Claims (8)

  1. Vorrichtung zum fortlaufenden Reinigen der Nadeln (10, 10') eines Nadelabstreckwerkes für lange Textilfasern in Form zweier als Hohlkörper ausgebildeter Blasrohre (1, 1'), die mit einer Öffnung oder mehreren Öffnungen (6) versehen sind und mit Druckluft beaufschlagt sind, wobei das Abstreckwerk durch ein unteres mit Nadeln (10) bestücktes Stabfeld (3) und ein oberes mit Nadeln (1') bestücktes Stabfeld (3') gebildet ist, die jeweils das aus Textilfasern gebildete Band steuern, bevor dieses durch die Streckwalzen gestreckt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes der Stabfelder (3, 3') eine Raupe bildet und daß die beiden Rohre (1, 1') im Inneren des Raumes (8, 8') angeordnet sind, der durch jede der Raupen (2, 2') begrenzt wird, und sich parallel zu den Stäben (3, 3') erstrecken, wobei das erste Rohr (1) am unteren Ende desjenigen Abschnittes (7) der unteren Raupe (2) angeordnet ist, der die gerade das Band (4) verlassenden Stäbe (3) erhält, und das zweite Rohr (1') am oberen Ende desjenigen Abschnittes (7') der oberen Raupe (2') angeordnet ist, der die gerade das Band (4) verlassenden Stäbe (3') erhält, wobei die Öffnungen (6) Luft aus dem Innenraum jeder Raupe (2, 2') durch die Nadeln (10, 10') hindurch unter einem Winkel nach außen richten, der etwa 45° bezogen auf die Bewegungsrichtung des Bandes (4) beträgt, derart, daß ein Teil der von jedem Rohr (1, 1') ausgeblasenen Luft die Körper der Stäbe (3, 3') vom Inneren der Raupen (2, 2') her im senkrechten Abschnitt der Raupe (2, 2') und entgegen deren Bewegungsrichtung gemäß den Pfeilen (14) anströmt und durch die Raupen (2, 2') hindurch auf Höhe der letzten Stäbe (3, 3'), die gerade das Band (4) verlassen haben, abströmt, und daß der andere Teil der Luft zwischen den Stäben (3, 3') hindurch durch die Raupe (2, 2') in deren senkrechtem Abschnitt gemäß den Pfeilen (9) abströmt, wobei die Nadeln (10, 10') der Stäbe (3, 3') umspült werden.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge jedes Rohres (1, 1') mindestens gleich der Länge der Stäbe (3, 3') ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Ansaugeinrichtungen (11, 11') vorgesehen sind, die denjenigen Teil der Luft aufnehmen, der zwischen den Stäben (3, 3') hindurch gemäß den Pfeilen (9) abströmt, wobei die eine Ansaugeinrichtung (11) unterhalb des Abschnittes (7) der Raupe (2) und die andere Absaugeinrichtung (11') unterhalb des Abschnittes (7') der Raupe (2') angeordnet ist, derart, daß die Fasern und Verunreinigungen, die von den Stäben (3, 3') und den Nadeln (10, 10') abgenommen wurden, abgeführt werden.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Rohr (1, 1') mehrere Öffnungen (6) in Form von Löchern aufweist, wobei die Anzahl der Löcher vorzugsweise zwischen 10 und 20 liegt und wobei die Löcher (6) vorzugsweise ausgefluchtet sind und in demjenigen Abschnittes (1, 1') angeordnet sind, der direkt den Stäben (3, 3') gegenüberliegt.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede der Öffnungen (6) vorzugsweise kreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Rohr (1, 1') eine oder mehrere Öffnungen (6) aufweist, die die Form eines oder mehrerer Spalte haben, welche sich über die gesamte Länge des Rohres (1, 1') erstrecken, so daß Druckluft in einem oder mehreren flachen Strahlen angeordnet werden, und welche auf dem Abschnitt des Rohres (1, 1') angeordnet sind, der direkt den Stäben (3, 3') gegenüberliegt.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes der Rohre (1, 1') mit einer Einlaßöffnung (12) für Druckluft versehen ist, die entweder aus einem Druckluftnetz oder einer anderen Druckluftquelle, wie z.B. einer Luftpumpe, stammt, wobei der Druck, mit welchem die Rohre (1, 1') mit Druckluft beaufschlagt werden, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,5 und 1,5 bar liegt.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druck, mit welchem die Rohre (1, 1') beaufschlagt werden, vorzugsweise 1 bar beträgt.
