Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schüttung an einem durch wenigstens eine Längstrennwand in mehrere Müllkammern unterteilten Müllfahrzeug. Diese Schüttung benutzt zumindest eine Einfüllöffnung zum Entleeren eines Müllgefäßes in das Müllfahrzeug hinein, mehrere vertikale Einfüllschächte hinter der Einfüllöffnung, eine seitlich verstellbare Leitplatte zwischen jeweils zwei Einfüllschächten, die eine verstellbare seitliche Begrenzung für den Inhalt des Müllgefäßes bildet, und eine Einfülltrennwand oberhalb der Leitplatte, die sich zwischen der Leitplatte und dem Müllgefäß befindet. Die Einfülltrennwand ist verschwenkbar so ausgebildet, daß das Müllgefäß an ihr anlegbar ist und daß sie außerdem in der Entleerungsstellung des Müllgefäßes zwischen demselben und der Leitplatte mülldicht vorhanden ist. Ferner besitzt die Schüttung eine Hub-Kipp-Vorrichtung, die über ihre obere Schwenkwelle an der Schüttung schwenkbar befestigt ist. Aus der DE-A-37 03 557 ist eine Schüttung der eingangs genannten Art bekannt. Diese Schüttung besitzt in ihren Einfüllschächten eine verstellbare Leitplatte in Form eines Schwertes, das bei seinen Schwenkbewegungen mit seinem oberen Rand eine Kreisbahn beschreibt. An der Schwenkwelle der Hub-Kippvorrichtung ist eine Einfülltrennwand befestigt, die mit der Schwenkwelle verschwenkbar ist, mit ihrem unteren Bereich den oberen Rand der Leitplatte beidseitig überlappt und mit ihrem dazu gegenüberliegenden Randbereich mülldicht an den oberen Rand einer in einem Müllbehälter vorhandenen Zwischenwand angelegt werden kann. Damit in jeder Stellung der Leitplatte dieselbe von der Einfülltrennwand überlappt wird, muß die Einfülltrennwand verhältnismäßig großflächig ausgebildet sein. Außerdem muß die Einfülltrennwand eine sehr große untere Spreizung aufweisen, damit sie auch in den beiden extremen seitlichen Schwenklagen der Leitplatte dieselbe noch überlappen kann. Da in dem Müllfahrzeug die Müllkammern relativ groß und dementsprechend der für die Schüttung vorgesehene Raum möglichst klein ausgebildet sein sollen, sind auch die Einfüllschächte im Querschnitt relativ klein. Bei sehr sperrigem bzw. sich leicht verklemmendem Müllinhalt eines Müllgefäßes kann es dadurch vorkommen, daß sich der Müllinhalt im Bereich der Einfüllschächte verklemmt und so nicht völlig aus dem Müllgefäß herausfallen und in die Müllkammern hineinfallen kann. Dies machte eine sehr starke bzw. zahlenmäßig häufige Rüttelbewegung des Müllgefäßes an der Schüttung erforderlich. Dadurch wird einerseits das Müllgefäß verstärkt, belastet, andererseits kann sich dadurch der Entleervorgang zeitaufwendiger gestalten, was beides die Wirtschaftlichkeit der Müllentsorgung nachteilig beeinflußt.From DE-A-37 03 557 a bed of the type mentioned is known. Das Zwischenteil ist verschwenkbar und so ausgebildet, daß das Müllgefäß an ihn anlegbar ist. Ferner ist das Zwischenteil in der Entleerstellung des Müllgefäßes zwischen demselben und dem Schild mülldicht vorhanden. Außerdem ist die Leitplatte mit ihrem unteren Endbereich um eine Drehachse, die in der Ebene der die Müllkammern voneinander trennenden Längswand liegt, schwenkbar und in ihrer zur Drehachse senkrecht ausgerichteten Plattenebene größenmäßig veränderbar. Dadurch braucht der von oben auf der Leitplanke aufsitzende, relativ kleinflächige Schild nur in Querrichtung verschoben zu werden. Durch diese Ausbildung sind weniger schwenkbare Massen vorhanden, da nur das Zwischenteil und nicht der Schild mit der Hub-Kippvorrichtung mitverschwenkt werden müssen. Durch die kombinatorische Ausbildung von Zwischenteil, Schild und Leitplatte ist auch in maximaler Schwenkstellung der Leitplatte eine ausreichend steile Oberfläche dieser Müll 1 eit einrichtungen vorhanden. Claims (20)

  1. Tipping means on a refuse vehicle which is subdivided by at least one longitudinal partition wall (14) into a plurality of refuse chambers (10, 12) and has
    - at least one filling opening (18) for emptying a refuse container (20, 82) into the refuse vehicle,
    - a plurality of vertical filling shafts behind the filling opening (18),
    - a laterally adjustable guide plate (26) which is located between in each case two filling shafts and forms an adjustable lateral delimitation for the contents of the refuse container,
    - a filling partition wall (40, 60) which is located above the guide plate (26), between the guide plate (26) and the refuse container (20, 82), and can be pivoted and is designed such that the refuse container (20) can rest thereon and which, moreover, in the emptying position of the refuse container, is present between the latter and the guide plate (26) such that refuse cannot pass through,
    - a lifting/tilting apparatus (16) which can be pivotably fastened on the tipping means via its upper pivot shaft,
    characterized in that
    - the filling partition wall (40, 60) is designed with a plurality of parts, having a screen (40) and an intermediate part (60),
    - the screen (40) is present above the guide plate (26) and is aligned with its central plane essentially parallel to the longitudinal plane, in which the lifting/tilting movement is directed, and can be adjusted perpendicularly to the same,
    - the intermediate part (60) can be pivoted and is designed such that the refuse container (20) can rest thereon,
    - the intermediate part (60), in the emptying position of the refuse container (20), is present between the latter and the screen (40) such that refuse cannot pass through,
    - the guide plate (26) can be pivoted, by its lower end region, about a pivot pin (28), located in the plane of the longitudinal wall (14) separating the refuse chambers (10, 12) from each other, and can be changed in size in its plane which is aligned perpendicularly to the pivot pin (28).
  2. Tipping means according to Claim 1, characterized in that the rear walls (22, 50) which border the refuse chambers of the vehicle and belong to the filling shaft are present only in subregions, with the result that it is possible for the contents of a refuse container not only to fall downwards into the filling shaft, but also to fall, laterally past a rear-wall region (22), directly into the relevant refuse chamber (10).
  3. Tipping means according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that, in the joint region between the rear wall and the vehicle longitudinal wall (14) separating the two refuse chambers from each other, a first rear-wall region (22) is present at all times.
  4. Tipping means according to Claim 3, characterized in that the first rear-wall region (22) is arranged fixedly on the longitudinal wall (14).
  5. Tipping means according to Claim 3, characterized in that the first rear-wall region (22) is arranged fixedly on the screen.
  6. Tipping means according to Claim 4, characterized in that a further rear-wall region (50) is present which is arranged fixedly on the screen (40) and can be connected to the first rear-wall region (22), transversely to the longitudinal direction, such that refuse cannot pass through.
  7. Tipping means according to Claim 5 or 6, characterized in that the rear-wall region (50) arranged fixedly on the screen (40) can be adjusted in a synchronous manner together with the screen (40).
  8. Tipping means according to Claim 7, characterized in that this rear-wall region (50) and/or the screen (40) are fastened on a guidance device (56, 58) on which they can be adjusted transversely to the longitudinal direction.
  9. Tipping means according to Claim 8, characterized in that the guidance device has two guidance rails (56, 58) which are both aligned perpendicularly to the longitudinal plane, and of which one (56) is present in the region above the rear-wall region (22, 50) and the other (58) is present in the region beneath the opening edge of the filling opening (18).
  10. Tipping means according to Claim 7, characterized in that the intermediate part (60) can be fastened on the screen (40) or the guide plate (26) such that it can be adjusted, independently of its own pivoting movement (S) and perpendicularly to the same, in a synchronous manner together with the screen or the guide plate.
  11. Tipping means according to Claim 9, characterized in that, on at least one guidance rail (58), there are provided path-delimiting members (80.1 - 80.7) which, in terms of their number and positions, are adapted to the different positions of the screen.
  12. Tipping means according to Claim 11, characterized in that the path-delimiting members are inductive proximity switches (80.1 - 80.7).
  13. Tipping means according to Claim 1, characterized in that the lateral visible surface (42) of the screen (40) corresponds approximately to that of a right-angled triangle, the hypotenuse (62) of which is directed towards the intermediate part (60) and the two cathetuses of which border, on the one hand (46), the intermediate-wall region and, on the other hand (44), the guide plate (26) such that refuse cannot pass through.
  14. Tipping means according to Claim 1, characterized in that the guide plate (26) has a frame (30, 32) which can be drawn out and pushed in telescopically.
  15. Tipping means according to Claim 14, characterized in that the infilling members (34, 36) of the frame (30, 32) are designed such that they overlap in an imbricated manner.
  16. Tipping means according to Claim 1, characterized in that the intermediate part (60) is designed to be approximately V-shaped such that the opening, spread out in a V-shape, is directed towards the screen (40).
  17. Refuse container (82) for interacting with a tipping means according to one of Claims 1 to 16, the interior of which is divided up into at least two chambers (86, 88) which are separated from each other by an intermediate wall (84) and each of which can be closed individually by a cover element (92, 94), characterized in that the two cover elements (92, 94) are used as a replacement for the intermediate part (60) in that they are fastened pivotably on the intermediate wall (84) such that, in the pivoted-up state, they constitute an elongation, spread out in a V-shape, of the intermediate wall (84).
  18. Refuse container according to Claim 17, characterized in that either each cover element (92, 94) has its own, or the two cover elements (92, 94) have a common, pivot pin (96), and, in the case of a common pivot pin (96), the latter is located in the region of the upper end surface of the intermediate wall (84).
  19. Refuse container according to Claim 17, characterized in that at least one cover element (92) is designed such that the size of its cover surface area can be changed.
  20. Refuse container according to Claim 19, characterized in that the cover element (92, 94) has two cover parts (92.1, 92.2, 94.1, 94.2) which are designed such that they can be pushed one into the other, as a result of which the cover surface area of the cover element (92, 94) can be adapted to the cross-section of the chamber (86, 88) to be closed.
