Abstract

Innerhalb eines zylindrischen Sortierers ist ein Rotor konzentrisch angeordnet. Der Rotor trägt eine Vielzahl von Flügel in unmittelbarer Nähe des Siebes, um hydrodynamische Impulse entgegen dem Flüssigkeitsstrom zu erzeugen, die das Sieb räumen. Jeder Flügel umfaßt einen ersten an den Rotor befestigten Abschnitt; dieser erste Abschnitt hat eine schräge Fläche und eine sich im wesentlichen radial ausdehnende Fläche. Ein zweiter Abschnitt des Flügels ist abnehmbar an der sich radial ausdehnenden Fläche des ersten Abschnitts befestigt. Der abnehmbare zweite Abschnitt erstreckt sich radial über den ersten Abschnitt hinaus. Wenn der abnehmbare Abschnitt sich durch längeren Gebrauch abgenutzt hat, kann er entfernt und durch einen neuen zweiten Abschnitt ersetzt werden. In einer bevorzugten Ausführung ist die Stärke des zweiten Abschnitts des Flügels gleich oder größer als der Lochdurchmesser im Sieb. Es wird auch vorgezogen, daß die Länge des zweiten Flügelabschnitts, der sich über den ersten Abschnitt hinaus erstreckt, großer ist als der Lochdurchmesser im Sieb. In dieser Ausführung sollte die Länge des Vorsprungs der schrägen Flache des ersten Abschnitts größer als die Länge der sich radial ausdehnenden Fläche sein.
