Abstract
Description
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Nähmaschine mit einer Einrichtung zum selbsttätigen Durchtrennen der Fadenkette zwischen aufeinanderfolgenden Nähgutstücken, aufweisend:
- (a) in Nähgutvorschubrichtung hinter der Nähnadel und seitlich gegenüber der Nähachse versetzt ist eine Schneideinrichtung angebracht;
- (b) der Schneideinrichtung ist eine Saugeinrichtung zugeordnet, um die Fadenkette zur Seite und zu der Schneideinrichtung zu saugen;
- (c) der Stoffschieber und die damit zusammenwirkende Druckplatte des Drückerfußes der Nähmaschine weisen an ihrer von der Schneideinrichtung und der Saugeinrichtung entfernteren Seite jeweils eine sich in Nähgutvorschubrichtung so weit erstreckende Verlängerung auf, daß die Schneideinrichtung und die Enden des Stoffschiebers und der Druckplatte im wesentlichen in einer Ebene liegen.

Bei bekannten, mit einer Einrichtung zum selbsttätigen Durchtrennen der Fadenkette ausgestatteten Nähmaschinen muß jeweils das fertiggenähte Nähgutstück, nachdem seine Hinterkante das Ende des Stoffschiebers und der Druckplatte des Drückerfußes passiert hat, nach vorn zu der Schneideinrichtung gezogen werden. Dadurch wird die Arbeitsfläche der Nähmaschine für das nachfolgende Nähgutstück freigemacht. Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Nähmaschine wird das jeweils fertiggenähte Nähgutstück ohne Zutun der Bedienungsperson und ohne Verwendung irgendwelcher zusätzlicher Fördereinrichtungen weitertransportiert, und die Fadenkette zwischen aufeinanderfolgenden Nähgutstücken wird selbsttätig durchtrennt. Bereits dann, wenn die Hinterkante eines jeweiligen Nähgutstücks etwa ein Drittel der Länge des Stoffschiebers und der Druckplatte von deren hinterem Ende aus durchlaufen hat, kann sich die Bedienungsperson der Vorbereitung des nächstfolgenden Nähgutstücks widmen. Die Fertigstellung des Nähvorgangs am vorherigen Nähgutstück und die Weitergabe des fertiggenähten Nähgutstücks erfolgen selbsttätig, ohne daß die Bedienungsperson dies besonders überwachen und zwecks Weitertransports des fertiggenähten Nähgutstücks eingreifen muß. Der freiverlaufende Abschnitt des Ansatzes 2.1 ist von der eigentlichen Nadelplatte 2 durch einen in der Nähachse A liegenden Schlitz 4 getrennt, in den die Nähnadel 5 der Nähmaschine zur Ausbildung des Fadengebildes bzw. der Fadenkette F eingreift. In der Figur 1 ist über dem Stoffschieber 3 eine mit diesem zusammenwirkende Druckplatte 6 eines heb- und absenkbaren Drückerfußes 7 der Nähmaschine veranschaulicht. Schließlich ist eine Schneidvorrichtung 8 mit integrierter Saugvorrichtung, parallel zur Nähachse A ausgerichtet, der rechten Längsseite der Arbeitsfläche 1 entlang angeordnet.
