In der einen Bohrung ist eine Schrauben­druckfeder 33 angeordnet, die einerseits am Abschnitt 29.1 des Schwenkhebels 29 und andererseits an der Stellschraube 31 abgestützt ist. Die Stellschraube 32 in der anderen Gewindebohrung bildet mit ihrem inneren Ende 32.1 einen die Schwenkbewegung des gekröpften Schwenkhebels 29 be­grenzenden Anschlag. Mit der Stellschraube 31 kann die Spannkraft der Schraubendruckfeder 33 eingestellt werden, die auf den Schwenkhebel 29 einwirkt und dadurch die Bremskraft bestimmt, die auf den zwischen den beiden Rol­len 25 und 26 hindurchlaufenden Faden 20 ausgeübt wird. Durch die andere Stellschraube 32 mit ihrem Anschlagende 32.1 wird der aus Fig. 3 ersichtliche Maximalspalt 34 be­stimmt, der zwischen den beiden Rollen 25 und 26 entstehen kann, wenn ein im Faden 20 enthaltener Knoten 35 die bei­den Rollen 25 und 26 auseinanderzwingt. Ist der Knoten 35 stärker als die Breite des eingestellten Spaltes 34, kann er die beiden Rollen 25 und 26 nicht passieren. Claims (7)

1. Fadenspeicher- und -liefervorrichtung für Textilmaschi­nen, insbesondere Strickmaschinen, mit einem Gehäuse mit einer antreibbaren Fadenspeichertrommel, auf welche der über Fadenleitorgane zugeführte und abgeführte Faden in mehrere Windungen gelegt ist, und mit einem der Fadenspeichertrommel vorgeschalteten Knotenwächter und einer einstellbaren Fadenbremse, dadurch gekenn­zeichnet, daß die Fadenbremse, die am Vorrichtungs­gehäuse (10) unmittelbar nach einem Fadenleitorgan (22) angeordnet ist, mit dem Knotenwächter (Einrichtung (21) kombiniert ist und diese Kombination aus zwei frei drehbar gelagerten achsparallelen Rollen (25, 26) be­steht, von denen eine gegenüber der anderen gegen Bremsfederkraft verstellbar ist, daß der maximale Ver­stellweg der verstellbaren Rolle (26) durch einen ein­stellbaren Anschlag (32.1) begrenzt ist und daß der Faden (20) über die auf einer unbeweglichen Achse (27) gelagerte Rolle (25) umgelenkt ist.1.
