Abstract

Devices for trimming containers (10) on the decks of ships possess a traction member, conventionally designed as a lashing rod (13), and a tensioning member (12). The latter, for the purposes of fine adjustment, possesses a connecting part (24) and a spindle drive (25) comprising a threaded spindle (38) having a spindle nut (39). This makes it more difficult to connect the tensioning member (12) to the lashing bar (13), since in order to do this the threaded spindle (38) has first to be screwed by a certain distance into the connecting part (24) with the spindle nut (39). The object of the invention is to simplify this. In order to achieve this object, it is proposed, according to the invention, that the threaded spindle (38) be connected to the connecting part (24) by a spindle nut (39) which is displaceable in the longitudinal direction to the connecting part (24). Zur Herstellung einer Verzurrung mit dieser bekannten Vorrichtung ist es zunächst erforderlich, daß durch eine Querbewegung und eine anschließende Längsbewegung des Spannorgans das passende Kupplungsstück an der Zurr­stange bzw. am Zurrseil mit dem Gegenlager des Spann­organs in formschlüssigen Eingriff gebracht wird. Um den Längshub des Spannorgans gegenüber der Zurrstange bzw. dem Zurrseil nach dem quergerichteten Einschwenken der Zurrstange bzw. des Zurrseils in die Längsachse des Spannorgans zur Herstellung einer formschlüssigen Ver­bindung zur bewerkstelligen, ist es erforderlich, daß eine Feinverstellung des Spannorgans durch Verdrehen desselben erfolgt, also der Spindeltrieb betätigt wird. Hierbei hat es sich als nachteilig erwiesen, daß während des Drehens des Spannorgans dieses und die Zurrstange bzw. das Zurrseil manuell zusammengehalten werden müssen, bis die Verankerungsverdickung im Gegenlager formschlüssig gesichert ist. Der zum Einschwenken des Zugorgans (Zurrstange) in die Längsrich­tung des Spannorgans notwendige Längshub zur formschlüs­sigen Verbindung zwischen der Zurrstange und dem Spann­organ kann durch die erfindungsgemäß besondere Ausbildung des letzteren dadurch erfolgen, daß das Verbindungsteil des Spannorgans relativ zur Gewindespindel und der Spindelmutter hochgezogen wird und anschließend zum formschlüssigen Eingriff des Gegenlagers am Verbindungs­teil mit der entsprechenden Verankerungsverdickung der Zurrstange das Verbindungsteil durch Loslassen sich nach unten bewegt, wobei durch die auf diese Weise erfolgende Längsbewegung die formschlüssige Verbindung zwischen der Zurrstange und dem Verbindungsteil, also dem Spannorgan mit dem Zugorgan, zustande kommt. Die Spindelmutter 39 ist in erfindungs­gemäß besonderer Weise, nämlich axial frei verschieblich, aber unverdrehbar, am Verbindungsteil 24 des Spannorgans 12 gelagert (Fig. 2, 3). Dazu ist die Spindelmutter 39 mit einem korrespondierend zum Gewinde der (länglichen) Gewindespindel 38 ausgebildeten Gewinde, vorzugsweise einem Trapezgewinde 40, versehen. Zwei gegenüberliegen­ de (hier schmale) Seitenflächen 41 der Spindelmutter 39 sind mit jeweils einer Ausnehmung 42 versehen. Diese ist korrespondierend zum hier rechteckförmigen Quer­schnitt der Zugstreben 26 ausgebildet, und zwar derart, daß jeder Ausnehmung 42 die ihr zugeordnete Zugstrebe 26 mit Spiel etwa halb umgreift zur verschieblichen, unverdrehbaren Lagerung der Spindelmutter 39 auf den beiden nebeneinanderliegenden Zugstreben 26 (Fig. 5).The (lower) ends 35 of the tension struts 26 are connected to one another (welded) by a stop 36. Durch eine an­schließende Querbewegung ist dann die Zurrstange 13 bei unterhalb des Gegen­ lagers 28 und des Stützstücks 32 liegenden Verankerungs­verdickungen 23 in die Längsrichtung des Spannorgans 12 bzw. des Verbindungsteils 24 schwenkbar. Durch an­schließendes Loslassen des Verbindungsteils 24 bewegt sich dieses durch ihr Eigengewicht wieder nach unten, wodurch die obere Verankerungsverdickung 23 in die Hinterschneidung 30 der Aufnahme 29 gelangt, also form­schlüssige Aufnahme im Gegenlager 28 erhält und gleich­zeitig die weiter unten liegende Verankerungsverdickung 23 in die Durchgangsbohrung 23 des Stützstücks 32 ge­langt (Fig. 2).
