Claims (10)

  1. Un procédé pour préparer des fibres en polymère thermoplastique par filage par fusion d'un copolymère alterné d'un composé à insaturation oléfinique et de monoxyde de carbone, présentant un poids moléculaire d'au moins 2000, caractérisé en ce que le copolymère est filé par fusion à une température d'au moins (T+20)°C [(T+20) K] et que la fibre est étirée par la suite à une température d'au maximum (T-10)°C [(T-10)K], T étant le point de fusion cristalline du polymère.
  2. Un procédé tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 1, dans lequel la température de filage par fusion est d'au moins (T+40)°C [(T+40) K].
  3. Un procédé tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel la température d'étirage est d'au maximum (T-25)°C [(T-25) K].
  4. Un procédé tel que revendiqué dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel le rapport d'étirage est d'au moins 3:1.
  5. Un procédé tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 4, dans lequel le rapport d'étirage est d'au moins 7:1.
  6. Un procédé tel que revendiqué dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel le poids moléculaire du polymère est d'au moins 5000.
  7. Un procédé tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 6, dans lequel le poids moléculaire du polymère est d'au moins 8000.
  8. Un procédé tel que revendiqué dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel le copolymère est un copolymère d'éthylène et de monoxyde de carbone.
  9. Un procédé tel que revendiqué dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel le copolymère est un terpolymère d'éthylène/propylène/monoxyde de carbone, comportant au maximum 25% de propylène par rapport à l'éthylène.
  10. Un pneumatique comportant des fibres, caractérisé en ce qu'elles ont été préparées par un procédé tel que revendiqué dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9.
