- et un second tableau (4, 27) installé sur le lieu de prise en charge des plats ou des boissons préparés, comportant des moyens d'affichage similaires à ceux de l'unité de traitement et un dispositif d'annulation de l'affichage des différents tableaux et de l'unité de traitement,
la liaison entre l'unité principale (2, 22) de traitement et les deux tableaux (3,4, 25, 27) étant réalisée de telle sorte que la fourniture d'une information au niveau de l'unité principale se traduise par l'affichage de l'information sur l'unité et sur les deux tableaux, et qu'une action exercée au niveau du second tableau permette l'annulation de l'affichage sur l'unité et sur les deux tableaux.

- au moins un premier tableau (3a, 3b) installé dans la salle de restaurant, comportant un nombre de voyants lumineux (10) égal à celui des boutons-poussoirs (8) de l'unité principale avec un repérage correspondant, et - un second tableau (4) installé sur le lieu de prise en charge des plats ou des boissons préparés, comportant un nombre de boutons-poussoirs (12) et, éventuellement, de voyants lumineux (13) égal à celui de l'unité principale et repérés de la même façon,
la liaison entre l'unité principale (2) et les deux tableaux (3, 4) étant réalisée, de telle sorte que l'enfoncement d'un bouton-poussoir sur l'unité principale (2) se traduise par l'éclairage des voyants lumineux (9, 10, 13) correspondant, respectivement, sur l'unité principale et les deux tableaux, et qu'une impulsion exercée sur le bouton correspondant (2) du second tableau (4) permette d'éteindre ces voyants lumineux.
