  • the ends of the cutting means 1, which may be formed by a knife or a saw, are coupled to the ends of rods 5 and 6 forming carriers by means of pivots 3 and 4.
  • the construction is thereby such that the pivots 3 and 4 form axes of rotation which extend parallel to the centre line of the arc-shaped cutting means 1 extending through the centre of curvature 2 and perpendicular to the plane of the drawing.
