  7. An actuator according to claim 1, characterized in that both the main locking drive (2) and the protection setting drive (3) are constructed as membrane pistons (4, 5) alternately regulable by excess pressure and vacuum impingement, each with a working chamber (6, 7).
  8. An actuator according to claim 2, characterized in that the energy accumulator (15) is designed as a rubber-elastic spring element.
  9. An actuator according to claim 2, characterized in that the energy accumulator (15) is designed as a gas pressure spring.
