Die Schwenkbewegungen werden von einer Kurvenscheibe und einem Rollenhebel erzeugt und über ein Koppelgetriebe auf eine Markenantriebswelle übertragen. Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß in der Abschwenkphase der Vordermarken die Schwenkbewegung nur durch starre Glieder des Kurvengetriebes übertragen wird und daß die Sperrvorrichtung durch Fanghaken gebildet wird, die bei einem Sperrsignal der Bogenkontrolleinrichtung durch eine vom Kurvengetriebe unabhängige Stellvorrichtung in eine Fangstellung am Anlagetisch bewegt werden. Mit der Erfindung wird eine Bogenanlegevorrichtung geschaffen, bei der die Bewegung der Vordermarken völlig unabhängig von der Bewegung der Fanghaken der Sperrvorrichtung ist. Hierdurch wird die Möglichkeit geschaffen, den Antrieb der Vordermarken so zu gestalten, daß auch bei hohen Maschinengeschwindigkeiten nur geringe Federkräfte erforderlich sind, da die höchsten Beschleunigungen, die in der Abschwenkphase der Vordermarken auftreten, nicht mit Hilfe von Federkräften übertragen werden müssen. Stattdessen kann bei der erfindungsgemäßen Bogenanlegevorrichtung der Vordermarken-Antrieb nach Art einer Zwangssteuerung ausgebildet sein, die hohe Beschleunigungen und damit hohe Maschinengeschwindigkeiten zuläßt. Da bei der Erfindung auch eine Sperrung von Teilen der Antriebsvorrichtung der Marken unterbleibt, werden stoßartige Belastungen und daraus resultierende Störschwingungen weitestgehend vermieden. Der Antrieb der Sperrhaken, die keine Markenfunktion erfüllen müssen, kann einfach und verhältnismäßig leicht ausgebildet sein, so daß beim Betätigen der Sperrhaken keine nennenswerten Massenkräfte auftreten und keine Störschwingungen hervorgerufen werden. Liegt wieder ein paßgerechter Bogen an den Vordermarken 2 an, so schaltet die Bogenkontrolleinrichtung das Schnellschluß-Magnetventil 19 in seine Ausgangsstellung zurück, wodurch der Kolben des Kurzhubzylinders 17 entlastet wird und die Fanghaken 13 abgeschwenkt werden. Entkoppelt wird die Fangstellung für Maschinenlauf über das manuelle Signal "Papierlauf".The device for blocking the sheet feed consists of catch hooks 13 which are attached to a shaft 14. The short-stroke cylinder 17 is controlled by an electro-pneumatic quick-closing solenoid valve 19, which is controlled electrically by a sheet control device and is switched into a position in which it does not fit the sheet, in the absence of a sheet or in the case of a double sheet feed, in a position in which it connects the short-stroke cylinder 17 to a compressed air shaft . The piston of the short-stroke cylinder 17 actuated in this way pivots the shaft 14 via the fork lever 16, as a result of which the catch hooks 13 reach the catch position and block the sheet feed to the machine. If there is again a fitting sheet on the front marks 2, the sheet control device switches the quick-closing solenoid valve 19 back into its starting position, thereby relieving the piston of the short-stroke cylinder 17 and the catch hooks 13 are pivoted away. The catch position for machine run is decoupled via the manual signal "paper run".

Claims (2)

1. Sheet feeder device for sheet treating and processing machines, particularly for sheet printing presses with front lays swingable periodically by means of a non-lockable cam drive, and a locking device controllable via a sheet checking unit which, on locking, holds the sheet on the feeder table,
characterised in that
in the downswinging phase of the front lays (2), the swinging movement is transferred only via rigid members (3, 4, 6, 7, 10, 11) of the cam drive and that the locking device is constituted by catch hooks (13) which are moved on a locking singal of the sheet checking unit by means of a positioning unit (16, 17) independent of the cam drive into a catch position on the feeder table (1).
2. Sheet feeder device according to Claim 1,
charaterised in that
the catch hooks (13) mounted swingably on the feeder table (1) are movable by means of a pneumatic short stroke cylinder (17) from their downwardly swung position into the catch position and the short stroke cylinder (17) is controllable via an electropneumatic rapid closure magnetique valve (19).
