Claims (9)

1. Behälter für Nagellack mit einem Flakon (2), der den Nagellack enthält und einer Kappe (1), welche mit einem an einem Stiel befestigten Pinsel (4) ausgestattet ist, wobei der Pinsel in den Flakon (2) reicht, wenn der Behälter geschlossen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Flakon (2) eine längliche Form besitzt und der quer zur Längsrichtung durch eine Verschlußklappe (7) in zwei Abteile (5, 6) aufgeteilt ist, wobei der Pinsel (4) vollständig in dem ersten Abteil (6) enthalten ist, das der Kappe (1) näher liegt, und wobei die Verschlußklappe geöffnet ist, wenn sich die Kappe (1) in bezug auf den Flakon (2), auf dem sie befestigt ist, in einer gesenkten Position befindet.

Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußklappe ein Kugelverschluß (7, 70̸1) ist, welcher aus einer Kugel (72, 721) und aus einem umlaufenden Wulst (71, 711) besteht, der an der Innenwand des Flakons (2) angebracht ist, wobei der Wulst eine zentrale kreisförmige Öffnung (73, 731) bildet, deren Durchmesser geringer ist als derjenige der Kugel (72, 721).
3. Behälter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kugelverschluß (7, 70̸1) eine Vorrichtung (74, 741) umfaßt, welche die Kugel (72, 721) zurückhält, wenn die Verschlußklappe (7, 70̸1) geöffnet ist, wobei diese Vorrichtung an der Innenwand des Flakons (2) näher bei der Kappe (1) angebracht ist als der umlaufende Wulst (71, 711).
4. Behälter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückhaltevorrichtung für die Kugel aus einem umlaufenden Kragen (74) besteht.
5. Behälter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückhaltevorrichtung für die Kugel aus zangenförmig angeordneten Klauen (741) besteht.
6. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Abteil (5) mindestens eine Kugel (8) enthält, um den in dem zweiten Abteil (5) enthaltenen Lack aufzurühren, wenn man den Behälter schüttelt.
7. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Außenmantel des Flakons aus zwei röhrenförmigen Abschnitten (93, 94) besteht, wobei deren erste röhrenförmige Abschnitt (94) dem ersten Abteil (6) entspricht und in das offene Ende des zweiten röhrenförmigen Abschnittes (93) eingefügt ist, der einen Boden (91) umfaßt und das zweite Abteil (5) definiert.
8. Behälter gemäß den Ansprüchen 2, 3 und 7 gemeinsam, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der röhrenförmige Abschnitt, der dem ersten Abteil entspricht, aus einem einzigen Formstück besteht, welches den umlaufenden Wulst (71) und die Rückhaltevorrichtung (74) der Verschlußklappe (7) umfaßt.
9. Behälter gemäß den Ansprüchen 2, 3 und 7 gemeinsam, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der röhrenförmige Abschnitt (94) aus einer Hülse (941) und einem Stopfen (942) besteht, der die Bestandteile des Kugelverschlusses (701), nämlich den umlaufenden Wulst (711), die Kugel (721) und die Rückhaltevorrichtung für die Kugel (741) umfaßt.
