Description

Stand der TechnikState of the art

The invention relates to a device according to the preamble of the main claim. The gripping containers can be filled with bulk goods or with the help of special inserts with position-oriented assembly parts. They are attached to the holding device at the manual work station and provide the assembly parts there in the most convenient grip area for the employee. The gripping tongue upstream of the gripping container makes it easier to grasp, in particular, small parts which the employee can grasp on the gripping tongue more securely and strip away from it. In a known embodiment of the generic type DE-A-26 30 681, the gripping tongue is placed obliquely over its entire length to the bottom of the gripping container, which is aligned obliquely as a whole on the holding device provided at the assembly work station, so that the small parts contained in the gripping container under the The influence of gravity on the gripping tongue slip. When transporting the gripping container, the gripping tongue forms a side edge of limited height, which prevents small parts from falling out. A disadvantage of this embodiment is that the gripping tongue is integrally formed on the gripping container, as a result of which it is difficult to stack the gripping containers in a larger magazine container or a larger stacking space is required for a gripping container than corresponds to the storage volume of the gripping container.

In another known device (GB-A 759 558), the gripping container is detachably attached by means of bolts to a frame attached to the assembly work station. Due to the inclined position, the gripping container is covered with a lid to which the gripping tongue is attached. The lid is provided with an opening through which the assembly parts can reach the gripping tongue. Such a device is only useful in conjunction with inclined gripping containers, since the opening of the cover must always be actuated to feed the mounting parts onto the gripping tongue and only then does the mounting parts reach the gripping tongue by means of the inclined position of the gripping container.

Vorteile der ErfindungAdvantages of the invention

It is particularly advantageous if the gripping tongue is formed in one piece on a receiving container for the gripping container, which is preferably provided with its own means for detachable attachment to a holding device provided at the assembly work station. In this case, the receptacle can always remain at the assembly work station and, moreover, can also be designed such that it can be used for gripping containers of different types and sizes. The receptacle can also serve as a gripping container for stored parts if necessary.

A consequent separation of transport and storage function results when the gripping container is provided on the access side with a front wall, which is arranged so as to slope outwards and is rounded off so that it merges into the bottom of the gripping container in such a way that small parts stored can easily be removed from the gripping container via the The front wall can be pulled out, but cannot fall out of it when the filled gripping container is being transported. When the gripping container is attached to the assembly work station, a subset of the stored small parts is transferred over the sloping front wall to the gripping tongue, where they can be easily gripped and stripped between the fingers.

To further improve the grasping of the small parts and the prevention of sticking of dirty small parts on the container bottom, it is proposed that the container bottom be provided with scraper grooves, which preferably extend into the fillet at the transition to the inclined front wall.

In a development of the invention, it is proposed to design the means provided on a gripping container for stack-oriented stacking of several containers according to the features of claims 11 and 12. The possibility of stacking the gripping container and the gripping tray offset and fixed in relation to one another means that the gripping container or gripping shells can also be stacked directly on top of one another at the assembly work station, without impairing access to the respective underlying containers.

When the gripping container is designed according to claims 15-17, an information carrier can be easily and possibly also attached to and removed from the gripping container by a handling device.

The lifting of gripping containers and gripping shells used in a larger container or magazine container is facilitated by the features of claims 25-27.

A complete and uniform container system, with which order picking, storage, transport and preparation tasks can be carried out in a variety of ways, results with the features of claim 30.

Further advantageous configurations emerge from the following description of an exemplary embodiment.

A gripping container 10 has a base 11 which on the access side, via a rounded intermediate region 12, merges continuously into a front wall 13 which rises obliquely upwards and has a rounded region 14 which ends at an end edge 15. The gripping container 10 also has two side walls 16, 17 and a rear wall 18, which are provided at the top with a peripheral edge flange 19. The rear wall 18 also merges into a noticeably rounded area 20 in the floor 11, which is provided with parallel scraper grooves 21. On the edge flange 19 two hooking tabs 22 are also formed in the area of the rear wall 18 at a distance from the rear wall 18 and a support strip 23 is provided on the lower area thereof. The one rear corner of the gripping container 10 is chamfered by a corner wall 24, in the area of which the edge flange 19 is provided with a grip symbol 25 formed by grooves.

In the area of the side walls 16, 17, the edge flange 19 is provided on the outside with an upwardly directed guide strip 28, 29, which extend from the front end edge 15 to the beginning of the corner wall 24 or to the end of the side wall 17. On the access side, the guide strips 28, 29 merge into downward stiffening edge strips 30, which are each provided with a recess 31 at the lower end, the height of the height of the guide strips 28 and 29 and the depth of the width of the guide strips 28 and 29 corresponds. At the lower longitudinal edge, the side walls 16, 17 are each provided with two guide knobs 32 and 33, which protrude laterally outward beyond the side wall 16 and 17 so that they fit with little play between the guide strips 28, 29 of a gripping container 10 of the same design. On the inside of the guide strips 28, 29, the gripping container 10 is each provided with two guide knobs 34, 35, the ones measured perpendicular to the guide strips 28, 29 Width corresponds to the width of the lower guide knobs 32, 33. The free distance a between the two upper guide knobs 34, 35 corresponds, with a slight excess, to the distance b that the two side flanks of the lower guide knobs 32, 33 face away from one another. The guide knob 32 is so far away from the front face that its rear side flank assumes the distance b from the vertical edge 30a of the edge strip 30.

On the front end side (access side), the gripping container 10 is provided with a vertical end wall 36, a free space 38 being formed between this, the front wall 30 and the side walls 16, 17, possibly divided by stiffening ribs 37 (FIG. 2). The end wall 36 has an inwardly displaced rectangular area 39, which is provided with a slot-like opening 41 on each of its vertical offset edges 40. The offset depth corresponds approximately to the thickness of a plastic plate 42 which is provided with lateral locking legs 43 which can be pushed through the openings 41 and then hold the plastic plate 42 firmly against the gripping container 10 in a shaking manner. The plastic plate 42 can either serve as a carrier for an information element 44, or can itself be an information element, or can form a cover for an inserted information carrier. In this case, it is expedient if the surface of the plastic plate 42 is non-reflective by a suitable method.

The gripping container 10 described is characterized, inter alia, by a high torsional rigidity and by a small space requirement for transport in larger magazine containers. Due to the special design and arrangement of the guide means, two identically designed gripping containers 10 can either be congruent or, as shown in FIG. 6, also stacked one above the other in an offset position. By arranging the scraper grooves 21 on the bottom 11, the inclined front wall 13 and the strongly rounded areas 12, 14, 20, the removal of stored small parts is much easier. If the gripping containers 10 are stacked offset from one another, the parts in the gripping container located below can also be gripped without hindrance. The removal of residual quantities can expediently be carried out by wiping over the inclined front wall 13. The gripping container 10 itself is easy to handle due to the presence of the space 38 between the front wall 13 and the end wall 36, and the beveled corner makes it easier to remove the gripping container 10 from a larger magazine container, in which a plurality of gripping containers are inserted adjacent to one another. The plastic plate 42 can also be unlatched from the gripping container 10 via the free space 38, which can optionally also be done via an automatic handling device. For taste reasons, the side walls 16, 17 of the gripping container can also be provided with grooves 45.

A gripping container 50 (FIG. 3) is assigned to the gripping container 10 and is provided with a base 51, a rear wall 52 and two side walls 53, 54, which fit around an inserted gripping container 10 on its edge flange 19 and the lower guide knobs 32, 33. The rear wall 52 is also chamfered by a corner wall 55 to facilitate removal of the receptacle 50 from a larger magazine container at a corner. At the bottom 51 of the receptacle 50, the side walls 53, 54 are each provided with a locking cam 56 on the inside, which hold a gripping container 10 inserted from above with little play on the rear wall 52. On the rear wall 52, the receptacle 50 is designed in the same way as the gripping container 10, namely provided with two hanging tabs 22 and a support strip 23.

A feature of the receptacle 50 according to the invention is that a gripping tongue 60 is integrally formed on the bottom 51 thereof and is transition-free, which protrudes beyond an inserted gripping container 10 on the access side (FIG. 4). The bottom 51 and the gripping tongue 60 are also provided with scraper grooves 61 and 62 for securely gripping small parts. The gripping tongue 60 is laterally delimited by side walls 63 and 64, which are integrally and seamlessly molded onto the side walls 53 and 54. The gripping tongue 60 also has an end portion 65 which is angled slightly upward and into which the scraper grooves 62 extend.

The gripping tongue 60 is used for the pre-separation of the small parts stored in the gripping container 10 that is installed. FIG. 4 clearly shows that the parts can easily be slipped out of the gripping container 10 via the inclined front wall 13 and can be moved onto the gripping tongue 60. The receptacle 50 can expediently remain at the assembly work station, while the gripping container can be handled on its own for the purpose of transportation or replacement or refilling. To emphasize a uniform container system or container program, the receptacle 50 can also be provided with grooves 66 on the side walls 53, 54.

The device according to the exemplary embodiment also includes at least one gripping shell 70 (FIG. 5), the rear region 71 of which practically corresponds to the design of the corresponding region of the gripping container 10. The same features are denoted by the same reference numbers and are no longer described in more detail. The length 1 of the gripping shell 70 corresponds to half the length of a gripping container 10, so that two gripping shells 70 can be stacked one behind the other on a gripping container 10 without projecting beyond its outline profile. If only one gripping tray 70 is placed on a gripping container 10, this can be moved so far back that the contents is easily accessible from both containers. The gripping shell 70 has a front wall which consists of two wall sections 73 and 74 enclosing a flat angle, which merge into one another via a slight curve 75. To a certain extent, the outer edge section 74 functions here as a gripping tongue. Scraper grooves 76 on the bottom of the gripping shell extend into the wall section 73 of the front wall. A wall corresponding to the end wall 36 of the gripping container 10 is not provided in the gripping shell 70.

The gripping container 10 is also assigned a substantially flat cover 80 (FIG. 6) formed from a plastic injection molded part, which has a recessed grip 81 and is provided on the two longitudinal edges with cutouts 82 which are connected to the guide knobs 34, 35 of the gripping container 10 correspond. The attached cover 80 rests on the edge flange 19 and is held there immovably by the guide knobs 34, 35. The height of the guide knobs 34, 35 and the guide strips 28, 29 is dimensioned such that a further gripping container 10 can be stacked in a position-oriented manner even when the cover 80 is in place. The cover 80 has two reinforced and anti-reflective edge zones 83, 84, to which markings can be attached. At a corner, the cover 80 is also provided with a corner slope 85 and a handle symbol 86 (corrugation).

In this case, the lower guide knobs 32 and the end wall 36 of the upper gripping container 10 engage between the upper guide knobs 34 and 35 of the lower gripping container 10, thereby ensuring the mutual orientation and fixation of the two containers.

A holding device 90 for gripping containers 10 and / or holding containers 50 and / or gripping shells 70 provided at the assembly work station and only partially shown in FIG. 7 has a fixed profile rod 91 which is provided with lateral grooves 92 for receiving fastening elements 93 for holding tabs 94 which are fixed are stretched against the relevant side wall of the profile bar 91. Each retaining tab 94 has an insertion slot 95 at the top for the hanging tabs 22 on the containers 10 or 50 or 70 and is provided at the bottom with a support shoulder 96 against which the support strip 23 of the suspended containers comes to rest.

The objects described form individual elements of a uniform container system, which can also include gripping containers of different heights and side dimensions, and also a larger magazine container for transporting several gripping containers. FIG. 8 shows individual elements of such a system, which is matched to the dimensions of the EURO standard pallets. The system comprises a magazine container 98, which preferably also has features of a workpiece carrier for assembly line production and whose side lengths, for example, are 40 and 60 cm in coordination with the EURO standard pallets. In addition to the magazine container 98, three gripping containers 10a, 10b and 10c of different sizes are provided, the length of the largest gripping container 10a corresponding to the width of the magazine container 98 and the width of the gripping container 10a corresponding to half the length of the magazine container 98. The mutually identical base areas of the two other gripping containers 10b and 10c are each determined by transverse division of the base area of the largest gripping container 10a. Furthermore, the smallest gripping container c is only half as high as the two other gripping containers 10a and 10b. Through these divisions, which maintain the basic dimensions of the EURO standard pallet, it is possible to carry the magazine container 98 without losing space Fill gripping containers 10a to c of different sizes and stack them congruently on top of each other.

The system according to FIG. 8 can also be supplemented with the described gripping shells 70 and lids 80 (not shown in FIG. 8) and also contain further gripping containers 99, which are the same length as the gripping containers 10b and 10c but narrower, preferably only half as wide like these are. The gripping container 99 can be designed at the lower edge in a slight modification to the described embodiments so that they can be placed transversely on the gripping container 10a and are held between its guide knobs 34, 35.
