Abstract

La boucle comprend un levier-tendeur (2) sur laquelle est articulé un élément d'attache (14) auquel est fixée une tige de traction (13) présentant une partie filetée traversant l'élément d'attache (14) et retenue sur celui-ci par un bouton (22) vissé à l'extrémité de la tige de traction (13). La rotation du bouton permet de régler la longueur active de la tige de traction. L'axe (30) d'articulation de l'élément d'attache (14) sert simultanément de moyen de verrouillage de la tige (13).

Description

  • La présente invention a pour objet une boucle de chaussure comprenant une base destinée à être fixée sur une partie de chaussure, un levier-tendeur à deux bras articulés sur cette base par l'extrémité de ses bras, un premier organe d'accrochage destiné à être accroché à un second organe d'accrochage fixé à une autre partie de la chaussure, des moyens de liaison, de longueur réglable, entre le premier organe d'accrochage et le levier-tendeur comprenant un support de premier organe d'accrochage muni d'une tige présentant une partie filetée par laquelle elle est solidaire d'un élément d'attache au levier-tendeur.
  • Une boucle de ce type est décrite, par exemple, dans le brevet US 4 051 611. Dans cette boucle, le premier moyen d'accrochage, constitué par un anneau, est solidaire d'un support muni d'un trou fileté dans lequel vient se visser une tige filetée solidaire de l'élément d'atta­che au levier. Pour effectuer un réglage fin de la bou­cle, on visse ou dévisse le support de l'anneau. L'an­neau étant entraîne en rotation, ce réglage ne peut se faire qu'en position décrochée de la boucle. D'autre part, l'anneau, libre de tourner sur lui-même, peut se placer parfois dans une position inadéquate pour son accrochage sur les crochets solidaires de l'autre par­tie de la chaussure.
  • L'invention a pour but de réaliser une boucle du type décrit plus haut dans laquelle un réglage fin de la longueur de la boucle peut être effectué sans décrocher la boucle. On a en outre recherché à faire une boucle aussi plate que possible et de construction aussi simple que possible.
  • La boucle de chaussure selon l'invention est caractéri­sée par le fait que l'élément d'attache est constitué d'une pièce de retenue articulée sur le levier-tendeur par un axe et présentant un trou longitudinal cylindri­que le taversant de bout en bout et traversé par ladite tige, et d'un bouton rotatif de réglage muni d'un trou taraudé dans lequel est vissée ladite partie filetée de la tige, ce bouton prenant appui contre l'extrémité de l'élément d'attache opposée au premier moyen d'accro­chage, et par le fait que l'ensemble formé de la tige filetée et du bouton de réglage est verrouillé axiale­ment dans l'élément d'attache par ledit axe.
  • Selon une forme préférée d'exécution, la partie filetée de la tige présente une fraisure sur une partie de sa longueur, fraisure dans laquelle est engagée une partie de la circonférence dudit axe, de manière à limiter la course de la tige dans l'élément d'attache. La coopéra­tion de l'axe et de la fraisure empêche en outre la tige filetée, et par conséquent le premier organe d'ac­crochage, de tourner. Un jeu entre l'axe et la fraisure autorise cependant un léger mouvement de rotation pour assurer l'alignement mutuel des deux organes d'accro­chage. Le bouton rotatif est de préférence muni d'une gorge par laquelle il est retenu axialement dans l'élé­ment d'attache par une goupille.
  • La rotation du bouton de réglage peut se faire sans décrocher la boucle. Par ailleurs, l'axe d'articulation de l'élément d'attache joue également le rôle de gou­pille de retenue.
  • Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, deux formes d'exécution de l'invention.
    • La figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'une première forme d'exécution de la boucle en position fermée.
    • La figure 2 en est une vue partielle, en coupe selon II-II de la figure 1.
    • La figure 3 est un vue partielle, en coupe longitudinale, d'une seconde forme d'exécution.
  • La boucle représentée aux figures 1 et 2 comprend un anneau 1 relié à un levier-tendeur 2 articulé sur une embase en forme d'étrier 3 fixée sur une partie 4 d'une chaussure, la noix venant s'accrocher dans l'un des crans d'une crémaillère d'accrochage 5 fixée par un rivet 6 sur une autre partie 7 de la chaussure. Le levier-tendeur 2 présente deux bras 8 et 9 par l'extré­mité desquels il est articulé au moyen de deux axes 10 et 11 (figure 2) sur les deux ailes de la base 3. L'anneau 1 est fixé sur un support 12 et relié par une tige coudée 13 à un élément d'attache 14 lui-même articulé entre les bras 8 et 9 du levier-tendeur 2, en un point situé entre les axes 10 et 11 et l'extrémité 15 du levier-tendeur. Par les éléments décrits ci-­dessus, la boucle représentée est analogue à la boucle décrite dans le brevet US 4 051 611. Elle comprend également un ressort en cor de chasse, dont on voit une extrémité coudée 16 à la figure 2, ayant tendance à maintenir le levier-tendeur 2 en position fermée.
  • L'embase 3 présente d'une part un trou 17 pour sa fixa­tion au moyen d'un rivet à la chaussure (figure 2) et d'autre part, à son autre extrémité, deux dents 18 pour son accrochage sur une plaquette 19 elle-même fixée à la chaussure par un rivet à travers un trou 20. L'élément d'attache 14 à la forme d'une boussole percée d'un trou circulaire axial 21. Ce trou est traversé par la tige 13 munie d'un filetage par lequel elle est vissée dans le trou taraudé 23 d'un capuchon cylindri­que 22. Ce bouton 22 présente un rétrécissement cylin­drique 24 s'engageant dans un élargissement 25 du trou 21. L'épaulement 26 ainsi formé sur le bouton 22 s'appuie contre l'extrémité de l'élément d'attache 14. Le rétrécissement 24 du bouton 22 présente une gorge circulaire 27 dans laquelle s'engage une goupille 28 chassée dans l'élément d'attache 14, cette goupille 28 retenant axialement le bouton 22 sur l'élément d'atta­che 14 tout en lui permettant de tourner sur et dans cet élément d'attache.
  • La partie filetée de la tige 13 présente, sur une par­tie de sa longueur, une fraisure 29 parallèle à l'axe de la tige cette fraisure 29 est traversée transversa­lement par la moitié de la section d'un axe 30 qui est l'axe d'articulation de l'élément d'attache 14 aux bras 8 et 9 du levier-tendeur 2. La tige 13 est ainsi ver­rouillée dans l'élément d'attache 14 avec la possibili­té de se déplacer axialement dans cet élément d'attache d'une distance égale à la longueur de la fraisure 29.
  • Comme ceci ressort du dessin, l'élément d'attache 14 est de préférence en matière synthétique.
  • On voit immédiatement qu'en tournant le bouton 22 on fait varier la distance entre l'anneau 1 et son axe d'articulation 30 sur le levier-tendeur, et par consé­quent le serrage de la boucle.
  • L'anneau 1 pourrait bien entendu être remplacé par tout autre organe d'accrochage, par exemple une pièce à l'extrémité recourbée en forme de crochet ou une pièce munie de crans analogues à la pièce 5 coopérant avec un élément adéquat sur l'autre partie de la chaussure.
  • La seconde forme d'exécution représentée à la figure 3 présente de nombreux éléments communs avec la première forme d'exécution. Ces éléments communs n'ont soit pas été représentés, soit ils sont désignés par la même référence que dans les figures 1 et 2 avec un ′.
  • Cette exécution comprend un élément d'attache 31 arti­culé entre les joues de la base 3′ au moyen d'un axe 30′. L'élément d'attache 31 présente une creusure cylindrique 32 dans laquelle est engagé un écrou cylin­drique 33 dans lequel vient se visser la tige filetée 13′. Cet écrou 33 est muni d'une collerette 34 qui vient s'appuyer contre l'extrémité de l'élément d'atta­che 31. Sur l'écrou 33 est fixé un capuchon 35 cannelé en matière synthétique constituant le bouton de régla­ge. L'écrou 33 est en outre muni d'une gorge annulaire 36 dans laquelle est engagée une partie de l'axe 30′. Dans ce cas c'est donc le bouton de réglage qui est verrouillé par l'axe 30′.

Claims (4)

1. Boucle de chaussure comprenant une base (3) destinée à être fixée sur une partie de chaussure, un levier-­tendeur (2) à deux bras articulés sur cette base par les extrémités de ses bras, un premier organe d'accro­chage (1) destiné à être accroché à un second organe d'accrochage (5) fixé à une autre partie de la chaus­sure, des moyens de liaison de longueur réglable entre le premier organe d'accrochage et le levier-tendeur com­prenant un support de premier moyen d'accrochage (12) muni d'une tige (13) présentant une partie filetée par laquelle elle est solidaire d'un élément d'attache (14) au levier-tendeur, caractérisée par le fait que l'élé­ment d'attache (14) est constitué d'une pièce de rete­nue articulée sur le levier-tendeur (2) par un axe (30) et présentant un trou longitudinal cylindrique (21) le traversant de bout en bout et traversé par ladite tige (13) et d'un bouton rotatif de réglage (22) muni d'un trou taraudé dans lequel est vissée ladite partie file­tée de la tige, ce bouton prenant appui contre l'extré­mité de l'élément d'attache opposée au premier moyen d'accrochage, et par le fait que l'ensemble formé de la tige filetée (13) et du bouton de réglage (22) est verrouillé axialement dans l'élément d'attache (14) par ledit axe (30).
2. Boucle selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que la partie filetée de la tige (13) présente une fraisure (29) dans laquelle est engagée une partie de la circonférence dudit axe (30) de manière à verrouil­ler axialement la tige et à limiter sa course dans l'élément d'attache.
3. Boucle selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par le fait que le bouton rotatif (22) présente un rétrécisse­ment (24) par lequel il est engagé dans l'élément d'at­tache (14), ce rétrécissement étant muni d'une gorge périphérique extérieure (27) dans laquelle est engagée une goupille de retenue (28) chassée dans l'élément d'attache.
4. Boucle selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que le bouton rotatif de réglage (33, 35) présente une partie (34) en butée contre l'extrémité de l'élément d'attache (31) et une partie engagée dans l'élément d'attache, munie d'une gorge annulaire exté­rieure (36) en prise avec l'axe d'articulation (30′) de l'élément d'attache sur le levier-tendeur.
