Claims (7)

  1. Verfahren zur Steuerung der Versorgung der Vorheizglühkerzen in einem Dieselmotor, wobei in einer ersten Phase der Dauer T1 sie gleichzeitig versorgt werden, um das Luft-Brennstoff-Gemisch des Motors vor dem Starten vorzuheizen und um danach, in einer zweiten Phase der Dauer T2 nach dem Starten, sie gleichzeitig zu versorgen im Hinblick auf die Nachheizung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es eine dritte Phase zur abwechselnden Versorgung von in n Gruppen unterteilten N Kerzen aufweist, dergestalt, daß das Produkt aus der Anzahl der Gruppen von Kerzen, d.h. N/n, mit dem Verhältnis der Versorgung pro Zyklus für jede Gruppe, d.h. R, gleich 1 ist:

    und daß außerdem:
    - eine zeitweise Unterbrechung der Versorgung der Kerzen erfolgt infolge einer Information über die Motorvolllast und
    - eine endgültige Unterbrechung der Versorgung der Kerzen erfolgt, entweder infolge einer Information, wenn die Wassertemperatur des Motors eine vorgegebene Schwelle überschreitet oder infolge einer maximalen Verzögerungszeit des Einsatzes Tmax ab dem Starten.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für einen Motor mit vier Zylindern die Versorgung der vier Kerzen nacheinander erfolgt mit einem Verhältnis der Versorgung pro Zyklus von einem Viertel.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für einen Motor mit vier Zylindern die Versorgung der vier Kerzen in Gruppen von jeweils zwei Kerzen nacheinander erfolgt, mit einem Verhältnis der Versorgung pro Zyklus von einer Hälfte.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für einen Motor mit sechs Zylindern die Versorgung der sechs Kerzen nacheinander erfolgt, mit einem Verhältnis der Versorgung pro Zyklus von einem Sechstel.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für einen Motor mit sechs Zylindern die Versorgung der sechs Kerzen in Gruppen von jeweils zwei erfolgt, mit einem Verhältnis der Versorgung pro Zyklus von einem Drittel.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für einen Motor mit sechs Zylindern die Versorgung der sechs Kerzen in Gruppen von jeweils drei Kerzen erfolgt, mit einem Verhältnis der Versorgung pro Zyklus von einer Hälfte.
  7. Vorrichtung zur Steuerung der Versorgung der Glühkerzen (2i) eines Dieselmotors (1) zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine elektronische Schaltung (3) aufweist, die von der Fahrzeugbatterie gespeist wird, einen Mikroprozessor (4) aufweist, welcher Leistungsrelais (40) steuert, die den von der Batterie stammenden Strom zu den Glühkerzen (2i) leiten, wobei dem Mikroprozessor (4) Informationen über die Wassertemperatur des Motors über einen Thermofühler (5) und Informationen über die Motorlast durch die Stellung des Steuerhebels (6) der Einspritzpumpe zugeführt werden.
