Claims (9)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un élément de revêtement ou de séparation en carton, en nattes de fibres organiques et/ou minérales, en matières plastiques en feuilles et/ou en matériaux cellulaires ou analogues pour l'habillage intérieur de véhicules automobiles, une bande d'arête étant repliée à environ 180 °C le long d'une zone de bord périphérique et/ou partielle que l'on veut renforcer et étant collée à la partie principale de l'élément de recouvrement, caractérisé en ce que la bande d'arête est séparée de la partie principale de l'élément de recouvrement par une rainure en forme de charnière moulée ; et en ce que la réalisation de la rainure, le pliage éventuellement partiel de la bande d'arête, le collage éventuellement partiel de la bande d'arête et enfin la stratification de plusieurs couches et/ou l'application d'une feuille décorative sur le côté apparent opposé au dos de l'élément de recouvrement s'effectuent en une seule opération de moulage par compression avec mise en oeuvre de pression et de chaleur.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, pour fabriquer un dispositif de fixation conçu sous la forme d'un dispositif d'accrochage et destiné à accrocher de manière amovible l'élément de recouvrement à un élément de base plan ou façonné dont on veut habiller la surface, on réalise, le long d'une zone de bord de l'élément de recouvrement, dans la bande d'arête, plusieurs pattes d'accrochage qui se trouvent à distance les unes des autres et qui sont obtenues en repliant des zones correspondantes de la bande d'arête de l'élément de recouvrement vers le dos, en direction de la pièce que l'on veut habiller, selon un angle d'environ 120 °C à 150 °C en les maintenant solidaires dudit élément de recouvrement, la réalisation des parties correspondantes dans la bande d'arête ainsi que le pliage des pattes d'accrochage et des parties de renfort de bord étant réalisés au cours d'une même opération de moulage par compression.
  3. Elément de revêtement ou de séparation en carton, en nattes de fibres organiques et/ou minérales, en matières plastiques en feuilles et/ou en matériaux cellulaires ou analogues pour l'habillage intérieur de véhicules automobiles, une bande d'arête (2) étant repliée à environ 180 °C le long d'une zone de bord périphérique et/ou partielle que l'on veut renforcer et étant collée à la partie principale de l'élément de recouvrement, ledit élément de recouvrement étant en particulier fabriqué selon le procédé des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, pour réaliser un dispositif de fixation conçu sous la forme d'un dispositif d'accrochage et destiné à accrocher de manière amovible l'élément de recouvrement à un élément de base plan ou façonné dont on veut habiller la surface, il est prévu, le long d'une zone de bord de l'élément de recouvrement, plusieurs pattes d'accrochage (6) qui sont réalisées dans la bande d'arête (2), qui se trouvent à distance les unes des autres, qui sont obtenues en repliant des zones correspondantes de la bande d'arête (2) de l'élément de recouvrement vers le dos, en direction de la pièce que l'on veut habiller, selon un angle d'environ 120 °C à 150 °C en les maintenant solidaires dudit élément de recouvrement, et qui, en faisant saillie sur le dos (3) de l'élément de recouvrement, peuvent être accrochées à la manière de crochets derrière des pièces antagonistes correspondantes de la pièce que l'on veut habiller ; et en ce qu'il est prévu, entre les pattes d'accrochage voisines (6), des parties (7) qui servent à renforcer le bord et qui sont chacune réalisées d'une seule pièce sur l'élément de recouvrement en repliant à 180° la zone d'arête située entre les pattes d'accrochage voisines (6) et en la collant au dos de l'élément de recouvrement.
  4. Elément de revêtement ou de séparation selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la bande d'arête (2) est séparée de la partie principale de l'élément de recouvrement par une rainure (4) en forme de charnière moulée.
  5. Elément de revêtement ou de séparation selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la rainure (4) se trouve sur le côté intérieur du rabat.
  6. Elément de revêtement ou de séparation selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la rainure (4) se trouve sur le côté extérieur du rabat.
  7. Elément de revêtement ou de séparation selon l'une des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'angle de pliage des pattes d'accrochage (6) est d'environ 135 °C.
  8. Elément de revêtement ou de séparation selon l'une des revendications 3 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les pattes d'accrochage (6) et les parties de renfort de bord (7) sont formées en repliant une partie correspondante de la bande d'arête (2) selon la ligne de pliage qui coïncide avec la rainure (4) parallèle au bord.
  9. Elément de revêtement ou de séparation selon l'une des revendications 3 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la largeur de la bande d'arête (2) est d'environ 20 mm.
