Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a roman blinds according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such a store is known from CH-A-635164 and from CH-A-503885.
  • the invention seeks to remedy this.
  • the invention solves the task of creating a store in which, with simple means, the angle of inclination of the slats in the lowering phase to the local conditions (south facade, west or east facade, etc.) or depending
  • the type of use of the room e.g. work room with screen devices, etc.
  • the main advantage of the invention is that the angle of inclination can be adjusted without dismantling the elevator device and can also be subsequently adapted to the conditions of the location of the store and the type of use of the space behind it.
  • Another advantage is that, thanks to the spring built into the drive, the drive shaft can be rotated further after the store has been completely lowered without the drive wheel turning too. This makes it possible to compensate for inaccuracies in parking, in particular in the case of an electric drive, and to prevent the slats in the lowest position from pivoting, so that a vertical movement already takes place during the pivoting, which would cause a gap between the lowest slat and the ledge.
  • FIG. 1 shows the most important elevator and adjustment mechanisms for lifting, lowering and pivoting the slats 5 of the store 7, which are arranged in the side guide 1 and in the above them, accommodated in a housing 3.
  • a drive and deflection wheel 11 is placed on a shaft 9, which connects the two side guides 1.
  • the drive wheel 11 can be fixedly connected to the shaft 9, or a coupling can be inserted between the shaft 9 and the drive wheel, which allows the shaft 9 to rotate in at least one direction with respect to the drive wheel 11 by, for example, a rotation angle of 100 degrees, without being taken along.
  • a helically or helically wound spring 13 can be provided as the coupling member, one end of which is connected to the shaft 9 and the other end of which is connected to the drive wheel 11 (FIG. 3).
  • a tension member 15 in the form of a perforated sheet metal strip, a plastic band or rope or a link chain, at one end of a locking member 17 and at the other end a control cam 19 is attached.
  • the holes or recesses 21 in the tension member 15 engage on the periphery of the drive wheel 11 with drivers 23 attached there.
  • the groove 25 is preferably on a side surface; on the side of the control cam 19, the groove 25 is preferably substantially at an angle of approximately 45 degrees in the corner between the rear wall and the side wall of the side guide 1.
  • a guide plate 27 instead of a guide plate 27, the housing 3 can of course, especially if it is made of plastic is to take the lead yourself.
  • the side guide 1 there is also a guide track 29 in which a slide shoe or a slide roller 31, which is attached to a carriage 33 and guides it on a vertically running track.
  • the carriage 33 is arranged parallel to the rear wall of the side guide and consists of a profiled sheet metal or of plastic and is suspended from a pair of link chains 37 and latched onto the latching link 17 in the operating state.
  • the link chain pair 37 of known design hangs on a rocker 39 pivotably arranged on the shaft 9.
  • the rocker 39 consists of two arms 41 to which the two chains of the link chain pair 37 are fastened by means of ropes 35.
  • a brake cylinder 43 with a spring 45 wound helically thereon is arranged on the shaft 9 in a rotationally fixed manner.
  • the two ends 47 of the spring 45 project radially outward from the brake cylinder surface (FIG. 3).
  • a driving segment 49 which is part of the rocker 41, projects axially between the two ends 47 into a recess 51 in a step plate 53 placed next to the brake cylinder 43 on the brake cylinder 43.
  • the step plate 53 is rotatably mounted on the shaft 9 and has a lower area four levels A, B, C and D and in the upper area another opposite level E. The jumps in the individual stages preferably run radially.
  • a vertically lying polygonal shaft 55 is rotatably supported on the inside, at the lower end of which a first radially projecting lever 57 is rotatably attached and on the upper part of which a likewise radially projecting retaining finger 59 is vertically slidably mounted on the shaft 55.
  • the holding finger 59 comes into contact with the step A of the step plate 53.
  • the holding finger 59 can be lowered with a sliding device 61 in order to engage either step B or step C.
  • the end of the lever 57 is located next to the groove 25, in which the tension member 15 is guided with the control cam 19.
  • abutment 65 arranged eccentrically on a rotary knob 63.
  • the rotary knob 63 is mounted in a bore 67 in the front of the side guide.
  • a plurality of bores 66 can also be made at a lateral distance, into which a stop pin can be inserted and the travel path of the stepped disk 53 can be limited.
  • the step E on the step plate 53 comes into abutment with a stop pin 69, also arranged on the front of the housing of the side guide 1 and projecting into the housing 3.
  • the stop pin 69 can be designed analogously to the rotary knob 63 or can be arranged in a circular path from several Bores 71 exist, into each of which a locking pin can be inserted, which restricts the rotational movement of the stepped disk 53 or is cast onto the housing 3.
  • the shaft 9 When the slats 5 are lowered, the shaft 9 is rotated counterclockwise by turning the hand crank or by the drive motor.
  • the spring 45 which rests firmly on the brake cylinder 43, which is non-rotatably connected to the shaft 9, engages the segment 49 and rotates with it both the rocker 39 and the stepped disk 53 until one of the edges C, B or A comes into contact with the holding finger 59.
  • the position of the stepped disk 53 in FIG. 5 causes an angle of inclination of the slats 5 of approximately 30 degrees. If the finger 59 were set by the sliding device 61 in such a way that it would come into engagement with the edge B, then an angle of inclination of approximately 50 degrees would result (FIG. 6) and, when engaged with the edge C, an angle of inclination of approximately 70 degrees (Figure 7).
  • the stop 65 can be finely adjusted by turning the rotary knob 63 until the edges of the slats 5 lie on top of each other.
  • the shaft 9 can be rotated further, for example by an amount of up to 100 degrees, after the lowering movement of the lamellae 5, without this causing damage to the device.
  • This makes it possible to work with simple limit switches for motor drives, in which the end position does not have to be set very precisely.
  • the additional rotation of the shaft 9 after the slats 5 have been completely lowered means that when opening, i.e. when rotating the shaft 9 to raise the slats 5, first pivot the latter into the position described in FIG. 4 before the lowest slat 5 begins to be lifted.
