Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren zur Beschichtung von hochtemperaturbeständigen Oberflächen nach der Methode der Pulverbeschichtung mit Fluorthermoplasten, wird zunächst eine Grundschicht aufgetragen, die aus einem Fluorthermoplasten mit 15 bis 65 Vol.-% eingemischten Glaskugeln besteht, gefolgt von einer Deckschicht aus einem Fluorthermoplasten von gleichem Fließvermögen ohne Glaskugelzusatz. Auf diese Weise können Metalle und andere hochtemperaturbeständigen Oberflächen beschichtet werden, ohne daß es zum gravitationsbedingten Abfließen während des Beschichtungsvorganges kommt.
