Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein hydraulisches Sicherheitsventil, das durch zwei elektromagnetisch betätigbare Vorsteuerventile (12, 14) angesteuert wird. Das Ventil hat zwei gegenläufig zueinander bewegbare Ventilkörper (18, 20) mit Steuerkolben (26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36), durch welche die Verbindungen zwischen einem Pumpenanschluß (P), zwei Arbeitsanschlüssen (A, B) und zwei Tankanschlüssen (R, S) gesteuert werden. Bei einer Fehlschaltung gehen die Ventilkörper in eine hydraulisch verriegelte Endstellung. Eines der beiden Vorsteuerventile ist als Proportional-­ Druckdifferenzventil ausgebildet und die ihm zugeordneten Steuerkolben sind mit Feinsteuerkerben (96, 98, 100, 102) versehen, so daß das Ventil proportional ausgesteuert und damit der Druckaufbau, die Geschwindigkeit und die Bewegungsrichtung eines dem Ventil nach­ geschalteten Verbrauchers gesteuert werden können.
