Abstract

El sistema que presentamos se basa en un llamador o avisador compuesto por un terminal emisor y un terminal receptor centralizado en un panel, especialmente ideado para la hostelería. Los terminales emisores sirven para avisar lumínicamente de la necesidad del cliente de ser atendido, al tiempo que comunican esta incidencia a un panel central, y a un receptor lumínico fijo situado en un lugar estratégico del local, con la finalidad de que sea fácilmente visible por todo el personal desde cualquier punto del mismo.#En cada emisor se incluyen dos pulsadores, rojo y verde. Problema técnico planteado

Viendo que el tiempo de espera entre la ocupación de una mesa o lugar en un establecimiento de las características arriba indicadas y la atención por el personal es en muchas ocasiones elevado, y no siempre debido al volumen del trabajo si no precisamente a momentos de baja afluencia, donde se produce una menor atención por parte de los 20 empleados, se ve necesario un elemento que haga la función e intermediario entre el cliente y el personal, sin necesidad de elevar la voz, levantar la mano, etc. Este tiempo de espera aumenta considerablemente en el momento de solicitar la cuenta de las consumiciones, problema que se intenta resolver con esta invención, puesto que identifica si el cliente desea otra consumición o la cuenta y avisa directamente al personal, ahorrando tiempo a uno y otro grupo. 25

Descripción de la invención

Nuestro sistema consiste en un comunicador - avisador que relaciona cada mesa o localidad con un panel central o receptor, y dos avisadores fijos colocados estratégicamente en un punto de fácil acceso visual dentro del local, para 30 evitar que el personal tenga que estar continuamente pendiente del panel central.

En cada mesa se pone a disposición del cliente dos pulsadores, cada pulsador hace iluminar un pequeño led de color verde o rojo, según la necesidad. Los avisadores portátiles son diseñados para funcionar con una pequeña batería de óxido de plata (1,55 V) o similar, conocidas popularmente como pilas botón.
