Abstract
Zyklonabscheider, dessen Zyklongehäuse einen oberen zylindrischen Gehäuseabschnitt (1), in welchen ein Einlaufkanal (2) mündet und ein Tauchrohr (3) zum Abführen des Reingasstromes hineinragt, und einen sich an den zylindrischen Gehäuseabschnitt nach unten anschließenden konischen Trichterabschnitt (4) aufweist, der nach unten mit einem Feststoffsammelbehälter (5) in offener Verbindung steht. Um den Abscheidegrad zu erhöhen und an der Wand des Trichterabschnittes (4) nach unten in den Festoffsammelbehälter (5) fließende Feststoffteilchen möglichst nicht wieder aufzuwirbeln, ragt in den Trichterabschnitt (4) und in den gasdichten Feststoffsammelbehälter (5) eine konzentrisch zur Zyklonachse angeordnete hohle Feststoff-Austragsschleuse (6) hinein, die innerhalb des Trichterabschnittes (4) als sich nach oben verjüngender Kegel ausgebildet ist und die zu dem Trichterabschnitt (4) und zu dem Feststoffsammelbehälter (5) offen ist.
