Description
Bezeichnung: Pharmazeutikum
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Pharmazeutikum, das vorwiegend und vorzugsweise ausschließlich aus zerkleinerten (z. B. pulverisierten), pflanzlichen Bestandteilen und Mineralien zusammengesetzt ist.'
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Pharmazeutikum der ein¬ gangs genannten Art anzugeben, das verbesserte therapeutische Eigen¬ schaften hat und insbesondere für die Therapie im neurologischen Bereich geeignet ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst durch ein Pharmazeutikum mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1.
Die entscheidende Wirkung des Pharmazeutikums wird durch die gegenseitig sich ergänzende Wirkung der vier Bestandteile erzielt. Dabei ist das Amomum amarum der Hauptbestandteil und somit die eigentlich wirkende Substanz. Diese Hauptwirkung wird durch die drei weiteren Bestandteile unterstützt, durch diese weiteren drei Bestandteile werden unerwünschte Nebenwirkungen unterdrückt.
Im folgenden wird auf die einzelnen Bestandteile und ihre Wirkungen im Pharmazeutikum eingegangen:
Amcmum hat analeptische Eigenschaften, es stimuliert die Atmung und stabilisiert das zentrale Nervensystem. Eines seiner hauptsächlichen Wirkbestandteile, der den Atemapparat stimuliert, ist Cineole. Amomum ist zudem ein außergewöhnlich reicher Lieferant an Mangan. Mangan ist eine wichtige Nährsubstanz, die als Aktivator für Enzyme, wie bei¬ spielsweise Polysaccharid-Polymerase, Leber-Arginase, Cholinesterase und Pyruvatcarboxylase wirkt. Mangan findet sich weit verteilt im Körper, konzentriert aber vorzugsweise in mitochondrien-reichen Geweben wie beispielsweise dem Gehirn, der Niere, der Bauchspeicheldrüse und der Leber. Die Manganverbindung von Amαmum stabilisiert die Funktion des zentralen Nervensystems. Die beiden beschriebenen Wirkungsmechanismen
von Amcmum, die analeptische Wirkung und die Stabilisierung des zentra¬ len Nervensystems, verbessern die Sauerstoffversorgung und die Ernährung des zentralen Nervensystems, lindern Zustände wie EinschlafStörungen, Schlafstörungen und Kopfschmerzen aufgrund Streß und geistigen und see¬ lischen Überlastungen. Amcmum hat im Rahmen des Pharmazeutikums insbe¬ sondere die Funktion, die Tiefe und Qualität des Schlafes zu verbessern.
Die Früchte der Lactuca scariola und Lactuca sativa haben eine sedita- tive Wirkung im Pharmazeutikum. Diese Wirkung ist insbesondere zurück¬ zuführen auf das sogenannte Lactucarium, auch "Salatopium" genannt, das aus etwa 0,2 % Lactucin, 50 % Lactucerol, Hyoscyamin, Lactucicasäure, Kautschuk, flüchtigen Ölen und Mannit, einem sechswertigen Zucker-Alko¬ hol, besteht. Die Aufgabe von Lactuca innerhalb des Pharmazeutikums kann mit einem Schlaftabletten-Effekt verglichen werden. Lactuca scariola hat eine stärkere beruhigende Wirkung als Lactuca sativa.
Piper oder Piper longum hat eine zweifache Aufgabe innerhalb des Pharma¬ zeutikums: Es unterstützt die seditative Wirkung der Gesamtformulierung und verhindert unerwünschte und exzessive seditative Effekte. Die er- stere Wirkung des Bestandteils Piper beruht auf dem chemischen Bestand¬ teil Piperidin, die letztere Wirkung ist auf Piperin zurückzuführen. Piperin ist bekannt für seine analeptische Wirkung, also die Anregung des Atmungstraktes und der Blutzirkulation, hierdurch werden die vitalen Zentren im Myelencephalon (medulla oblongata) stimuliert, wie anhand von Tierversuchen nachgewiesen werden konnte.
Das Pharmazeutikum wird oral eingenαπnen. Die Wirkbestandteile liegen in hcmöophatischer Dosierung vor.
Das Pharmazeutikum ist insbesondere zur neurologischen Therapie ge¬ eignet, es baut Stresszustände ab, wirkt Ermüdungserscheinungen entgegen und bewirkt eine allgemeine Entspannung. Wird es abends zwei Stunden vor dem Schlaf eingenommen, so beruhigt es den Körper und bereitet ihn auf die Nachtruhe vor, der Tag klingt dem natürlichen Lebensrhythmus ent¬ sprechend entspannt aus. Daneben aber hat sich das Pharmazeutikum auch bewährt bei Infarktrisiko oder Angina Pektoris, allgemein bei Sy ptcmen,
die mit Durchblutungsstörungen verbunden sind. Dieser Effekt rührt aus den Atemapparat und das zentrale Nervensystem anregenden, stabilisieren¬ den und streßabbauenden Eigenschaften des Pharmazeutikums.
In galenischer Form wird das Pharmazeutikum als Kautablette angeboten, insbesondere als Kautablette von 0,25 oder 0,5 mg. Gegebenenfalls können Binde- und Gleitmittel beigefügt werden, wie beispielsweise PVP oder gummi arabicum sowie Stearate.
Im folgenden Beispiel ist eine typische galenische Form angegeben:

0,510 g Das Pharmazeutikum kann insbesondere im Hinblick auf cardiovaskuläre Vorbeugung verbessert werden, indem zumindest eins der folgenden Be¬ standteile hinzugefügt wird:
Cortex salicis, es enthält Salicin, eine mit Aspirin eng verwandte chemische Verbindung. Cortex salicis kann substituiert werden durch Salicilsäure oder Aspirin. Salicin oder Aspirin sind für ihre antipyre- tische, analgetische und entzündungshemmende Wirkung bekannt. Cortex chinae, das Chinin enthält, eine Verbindung die antipyretische und entzündungshemmende Wirkung hat.
Hydriertes Aluminiu hydroxid (Kaolin) , das der Irritation der Magen¬ schleimhaut durch Salicinsäure oder scharfe Bestandteile wie Pfeffer (piper) oder Cardamcm entgegenwirkt und diese Irritationen abbaut.
Die so angereicherte Formulierung des Pharmazeutikums ist insbesondere günstig einsetzbar als ein "natürliches Aspirin", sie kann anstelle von Aspirin in seiner derzeitigen Verwendung als Vorbeugemittel gegen
Corona-Herzkrankheiten sowie in der mehr traditionellen Indikation als Mittel gegen Kopfschmerzen, Arthritis und prmenstruale Spannungszustände eingesetzt werden. Der Vorteil dieses "natürlichen Aspirins" gegenüber Aspirin liegt darin, daß der Organismus prompter und leichter mit einer aktiven Substanz von Aspirin Salicylat versorgt wird. Die Absorption von Aspirin aus dem Verdauungstrakt wird durch die Anwesenheit von Pfeffer (piper) und Cardair a deutlich verbessert, diese Bestandteile sind dafür bekannt, die gastrointestinale Absorption von Nahrungsmitteln und phar¬ mazeutischen Wirkstoffen zu verbessern.
Auch in der erweiterten Formulierung bleibt die galenische Form des Pharmazeutikums eine Kautablette, wie im einzelnen oben ausgeführt ist. Ein Beispiel für die galenische Form mit den zusätzlichen Bestandteilen wird im folgenden gegeben:

Claims
1. Pharmazeutikum, das vorwiegend, vorzugsweise ausschließlich, aus zerkleinerten, pflanzlichen Bestandteilen und Mineralien zusammen¬ gesetzt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es folgende Bestandteile in Kombination aufweist:
Amcmum amarum (fructus) , aus der Familie der Zingiberaceae; Lactuca scariola (fructus albus) , aus der Familie der Compositae; Lactuca stiva (fructus) aus der Familie der Ccmpositae und Piper longum (fructus) aus der Familie der Piperaceae.
2. Pharmazeutikum nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es die Bestandteile Amcmum amarum, Lactuca scariola, Lactuca sativa und Piper longum im Gewichtsverhältnis 30:15:15:30 enthält.
3. Pharmazeutikum nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es ausschließlich aus pflanzlichen Bestandteilen zusammengesetzt ist.
4. Pharmazeutikum nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die pflanzlichen Bestandteile in pulverisierter Form zu Tabletten ver¬ preßt werden, die oral eingenommen werden können.
5. Pharmazeutikum nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die pflanzlichen Bestandteile ohne zusätzliche Bindemittel zu Tabletten verpreßt werden.
6. Pharmazeutikum nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekenn¬ zeichnet, daß die Tablette keinen Überzug aufweist.
7. Verwendung des Pharmazeutikums nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, zur Therapie im neurologischen Bereich, insbesondere zur Entspannung, zum Abbau von Stress und Ermüdungserscheinungen und um einen ausru¬ henden Schlaf zu ermöglichen.
