Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Sitz- und/oder Liegemöbel mit einer in eine Ausnehmung der Rückenlehne,der Liegefläche, des Sitzes o. dgl. eingesetzten Kennzeichnungseinrichtung,wie einem Schild o. dgl.
  • Insbesondere bei Sitzbänken ist es bekannt, an der Rückenlehne Schilder o. dgl. aufzuschrauben oder aufzukleben, die einen Namen des Inhabers oder Spenders oder aber Reklame tragen. Derartig angebrachte Schilder sind jedoch leicht zu beschädigen oder von Unbefugten Zu entfernen. Sie unterliegen in nachteiliger Weise den Witterungseinflüssen.
  • Aus US-A-1 395 153, die den Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 repräsentiert, ist ein in die Rückenfläche eines Stuhles in einer vollseitigen Ausnehmung eingelassenes Bild bekannt, das mittels eines randseitigen Dichtbandes und mit einem lösbaren Bolzen mit Feder gehalten ist. Derartige Halteelemente sind in der Herstellung und Montage aufwendig und unterliegen bei Nässe o. dgl. der Materialveränderung.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Sitz- und/oder Liegemöbel mit einer Kennzeichnungseinrichtung wie Schild o. dgl. auszustatten, die wettergeschützt gegen Beschädigungen gesichert ist und einen optisch guten Eindruck vermittelt. Weiterhin soll die Kennzeichnungseinrichtung oftmals luftdicht ausgebildet und nicht in ihrer Lage veränderbar sein. Es kann weiterhin erwünscht sein, daß Einzelteile der Kennzeichnungseinrichtung durchsichtig ausgebildet sind.
  • Gemäß der Erfindung wird diese Aufgabe durch ein Zweiteiliges Gehäuse gelöst, das aus einer Aufnahmeplatte und einer Abdeckkappe gebildet ist, die von beiden Außenseiten randübergreifend in bzw. vor die Fläche der Rückenlehne der Sitz- oder Liegefläche eingesetzt und darin verankert sind, wobei die ausnehmungsseitigen Randbereiche der Rückenlehne, der Liegeplatte o. dgl. mit einer Wulst, einem Ansatz o. dgl. ausgestatte sind, um welche die Randstreifen der Aufnahmeplatte und/oder Abdeckkappe herumfassen.
  • Derart zweiteilige Gehäuse als Einsätze lassen sich vorzugsweise als Massenerzeugnisse herstellen und mit den verschiedenartigsten Einsätzen nach Wunsch ausstatten, die so auf einfache Weise gegen Beschädigungen oder Witterungseinflüsse geschützt sein können.
  • Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführung sind die Randstreifen der Aufnahmeplatte und/oder Abdeckkappe mit abgestuften Ansätzen ausgestattet, die jeweils auf dem Randbereich der Fläche aufliegend und miteinander lösbar oder unlösbar verbunden sind.
  • Eine unlösbare Aufnahme läßt sich dadurch erreichen, daß die Abdeckkappe und die Aufnahmeplatte mit inneren Ansätzen aneinanderliegen, deren Flächen aneinander verschweißt oder verklebt sind.
  • Bei einer anderen bevorzugten Ausführungsform liegen diese Abdeckkappe und die Aufnahmeplatte mit inneren Ansätzen so aneinander, daß deren Flächen mit Gewinde schraubbar ineinanderfassen.
  • Weitere Merkmale ergeben sich aus den übrigen Unteransprüchen.

  • Ein Sitz- und/oder Liegemöbel (10) weist in einer Aussparung z.B. in einer Öffnung der Rückenlehne (11) ein eingesetztes Gehäuse (12) mit einem Innenraum zur Aufnahme eines Einsatzes wie beispielsweise eines Schrifteinsatzes, Bildeinsatzes (13) auf. Dieser Einsatz (13) kann in Form einer bedruckten Pappe, eines beschrifteten Papiers, einer Folie o.dgl. ausgebildet sein.
  • Das Gehäuse (12) zeigt eine den Einsatz (13) aufnehmende, kreisförmige, äußere Aufnahmeplatte (14) und eine gegenüberliegende, den Einsatz (13) durchsichtig abdeckende, ebenfalls kreisförmige Abdeckkappe (15), die beide den Innenraum umgeben.
  • An der Aufnahmeplatte (14) ist ein kreiszylindrischer Ansatz (16) und ein sich daran (stufenförmig) anschließender, auf derselben Achse liegender, im Durchmesser kleinerer, zweiter kreiszylindrischer Ansatz (17) ausgebildet. Die Stirnseite des im Durchmesser kleineren Ansatzes (17) ist mit einer Aufnahmeausnehmung (18) für einen Einsatz (13) ausgebildet, wobei die ringförmig ausgebildete Stirnfläche (19) des im Durchmesser größeren Ansatzes (16) als sogenannte Reibfläche für eine Reibschweißnaht vorgesehen ist. Im Ausführungsbeispiel steht diese ringförmige Stirnfläche (19) sowohl zur Mantelfläche des Ansatzes (16) als auch zur Mantelfläche des Ansatzes (17) im rechten Winkel. Die sich an den Ansatz (16) größeren Durchmessers anschließende Ringplatte (20) ist im Bereich ihrer äußeren Peripherie zu den beiden Ansätzen (16, 17) hin umlaufend unter beispielsweise 45° abgekantet, so daß zwischen der Mantelfäche des Ansatzes (16) und der Innenfläche des abgekanteten Bereichs (21) eine kreisförmig umlaufende Ringnut (22) entsteht. Die Mangelfläche des Ansatzes (16) größeren Durchmessers bildet mit dem Grund der Ringnut (22) einen rechten Winkel, wobei die Innenfläche des abgekanteten Bereichs (21) zum Grund der Ringnut (22) unter einem Winkel von beispielsweise 45° stehen kann.
  • Damit ein in die Aufnahmeausnehmung (18) eingelegter Einsatz (13) sich nicht drehen kann und somit eindeutig festgelegt ist, erstrecken sich von der äußeren Peripherie der Aufnahmeausnehmung (18) sich gegenüberliegend zur Achsmitte hinzeigend zwei vom Grund der Aufnahmeausnehmung (18) abstehende, über die Stirnfläche des Ansatzes (17) nicht hinausgehende , in etwa halbkreisförmig ausgebildete Ansätze (23). Ein eingelegter Einsatz ist entsprechend hierzu mit entsprechenden, die Ansätze (23) umgebenden Ausnehmungen ausgestattet.
  • Von der Rückseite der Rückenlehnenoberfläche (24) her wird die Aufnahmeplatte (14) in die Rückenlehne (11) gesteckt.
  • Hierzu ist in diese eine durchgehende, zur Rückenlehne (11) im rechten Winkel stehende Öffnung (25) eingearbeitet, an die sich eine Bohrung (26) größeren Durchmessers anschließt. Diese Bohrung (26) nimmt eine den in der Aufnahmeplatte (14) eingelegten Einsatz (13) durchsichtig abdeckende Abdeckkappe (15) auf.
  • Der in der Öffnung (25) vorstehende kreiszylindrische Ansatz (16) der Aufnahmeplatte (14) erstreckt sich etwa über die Hälfte der Länge der Öffnung (25) zur Rückenlehnenoberfläche (24) hin. Auf der zum Schrifteinsatz (13) hinzugewandten Seite der Abdeckkappe (15) ist ein kreisringförmiger Ansatz (27) angeordnet und zwar so, daß einerseits eine von der inneren Manteloberfläche des kreisringförmigen Ansatzes (27) umschlossene kreiszylindrische Ausnehmung (28) und andererseits eine von der äußeren Manteloberfläche umgebende kreisringförmige Ausnehmung (29) gebildet ist.
  • Die Abdeckkappe (15) wird bei in die Rückenlehne (11) eingesetzter Aufnahmeplatte (14) von der Rückenlehnenoberfläche (24) her in die Rückenlehne (11) eingesetzt, wobei die noch freie Hälfte der Öffnung (25) den kreisringförmigen Ansatz (27) der Abdeckkappe (15) und die durch diesen Ansatz (27) gebildete kreiszylindrische Ausnehmung (28) des kreiszylindrischen Ansatz (17) kleineren Durchmeser der Aufnahmeplatte (14) aufnimmt.
  • Damit die in der Rückenlehne (11) eingesteckte Aufnahmeplatte (14) sich nicht axial verdrehen kann, weist der Boden der umlaufenden Ringnut (22) der Aufnahmeplatte (14) zwei sich gegenüberliegende Ausbuchtungen (30) auf, die jeweils von einer auf einem die Öffnung (25) in etwa kreisringförmig umgebenden Ansatz (31) - dieser füllt die umlaufende Ringnut (22) aus und ergibt so eine sichere Festlegung der Aufnahmeplatte (14) - ausgebildeten Wulst (32) ausgefüllt sind. Die Aufnahmeplatte (14) ist somit auch gegen axiale Verdrehung gesichert.
  • Die im Ausführungsbeispiel nicht lösbare Verbindung zwischen Aufnahmeplatte (14) und Abdeckkappe (15) ist durch eine Reibschweißnaht (33) hergestellt. Hierzu sind die Stirnfläche (19) des kreiszylindrischen Ansatzes (16) und die Stirnfläche (34) des kreisringförmigen Ansatzes (27) als Reibflächen ausgebildet. Wird die Abdeckkappe (15) in die die Aufnahmeplatte (14) schon enthaltende Rückenlehne (11) eingesetzt, so liegen die beiden Stirnflächen (19, 34) aneinander, wobei die Höhe des den kreiszylindrischen Ansatz (17) umgebenden kreisringförmigen Ansatz (27) größer ist als die Höhe des kreiszylindrischen Ansatzes (17) selbst. Es ergibt sich so bei aneinander anliegenden Stirnflächen (19, 34) ein Abstand zwischen der Stirnfläche des kreiszylindrischen Ansatzes (17) und dem Grund der kreiszylindrischen Ausnehmung (28).
  • Die gegen Verdrehung geschützte Aufnahmeplatte (14) ist so gegengehalten, daß sie nicht aus der Öffnung (25) der Rückenlehne (11) beim Einsetzen der Abdeckkappe (15) herausgeschoben werden kann.
  • Auf die Abdeckkappe (15) wird beim Ansetzen in Achsrichtung ein Druck ausgeübt, wobei sie (15) gleichzeitig in Rotation versetzt wird. Hierdurch wird das Material im Bereich der beiden Stirnflächen (19, 34) soweit erwärmt, daß ein zähteigiger bis dickflüssiger Zustand eintritt. Unter erwähntem Druck auf die Abdeckkappe (15) läßt sich so eine nicht mehr lösbare Verbindung mit der Aufnahmeplatte (14) herstellen, wobei im Endzustand die beiden Stirnflächen (19, 34) sich soweit gestaucht haben, daß der Grund der kreiszylindrischen Ausnehmung (28) die Stirnfläche des kreiszylindrischen Ansatzes (17) flächig abdeckt.
  • Ein eingelegter Einsatz (13), wie ein Papier, Pappe, Folie o.dgl. ist so auf einfache Weise gegen z.B. Beschädigungen oder Witterungseinflüsse geschützt.
  • Die Ausführung gemäß Fig.6 entspricht der Ausführung gemäß Fig.3 mit dem Unterschied, daß die Abdeckkappe (15) nicht mit der Aufnahmeplatte (14) verschweißt ist (Schweißnaht 33), sondern beide Gehäuseteile lösbar mittels Gewinde (35) verschraubt sind. Dabei ist ein Gewindeteil an dem Einsatz (17) der Aufnahmeplatte (14) und das andere Gewindeteil an dem Ansatz (27) der Abdeckkappe (15) vorstehend ausgebildet.
  • Es liegt auch im Rahmen der Erfindung, die Abdeckkappe (15) und die Aufnahmeplatte (14) an geeigneten Flächen miteinander oder mit der Sitz- und/oder Liegefläche zu verkleben. Als Bereich der Klebeflächen kommen hierbei zusätzlich oder allein z.B. die Ringnut (22) oder die Ausnehmung (29) in Betracht.

Claims (12)

  1. Sitz- und/oder Liegemöbel mit einer in eine Ausnehmung (18) der Rückenlehne (11), der Liegefläche des Sitzes o. dgl. eingesetzten Kennzeichnungseinrichtung, wie einen Schild oder dgl., gekennzeichnet durch ein zweiteiliges Gehäuse, das aus einer Aufnahmeplatte (14) und einer Abdeckkappe (15) gebildet ist,, die von beiden Außenseiten randübergreifend in bzw. vor die Fläche der Rückenlehne (11), der Sitz- oder Liegefläche eingesetzt und darin verankert sind, wobei die ausnehmungsseitigen Randbereiche der Rückenlehne (11), der Liegeplatte o.dgl. mit einer Wulst (32), einem Ansatz (31) o.dgl. ausgestattet sind, um welche die Randstreifen der Aufnahmeplatte (14) und/oder Abdeckkappe (15) herumfassen.
  2. Sitz- und/oder Liegemöbel nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Randstreifen der Aufnahmeplatte (14) und/ oder Abdeckplatte (15) mit abgestuften Ansätzen (16, 17) ausgestattet sind, die jeweils auf dem Randbereich der Fläche aufliegen und miteinander oder unlösbar verbunden sind.
  3. Sitz- und/oder Liegemöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckkappe (15) und die Aufnahmeplatte (14) mit inneren Ansätzen (27, 33) aneinanderliegen, deren Flächen aneinander verschweißt oder verklebt sind.
  4. Sitz- und/oder Liegemöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckkappe (15) und die Aufnahmeplatte (14) mit inneren Ansätzen (17, 27) aneinanderliegen, deren Flächen mit Gewinde (35) schraubbar ineinanderfassen.
  5. Sitz- und/oder Liegemöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmeplatte (14) eben ausgebildet oder nach innen konkav gewölbt ist.
  6. Sitz- und/oder Liegemöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Aufnahmeplatte (14) und der Abdeckkappe (15) eine innenseitige Vertiefung zur Aufnehme eines Einsatzes (13) vorgesehen ist.
  7. Sitz- und/oder Liegemöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsatz (13) als Platte ausgebildet ist.
  8. Sitz- und/oder Liegemöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsatz (13) von einem Zeitoder Wettermeßgerät wie Uhr, Barometer oder dgl. gebildet ist.
  9. Sitz- und/oder Liegemöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsatz (13) von einem Mini-Radio oder dgl. gebildet ist.
  10. Sitz- und/oder Liegemöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Randstreifen der Aufnahmeplatte (14) bzw. der Abdeckkappe (15) mit einer Ringplatte (20) lippenartig die randseitige Wulst (31, 32) in der Rückenlehne oder dgl. überfassen.
  11. Sitz- und/oder Liegemöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckkappe (15) oder die Aufnahmeplatte (14) des Gehäuses (11) aus durchsichtigem Kunststoff oder dgl. gebildet sind.
  12. Sitz- und/oder Liegemöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckkappe (15) außenseitig konvex gewölbt ist.
