening time in the absence of air,
    - at the end of the predetermined time, by means of this time delay circuit, a signal is transmitted by means of which:
    . the admission of the base material (1) and hardener (2) to the mixer (21) is interrupted, and
    . the drainage and cleaning cycle is started, comprising in particular, in alternation, stages of washing with at least one solvent and rinsing stages, during which cleaning cycle the above-mentioned return of the hardener to its tank for recycling is actuated.
  2. Method according to Claim 1 in which:
    - on the one hand, the motor (5) driving the base material pump (6) consists of a hydraulic motor fed by a hydraulic circuit (10) comprising its variable capacity hydraulic pump (11) taking oil (12) from a tank (13) and conveying it to the hydraulic motor (5) after passing through a coupling with a safety valve (14) and then through a pressure reducer (15) and optionally a flow reducer (16), preventing the racing of the motor, and/or a flow meter (17) for example connected to a microprocessor computer (18), and
    - on the other hand, the motor (25) driving the pump (26) for the hardener (2) is also hydraulic and positioned in a secondary hydraulic circuit (20),
       and in which moreover:
    - the main hydraulic circuit (10) has its action synchronised with that of the secondary hydraulic circuit (20),
    . this secondary hydraulic circuit (20), like the main hydraulic circuit, passes through a pressure reducer (22) and even through a flow reducer (23) preventing the racing of the motor (25) and/or a flow meter (28),
    . these two hydraulic circuits (10, 20) being for example fed by the same variable capacity pump (11) and placed under the control of the same safety valve (14),
       this method being characterised in that, on one part (29) of the secondary hydraulic circuit (20), a bypass (30) is provided and on at least one of the sections formed by this bypass (30) and the part (29) of the circuit bypassed by this bypass, the flow rate is regulated so that, in the bypass (30), the flow rate is greater than in the part (29) of the circuit (20) bypassed by this bypass (30), and at the time of recycling the flow in the secondary circuit is passed through the bypass whilst during the mixing the flow in the secondary hydraulic circuit is passed through the part (29) of the secondary circuit which was bypassed by the bypass.
  3. Method according to Claim 1 or 2, characterised in that, during the cleaning cycle, stages for diluting with the solvent are provided for.
  4. Means for the purpose of implementing the method according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, comprising:
    - controlled valves (P₂, P₃) at the feed to the inlets of the mixer (21) for the base material (1) system (4) and hardener (2) system (24),
    - systems (31, 32) for conveying products used during the cleaning cycle, which circuits (31, 32) are connected to the head of the mixer (21), downstream of the controlled valves (P₂, P₃) on the systems (4, 24) for the base material (1) and hardener (2),
    - controlled valves (P₄, P₅) controlling the admission to the mixer head of the cleaning products through their systems (31, 32),
    - connected to the outlet from the mixer, a system (33) for discharging the products contained in the mixer,
       these means being characterised in that they comprise, in addition to the controlled valve (P₁) which, at the outlet from the mixer (21), is provided just upstream of the nozzle (8):
    - connected to the circuits (35, 36) for actuating the valve (P₁) controlling the atomisation, a time delay circuit (37) on the one hand, provided with means (38) of setting between a nil time and a time at least slightly less than that required for hardening of the mixture in the absence of air and, on the other hand, transmitting a signal at the end of this time,
    - a circuit (39, 40) which, on receiving this signal, actuates the closure of the controlled valves (P₂, P₃) for admitting the base material (1) and hardener (2) to the mixer and starts a drainage and cleaning cycle comprising, in alternation, stages of washing with at least one solvent and rinsing stages.
  5. Means according to Claim 4, characterised in that they comprise:
    - a tank (34) connected to the system (33) for discharging products such as mixtures of solvent and hardener, and
    - a controlled valve (P₆) controlling the discharge to the tank (34) of the products contained in the mixer through their system (33).
  6. Means according to Claim 4 or 5, characterised in that they comprise:
    - a hardener recycling pipe (54) connected to the hardener (2) system (24) upstream of the controlled valve (P₂) controlling the admission of the hardener (2) to the mixer (21), which recycling pipe returns to the hardener secondary tank (27),
    - inserted in this hardener recycling pipe (54), a controlled valve (P₇) controlling the return of the hardener (2) to its tank (27).
  7. Means according to Claim 6, characterised in that, on one part (29) of the secondary hydraulic circuit (20), a bypass (30) is provided and, on at least one of the sections formed by this bypass (30) and the part (29) of the circuit bypassed by this bypass, a flow regulator (44, 45) is inserted so that, in the bypass (30), the flow is greater than in the part (29) of the system (20) bypassed by this bypass (30) and, at the top of the bypass and the bypassed part, a distribution valve (50) is inserted, directing the oil to one or other of the sections (29, 30), that is to say at the time of recycling the flow in the secondary circuit is passed through the bypass, whilst during the mixing the flow in the secondary hydraulic circuit is passed through the part (29) of the secondary circuit which was bypassed by the bypass.
  8. Means according to any one of Claims 4 to 7, characterised in that the mixer (21) advantageously comprises a first mixer (41) of the so-called "spiral" type imparting successive accelerations and retardations to the products which assist their mixing, and to the outlet from which is connected a flexible pipe (42) for connecting to a second mixer (43) of the so-called "dividing" static type which, by dividing the flow, improves the mixing.
  9. Installation (3) comprising principally:
    - a base material (4) system with notably a motor (5) driving at least one pump (6) expelling the base material (1) contained in a tank (7) in the said system (4) leading to a nozzle (8) for atomisation on the ground (9),
    - a controlled valve (P₁) provided upstream of the nozzle (8) enabling the atomisation to be interrupted,
    - the motor (5) driving the base material pump (4) consisting for example of a hydraulic motor fed by a hydraulic circuit (10) comprising its variable capacity hydraulic pump (11) taking oil (12) from a tank (13) and conveying it to the hydraulic motor (5) after passing through a coupling with a safety valve (14) and then through a pressure reducer (15) and optionally a flow reducer (16), preventing the racing of the motor, and/or a flow meter (17) for example connected to a microprocessor computer (18),
    - a system (24) for a secondary product with a secondary pump (26) expelling the second product contained in a secondary tank (27) through the secondary product system,
    - the base product system (4) for the main product and the system (24) for the secondary product both leading to the same mixer (21) feeding the atomisation nozzle (8) under the control of the controlled valve (P₁),
    - the two pumps (6, 26) therefore obviously having outputs adjusted so as to match the proportions of the mixture to be produced and the main hydraulic circuit (10) having its action synchronised with that of the secondary hydraulic circuit (20),
    - this secondary hydraulic circuit (20), like the main hydraulic circuit, passing through a pressure reducer (2) and even through a flow reducer (23) preventing the racing of the motor (25) and/or a flow meter (28),
    - these two hydraulic circuits (10, 20) being for example fed by the same variable capacity pump (11) and placed under the control of the same safety valve (14),
       the installation being provided with means according to any one of Claims 4 to 8.
