Claims (10)

  1. Elektromagnetischer Auslöser für ein elektrisches Schutzorgan mit einstellbarem Ansprechwert für die unverzögerte Auslösung, wobei der Auslöser ein Joch (10), dessen Unterseite (14) und Oberseite (12) einen bestimmten Abstand zueinander besitzen, einen Tauchkern (20), der axial durch eine in die Oberseite (12) eingearbeitete Öffnung (22) bewegt werden kann, eine zwischen den genannten Flächen (12, 14) montierte und koaxial zum genannten beweglichen Kern (20) liegende Spule (16), einen an der Unterseite (14) des Jochs (10) angebrachten feststehenden Kern (18), eine Rückholfeder (36), die auf den beweglichen Kern eine Kraft in die dem feststehenden Kern (18) entgegengesetzte Richtung ausübt, und eine Einstellvorrichtung (28, 50, 52) zur Veränderung der Ausgangsstellung des beweglichen Kerns (20) zwischen einer Stellung mit maximalem Luftspalt und einer Stellung mit minimalem Luftspalt zum feststehenden Kern (18) aufweist, gekennzeichnet durch einen im genannten beweglichen Kern (20) eingearbeiteten Einzug (56), dessen axiale Länge etwas größer ist als der axiale Abstand zwischen den genannten Stellungen des maximalen und minimalen Luftspalts und der im Bereich der genannten Oberseite (12) ausgebildet ist, so daß diese Oberseite in einer der genannten Stellungen in der Nähe einer der Kanten (62) des Einzugs (56) und in der anderen der genannten Stellungen in der Nähe der anderen Kante (60) liegt.
  2. Elektromagnetischer Auslöser mit beweglichem zylindrischen Kern nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch den genannten Einzug (56) ein Teilzylinder (58) im Mittelbereich des beweglichen Kerns (20) gebildet wird, dessen Querschnitt geringer ist als der der axial an ihn angrenzenden Teilzylinder (64, 66).
  3. Elektromagnetischer Auslöser nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Kanten (60, 62) des genannten Einzugs (56) kegelstumpfförmig ausgeführt sind und den Mittelteil (58) mit den beiden Teilzylindern (64, 66) des beweglichen Kerns verbinden, wobei ein zur genannten Oberseite (12) des Jochs (10) schräg verlaufender Luftspalt (E2, E3) zur Erzeugung einer Kraft mit einer axialen Komponente entsteht.
  4. Elektromagnetischer Auslöser nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte in die Oberseite (12) eingearbeitete Öffnung (22) den beweglichen Kern (20) umgibt.
  5. Elektromagnetischer Auslöser nach einem der oben genannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bewegliche Kern (20) mechanisch mit einem Schwenkhebel (28) zur Auslösung bei angezogener Stellung des beweglichen Kerns verbunden ist, und daß er einen einstellbaren Vorsprung (48) zur Einstellung der Ausgangsstellung des beweglichen Kerns aufweist.
  6. Elektromagnetischer Auslöser nach einem der oben genannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte Rückholfeder (36) so ausgelegt ist, daß sie auf den beweglichen Kern (20) eine entsprechend der Stellung des beweglichen Kerns veränderbare Rückstellkraft ausübt, die zwischen der Maximalstellung und der Minimalstellung des beweglichen Kerns abnimmt.
  7. Elektromagnetischer Auslöser nach Anspruch 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte Rückholfeder (36) ein Kraftmoment auf den genannten Schwenkhebel ausübt, dessen Hebelarm zwischen der Maximalstellung und der Minimalstellung des beweglichen Kerns (20) kleiner wird.
  8. Elektromagnetischer Auslöser nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufhängung (40) der Rückholfeder (36) verstellbar ist, so daß die auf den beweglichen Kern (20) ausgeübte Rückstellkraft eingestellt werden kann.
  9. Elektromagnetischer Auslöser nach einem der oben genannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte Spule (16) in Richtung der genannten Unterseite (14) axial versetzt montiert ist und den an der genannten Unterseite angebrachten, ins Innere der Spule hineinragenden feststehenden Kern (18) umschließt.
  10. Elektromagnetischer Auslöser nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der bewegliche Kern (20) in der genannten Maximalstellung quasi außerhalb der genannten Spule (16) befindet.
