The functions of the longitudinal grooves 43 and 221 are obvious and well-known, and indeed, they always make it possible to bring the support 4 exactly and surely into the appropriate working position. The execution described makes it possible to obtain, compared to those known, large advantages which are synthetically indicated below.

Le système d'accrochage entre le couteau 3 et le relatif support 4 peut varier, par exemple, comme il est clairement indiqué sur la fig. 3, en plaçant, à la place du rebord 44, deux tétons saillants 45 qui devront s'engager en correspondance des trous 35, se trouvant sur la plaquette 31 du couteau 3. support (4), la susdite face (22) opposée à la susdite rainure longitudinale (2), étant préférablement pourvue d'une pluralité de légères rainures longitudinales (211) parallèles et à égale distance entre elles, aptes à s'engager dans les correspondantes rainures (43) se trouvant sur la corres­pondante face externe de la susdite plaquette de support (4), le tout étant notoire, ce dispositif étant caractérisé par le fait que la susdite plaquette de support (4) et le susdit couteau (3) sont pourvus de moyens de fixage réciproque (44-33/­45-35) aptes à interagir entre eux, lorsqu'ils résultent
