Die Erfindung betrifft eine Greiferspitze nach dem Ober­begriff des ersten Patentanspruches.The invention relates to a gripper tip according to the preamble of the first claim.

Bei bogenver- und -bearbeitenden Maschinen, insbesondere Mehrfarben-Rotationsdruckmaschinen hängt die Qualität des Druckes im großen Maße von der Fähigkeit der aufeinander­folgenden Greifersysteme ab, den Bogen sicher zu halten, d. h. ein Verrutschen zu verhindern und die ursprüngliche Passerlage während des Maschinenlaufes beizubehalten. Durch den Einsatz gestrichener Papiere und strenger Farben werden große Anforderungen an die Passerhaltigkeit bewirkende Einrichtungen gestellt. Neben der Möglichkeit durch formschlüssige Gestaltung der Halteflächen der Greifereinrichtungen die Haftreibung zu vergrößern, besteht die Möglichkeit der Vergrößerung der Haltekräfte durch Erhöhung des Druckes zwischen den Halteflächen, d. h. des Kraftschlusses.In the case of sheet processing and processing machines, in particular multicolor rotary printing machines, the quality of the print depends to a large extent on the ability of the successive gripper systems to hold the sheet securely, i. Von Nachteil ist, daß die Riffelung beim Verarbeiten stark staubender Bedruckstoffe die Abfuhr des Papierabriebes stark behindert. Auch die geringste Ansammelung von Papierabrieb beeinträchtigt den Reibwert und die Haftreibung zwischen der Haltefläche der Greiferspitze und der mit dieser zusammenwirkenden Haltefläche der Bogengreiferauflage. Außerdem werden die wulstartigen Erhöhungen der Greifer­spitze durch die schleifende Wirkung des Papiers und das Aufschlagen auf die Greiferauflage schnell abgetragen, so daß der Formschluß und die Haftreibung wieder verringert werden.From DE-OS 2 421 346 a gripper tip with a profiled holding surface is known, which has a corrugation parallel to the leading edge of the sheet. Claims (2)

dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die profilierte Haltefläche der Greiferspitze (3) am vorderen Teil eine einzige mit dem Bogen (6) in Berührung kommende wulstartige Erhebung (4) parallel zur Vorderkante des Bogens (6) aufweist, daß die wulstartige Erhebung (4) mit einem Wulstradius (R) von 0,4 - 1,0 mm versehen ist und daß die wulstartige Erhebung (4) mit einem Hartstoff (8) beschichtet ist.
