Claims (12)
- Montage composé d'un élément de connexion à fiches tel qu'un connecteur à fiches, ou boîtier de prise de courant et d'un réseau de filtres (3), montage dont l'élément de connexion par fiches (1, 30) se compose d'un corps de base (5) entouré par une enveloppe de boîtier (4), des contacts de raccordement (2, 31) s'étendant vers le côté de raccordement (6) et se terminant à leur extrémité arrière, à l'opposé du côté de raccordement (6), chacun par une douille de contact (8), le réseau de filtres (3) comportant un corps de filtre (18), montage caractérisé en ce que le corps de filtre traversé par des broches de contact (19) est entouré par un connecteur de masse (22, 22', 22'') élastique, en forme de collet, dépassant de la face frontale (23) du corps de filtre (18), à l'opposé de la face arrière (9) de l'élément de connexion par fiches (1, 30), cet élément, (30) et le réseau de filtres (3) étant déterminés l'un par rapport à l'autre pour que le réseau de filtres (3) puisse s'enficher sur la face arrière (9) de l'élément (1, 30), les broches de contact (19) du réseau (3) venant dans les douilles de contact (8) des contacts de raccordement (2, 31) et le connecteur de masse (22, 22', 22'') du corps de filtre (18) étant en contact avec l'enveloppe (4) du boîtier du connecteur à fiches (1, 30) pour réaliser le contact avec la masse.
- Montage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les douilles de contact (8) sont situées à une certaine distance de la face arrière (9) du corps de base (5) du connecteur à fiches (1, 30).
- Montage selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la face arrière (9) du corps de base (5) du connecteur à fiches (1) comporte des perçages de guidage (10) alignés sur les manchons de contact (9) pour recevoir les broches de contact (19) du réseau de filtres (3).
- Montage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les douilles de contact (8) sont fendues longitudinalement.
- Montage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le connecteur à fiches (1) comporte un segment de boîtier (16) dépassant de la face arrière (9) du corps de base (5) et entourant à une certaine distance, radialement, l'enveloppe de boîtier (4) en laissant un intervalle annulaire et le connecteur de masse (22, 22', 22'') du dispositif à filtres comporte des languettes élastiques (24, 24', 24''), souples dans la direction radiale, qui, lorsque le réseau de filtres (3) est enfiché, exercent une pression radiale vers l'extérieur contre la face intérieure du segment de boîtier (16).
- Montage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les languettes élastiques (24) comportent des saillies (26, 27) dirigées radialement vers l'extérieur et/ou vers l'intérieur.
- Montage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les languettes élastiques (24') comportent des saillies latérales et sont gauchies autour de leur axe longitudinal.
- Montage selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe de boîtier (4) présente sur sa face extérieure (13), dans la zone de l'intervalle annulaire, une surface extérieure rendue rugueuse, coopérant avec les languettes élastiques (24, 24', 24'') du connecteur de masse (22, 22', 22'').
- Montage selon l'une des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les languettes élastiques (24'') du connecteur de masse (22'') sont bombées radialement et s'appuient dans l'intervalle annulaire, d'une part sur la partie de boîtier (16) et d'autre part sur l'enveloppe de boîtier (4).
- Montage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le connecteur de masse (22, 22'') en forme de collet élastique comporte à son extrémité située à l'opposé du connecteur à fiches (1, 30), un bord (25) dirigé radialement vers l'intérieur et venant en prise par derrière sur le corps de filtre (18).
- Montage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le connecteur à fiches (1) comporte des contacts de pression (2) jouant élastiquement dans la direction radiale et formant les contacts de raccordement, ces contacts de pression (2) étant entourés dans la zone de la douille de contact (8) par un ressort hélicoïdal de compression (7) s'appuyant d'une part sur un épaulement (12) du contact à pression (2) et d'autre part, sur un épaulement (11) ménagé dans le corps de base (5) du connecteur à fiches (1).
- Montage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'épaulement (11) réalisé dans le corps de base (5) est formé par la zone entourant les orifices de guidage (10) de la face arrière (9) du connecteur à fiches (1).
